导(dao)通(tong)瞬间(jian)基(ji)(ji)极(ji)过驱动(dong)峰(feng)值(zhi)输入电(dian)(dian)流/bl为(wei)了保证迅速导(dao)通(tong)集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)流,需(xu)要(yao)有一个持续(xu)时(shi)(shi)间(jian)很短且峰(feng)值(zhi)约为(wei)导(dao)通(tong)期间(jian)平均(jun)值(zhi)2~3倍的基(ji)(ji)极(ji)尖峰(feng)电(dian)(dian)流供给(ji)基(ji)(ji)极(ji)。该(gai)尖峰(feng)的持续(xu)时(shi)(shi)间(jian)仅为(wei)最小导(dao)通(tong)时(shi)(shi)间(jian)的2%-3%,如图8.2 (a )所(suo)示(shi)。
然而,若基极电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)为2Ib1(过(guo)驱(qu)动系(xi)数为2),集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)将(jiang)迅速上(shang)升,直至2/cl.如果没有电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和(he)负(fu)载阻(zu)抗的(de)(de)限制,它将(jiang)在相同的(de)(de)时间3ta后(hou)达到2Ic1。但由于集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)受电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和(he)负(fu)载阻(zu)抗的(de)(de)限制,它只能达到lci.因(yin)此集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)仅需要0.69儿ta的(de)(de)时间内达到期望值lci,而非3ta.类似地,如果过(guo)驱(qu)动系(xi)数为3(/b=3/b1),则集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)会迅速上(shang)升,直到接近于 3lc1 。
如果没有负载阻抗和电源(yuan)电压(ya)的(de)(de)(de)限制(zhi),将(jiang)在相同的(de)(de)(de)时(shi)间3ta 后(hou)达到 3Ic1。但事实上集电极(ji)电 流受(shou)到限制(zhi),它只能达到 lcl。因(yin)此(ci)集电极(ji)电流是在 0.4ta 时(shi)间内达到期望(wang)值(zhi) lc1的(de)(de)(de),而非3ta为(wei)加速晶体管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)导通(tong),过驱动(dong)(dong)系(xi)数(shu)通(tong)常选为(wei)2-3。这个(ge)过驱动(dong)(dong)系(xi)数(shu)用于具有典型B值(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)晶体管(guan)(guan)。B值(zhi)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)晶体管(guan)(guan)速度很快,不(bu)需要高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)过驱动(dong)(dong)系(xi)数(shu)。而B值(zhi)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)晶体管(guan)(guan)速度慢,其相 应的(de)(de)(de)过驱动(dong)(dong)系(xi)数(shu)大约(yue)为(wei)典型B值(zhi)晶体管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)两倍。
