无(wu)线(xian)充(chong)电(dian),又名感应充(chong)电(dian)或无(wu)线(xian)能(neng)量(liang)传输,其实是一种无(wu)需在电(dian)子设备(bei)和(he)充(chong)电(dian)平(ping)台之间连(lian)接充(chong)电(dian)线(xian)就可以为设备(bei)充(chong)电(dian)的技(ji)术。
电(dian)(dian)子设备的(de)无线充电(dian)(dian)应用较多的(de)是电(dian)(dian)磁感应原理,即在闭(bi)合电(dian)(dian)路中,当穿过(guo)该电(dian)(dian)路的(de)磁通量发生(sheng)变化时,电(dian)(dian)路中就会产生(sheng)感应电(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
无(wu)线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)实现通常需要两(liang)个线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan),一(yi)个是(shi)置于充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)平台中的(de)(de)发射线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan),另一(yi)个是(shi)置于电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)设备内的(de)(de)接收线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)。当一(yi)个变(bian)化的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流通过充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)平台的(de)(de)发射线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)时,线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)内会(hui)产生(sheng)一(yi)个变(bian)化的(de)(de)磁场。在电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)设备靠近充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)平台后,接收线(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)会(hui)产生(sheng)感应电(dian)(dian)(dian)流,并且(qie)通过电(dian)(dian)(dian)路系统转换(huan)为(wei)直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian),为(wei)设备充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)。
电(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感应式无线充(chong)电(dian)(dian)在(zai)发送端和接收端各(ge)有一(yi)个线圈。初(chu)级线圈上通一(yi)定(ding)频率的交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian),由于电(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感应在(zai)次级线圈中产生一(yi)定(ding)的电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),从而将能量从传输(shu)端转移(yi)到(dao)接收端。
无(wu)(wu)线(xian)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)的原(yuan)理是电(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感应现象,也就(jiu)是电(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)磁(ci)在一定条件下相互转化的物理现象。目前手(shou)机(ji)无(wu)(wu)线(xian)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)底座是将电(dian)(dian)(dian)转化为磁(ci)场,手(shou)机(ji)端(duan)的无(wu)(wu)线(xian)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)线(xian)圈将磁(ci)转化为电(dian)(dian)(dian)用来补充手(shou)机(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)量,这就(jiu)是一个完整的智能(neng)手(shou)机(ji)无(wu)(wu)线(xian)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)流程。
参照上(shang)图,我们看到两个(ge)单元,一(yi)个(ge)是基本(ben)模块(kuai)(kuai)或(huo)发送(song)模块(kuai)(kuai),另(ling)一(yi)个(ge)是接(jie)收模块(kuai)(kuai)。如(ru)上(shang)一(yi)段所(suo)述(shu),基础绕(rao)组(zu)的(de)芯材(cai)料是尺(chi)寸相对较大的(de)铁(tie)氧体(ti)E芯。安装在E芯内的(de)线轴具有一(yi)个(ge)单级,缠绕(rao)有100匝24 SWG超级漆包铜线。
从绕(rao)组(zu)的(de)第50个绕(rao)组(zu)匝(za)中抽出一个中心抽头。上述线圈或变压(ya)器连接(jie)到(dao)由晶体管T1,预设(she)P1和相应(ying)的(de)电(dian)(dian)阻和电(dian)(dian)容组(zu)成的(de)振荡(dang)电(dian)(dian)路。预设(she)用于(yu)通(tong)过绕(rao)组(zu)将频率增加到(dao)最(zui)佳水平,需(xu)要进行一些实验。将直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)馈入电(dian)(dian)路以启动(dong)所需(xu)的(de)振荡(dang),该振荡(dang)直(zhi)接(jie)通(tong)过对交流(liu)市电(dian)(dian)进行整流(liu)和滤(lv)波而得出。
在施加DC时,电(dian)(dian)路开(kai)始振荡(dang),并且来自高频电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)的(de)振荡(dang)向空(kong)气中逸(yi)出了相当长的(de)距离,因此对(dui)于(yu)所建(jian)议的(de)电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)(gan)接收(shou),必须(xu)将其收(shou)回(hui)。接收(shou)单元还集成(cheng)了一个电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)(gan),该(gai)电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)(gan)由(you)空(kong)芯(xin)的(de)50匝21 SWG超(chao)级(ji)漆包铜线(xian)(xian)组成(cheng),该(gai)电(dian)(dian)感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)成(cheng)为一种天线(xian)(xian),用于(yu)预测从基(ji)本电(dian)(dian)路释放的(de)功率波。电(dian)(dian)容器(qi)C3是(shi)可变电(dian)(dian)容器(qi),用于(yu)无线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)。可以尝(chang)试进行调整。
它用于调整接(jie)收(shou),直(zhi)到(dao)达到(dao)谐振点,并(bing)且L2随发射波进行最佳调谐。这立即提(ti)高(gao)了L2的(de)输出电(dian)(dian)压,并(bing)变(bian)得最适(shi)合充电(dian)(dian)要求(qiu)。D6和C4是整流(liu)(liu)组件,最终将AC信号转(zhuan)换为纯DC。当距(ju)离很近时,来自下部基本(ben)单(dan)元的(de)感(gan)应会(hui)在接(jie)收(shou)线圈(quan)内部感(gan)应,感(gan)应的(de)频率会(hui)在接(jie)收(shou)器电(dian)(dian)路内部进行适(shi)当的(de)整流(liu)(liu)和滤(lv)波,并(bing)用于为连接(jie)的(de)锂离子(zi)电(dian)(dian)池充电(dian)(dian)。
可以在输(shu)出两(liang)端连(lian)接(jie)一(yi)个LED,以便在任(ren)何时间(jian)点立(li)即获得无线电(dian)力传输(shu)强度的指示。
