电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的定子绕组多做(zuo)成三(san)(san)相对称星形接法(fa),同三(san)(san)相异步电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)十分相似。电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的转(zhuan)(zhuan)子上粘有已充磁的永磁体,为了检测电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)转(zhuan)(zhuan)子的极性,在电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)内装有位置(zhi)传感(gan)器(qi)。驱(qu)动(dong)器(qi)由功(gong)率电(dian)(dian)子器(qi)件(jian)和(he)集成电(dian)(dian)路等(deng)构(gou)成,其功(gong)能是:接受(shou)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的启动(dong)、停止、制(zhi)动(dong)信(xin)号,以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的启动(dong)、停止和(he)制(zhi)动(dong);接受(shou)位置(zhi)传感(gan)器(qi)信(xin)号和(he)正反转(zhuan)(zhuan)信(xin)号,用(yong)来控(kong)制(zhi)逆变桥各功(gong)率管的通断,产(chan)生连续转(zhuan)(zhuan)矩;接受(shou)速度指令和(he)速度反馈(kui)信(xin)号,用(yong)来控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)调整转(zhuan)(zhuan)速;提供(gong)保护和(he)显示等(deng)等(deng)。
近三十年来针(zhen)对异(yi)步电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)变频调速的(de)研究,归根(gen)到底是(shi)在(zai)寻找控制异(yi)步电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)转(zhuan)矩的(de)方法,稀土永磁(ci)无刷(shua)直流电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)必将以其(qi)宽调速、小(xiao)体积、高效率和(he)稳态转(zhuan)速误差小(xiao)等特点在(zai)调速领域(yu)显现优势。
无刷直流(liu)电机(ji)因为(wei)具有直流(liu)有刷电机(ji)的特性,同时也(ye)是频率变化(hua)的装置,所以又名直流(liu)变频,国际(ji)通用(yong)名词为(wei)BLDC。无刷直流(liu)电机(ji)的运转(zhuan)效率、低(di)速转(zhuan)矩、转(zhuan)速精度等都(dou)比任何控制技术的变频器还(hai)要好(hao),所以值得业(ye)界关注(zhu)。无(wu)刷(shua)电(dian)机(ji)在我国(guo)的发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)时间虽短(duan),但是(shi)随着技术(shu)的日益(yi)成熟与完善得(de)到了迅猛发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。已(yi)在航模(mo)、医疗器械、家用电(dian)器、电(dian)动车等(deng)多(duo)个(ge)领域(yu)得(de)到广泛应用,并在深(shen)圳(zhen)、长沙、上海等(deng)地形成初具规模(mo)产业(ye)(ye)链。如深(shen)圳(zhen)伟业(ye)(ye)电(dian)机(ji)、长沙科达等(deng)一批专业(ye)(ye)厂商,在技术(shu)上不(bu)断推进(jin)行业(ye)(ye)发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。近几年来,无(wu)刷(shua)电(dian)机(ji)成为在模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)领域(yu)里快速发(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的一种动力。由于产量和价格的原因,过去几年无(wu)刷(shua)电(dian)机(ji)多(duo)使用在中高档航空模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)中,现(xian)在由于机(ji)械加工技术(shu)的快速发(fa)(fa)展(zhan),无(wu)刷(shua)电(dian)机(ji)的生产成本下降许多(duo),目(mu)前它正(zheng)进(jin)入模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)领域(yu)的各(ge)个(ge)层面,从电(dian)动遥(yao)控(kong)车到电(dian)动遥(yao)控(kong)船再到电(dian)动模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)飞机(ji),无(wu)处不(bu)在。
无(wu)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)从结(jie)构上,无(wu)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)和(he)有(you)(you)(you)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)有(you)(you)(you)相似之(zhi)处(chu),也有(you)(you)(you)转子(zi)和(he)定(ding)子(zi),只不过和(he)有(you)(you)(you)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)结(jie)构相反;有(you)(you)(you)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)转子(zi)是(shi)线圈(quan)绕(rao)(rao)组,和(he)动力输(shu)出轴(zhou)相连(lian),定(ding)子(zi)是(shi)永磁(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)钢;无(wu)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)转子(zi)是(shi)永磁(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)钢,连(lian)同外壳一起和(he)输(shu)出轴(zhou)相连(lian),定(ding)子(zi)是(shi)绕(rao)(rao)组线圈(quan),去掉了(le)有(you)(you)(you)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)用(yong)来交替变换电(dian)磁(ci)(ci)场的(de)(de)(de)换向电(dian)刷,故称(cheng)之(zhi)为无(wu)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(Brushless motor),那(nei)现在(zai)就(jiu)有(you)(you)(you)问题了(le),没有(you)(you)(you)了(le)电(dian)磁(ci)(ci)场的(de)(de)(de)变换,如(ru)何让无(wu)刷电(dian)机(ji)(ji)转动呢?
简单而言,依靠(kao)改变(bian)(bian)输入(ru)到无刷(shua)(shua)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)定子线(xian)圈(quan)(quan)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)流波交变(bian)(bian)频率和波形,在绕(rao)组线(xian)圈(quan)(quan)周围形成一个(ge)绕(rao)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)几何(he)轴(zhou)心旋转的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)场,这个(ge)磁(ci)(ci)场驱动转子上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)永磁(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)钢转动,电(dian)(dian)机(ji)就转起来了,电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)和磁(ci)(ci)钢数量、磁(ci)(ci)钢磁(ci)(ci)通强度、电(dian)(dian)机(ji)输入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压大小(xiao)等(deng)因素有(you)(you)关(guan),更与无刷(shua)(shua)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)有(you)(you)很大关(guan)系,因为输入(ru)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是直流电(dian)(dian),电(dian)(dian)流需要(yao)(yao)电(dian)(dian)子调(diao)速(su)器(qi)将其(qi)变(bian)(bian)成3相交流电(dian)(dian),还(hai)需要(yao)(yao)从遥控(kong)(kong)器(qi)接收机(ji)那里接收控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)号(hao),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)转速(su),以满(man)足模(mo)型使用(yong)需要(yao)(yao)。 总的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)来说,无刷(shua)(shua)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)结构是比较简单的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),真正决定其(qi)使用(yong)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)还(hai)是无刷(shua)(shua)电(dian)(dian)子调(diao)速(su)器(qi),好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)子调(diao)速(su)器(qi)需要(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)单片机(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)程序(xu)设计、电(dian)(dian)路设计、复杂加工工艺等(deng)过程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)总体(ti)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),所(suo)以价格要(yao)(yao)比有(you)(you)刷(shua)(shua)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)高出很多。
电(dian)机内(nei)部(bu)霍耳传感器的正电(dian)源线即红线一(yi)般接5-12v直(zhi)流电(dian)。而以(yi)5V居多。
霍耳(er)(er)的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)号(hao)线(xian)传递电机里面磁钢相(xiang)对(dui)于线(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)位置,根据三个(ge)霍耳(er)(er)的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)号(hao)控(kong)制器(qi)能知道此时应该如何给电机的(de)(de)(de)线(xian)圈(quan)供(gong)电(不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)霍耳(er)(er)信(xin)(xin)号(hao),应该给电机线(xian)圈(quan)提供(gong)相(xiang)对(dui)应方(fang)向的(de)(de)(de)电流),就是说霍耳(er)(er)状(zhuang)态(tai)不(bu)一样(yang),线(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)电流方(fang)向不(bu)一样(yang)。
二(er),无刷电机的(de)运行原(yuan)理
霍(huo)(huo)(huo)耳(er)(er)信号传(chuan)递给控制(zhi)(zhi)器,控制(zhi)(zhi)器通(tong)过电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)相(xiang)线(xian)(xian)(xian)(粗线(xian)(xian)(xian),不(bu)是(shi)霍(huo)(huo)(huo)耳(er)(er)线(xian)(xian)(xian))给电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)供电(dian)(dian),电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)旋(xuan)转,磁钢(gang)与线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(准确的(de)(de)(de)说是(shi)缠在(zai)定(ding)子(zi)上的(de)(de)(de)线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan),其实霍(huo)(huo)(huo)耳(er)(er)一般安装在(zai)定(ding)子(zi)上)发生(sheng)(sheng)转动,霍(huo)(huo)(huo)耳(er)(er)感应(ying)出(chu)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置信号,控制(zhi)(zhi)器粗线(xian)(xian)(xian)又给电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)重新(xin)改(gai)变电(dian)(dian)流方(fang)向(xiang)供电(dian)(dian),电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)继续旋(xuan)转(线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)和磁钢(gang)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置发生(sheng)(sheng)变化时,线(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)必须(xu)对应(ying)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)变电(dian)(dian)流方(fang)向(xiang),这样电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)才能继续向(xiang)一个方(fang)向(xiang)运动,不(bu)然电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)就(jiu)会在(zai)某一个位(wei)置左右摆动,而不(bu)是(shi)连(lian)续旋(xuan)转),这就(jiu)是(shi)电(dian)(dian)子(zi)换(huan)相(xiang)。
