第四步:看电源

要了解电(dian)源电(dian)压等级,是(shi)(shi)380V还(hai)是(shi)(shi)220V,是(shi)(shi)从母线(xian)汇(hui)流排(pai)供电(dian)还(hai)是(shi)(shi)配(pei)电(dian)屏(ping)供电(dian),还(hai)是(shi)(shi)从发电(dian)机组接出来的。

分析(xi)了上面(mian)这(zhei)些内容再结合主(zhu)电(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)的要(yao)求,就(jiu)可以分析(xi)辅(fu)(fu)助电(dian)路(lu)的动(dong)作(zuo)过程。控制(zhi)(zhi)电(dian)路(lu)总是(shi)按(an)动(dong)作(zuo)顺序画在(zai)两(liang)条水平电(dian)源(yuan)线或(huo)两(liang)条垂直(zhi)电(dian)源(yuan)线之(zhi)间的。因此,也就(jiu)可从(cong)(cong)左到右或(huo)从(cong)(cong)上到下来进行分析(xi)。对复杂的辅(fu)(fu)助电(dian)路(lu),在(zai)电(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)整个(ge)辅(fu)(fu)助电(dian)路(lu)构成(cheng)一(yi)条大回(hui)路(lu),在(zai)这(zhei)条大回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)又分成(cheng)几条独立的小(xiao)(xiao)回(hui)路(lu),每(mei)条小(xiao)(xiao)回(hui)路(lu)控制(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)个(ge)用电(dian)器或(huo)一(yi)个(ge)动(dong)作(zuo)。



当某条(tiao)小回(hui)路形成闭合回(hui)路有电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)过时,在回(hui)路中(zhong)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器元件(接(jie)(jie)触器或(huo)继电(dian)(dian)(dian)器)则动(dong)作(zuo),把(ba)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)设备接(jie)(jie)人或(huo)切除电(dian)(dian)(dian)源。在辅助(zhu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)一般(ban)是靠按(an)钮(niu)或(huo)转(zhuan)换开(kai)关把(ba)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路接(jie)(jie)通的(de)。对(dui)于(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)分析必须随时结合主电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)动(dong)作(zuo)要求来进行,只有全面了解主电(dian)(dian)(dian)路对(dui)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)要求以后,才能真正掌握控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)动(dong)作(zuo)原理,不(bu)可孤立地看待各部分的(de)动(dong)作(zuo)原理,而应注意(yi)各个动(dong)作(zuo)之间是否有互相制(zhi)约的(de)关系,如电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机正、反转(zhuan)之间应设有联锁等。


第四步:研(yan)究电(dian)器元件之间(jian)的(de)相互(hu)关(guan)系

电路中(zhong)的一(yi)切电器元件都不是(shi)孤(gu)立存(cun)在(zai)的而(er)是(shi)相互联(lian)系、相互制约的。这种互相控制的关系有时表(biao)现(xian)在(zai)一(yi)条回(hui)路中(zhong),有时表(biao)现(xian)在(zai)几条回(hui)路中(zhong)。


第五步:研究其(qi)他电气设备和(he)电器元件,如整流设备、照明灯等(deng)。
