充气(qi)泵中的MOS管主要(yao)用(yong)于控(kong)制(zhi)电机供(gong)电和气(qi)压调节(jie),实现精准充气(qi)和智能控(kong)制(zhi)。
电(dian)机控制(zhi)充(chong)气泵(beng)通(tong)(tong)常(chang)配备电(dian)机驱动(dong)气泵(beng),通(tong)(tong)过MOS管调(diao)节电(dian)流通(tong)(tong)断以控制(zhi)电(dian)机运转。
MOS管在充(chong)气过(guo)程中对电流进行动态调控,可精确调整充(chong)气速(su)度和气压(ya)值,避免(mian)胎压(ya)过(guo)高或过(guo)低导致安全隐患。
充气宝内(nei)置气压(ya)传感器,当达到预设压(ya)力值时自动(dong)关(guan)闭(bi)电(dian)源(yuan)。通过MOS管实(shi)现足压(ya)即(ji)停功(gong)能,保障使用安全。
采用低导通电(dian)阻的MOS管(guan),减少电(dian)能损耗并延长(zhang)电(dian)池续航,支持(chi)多(duo)次充气(qi)需求(qiu)。
充气泵应用MOS管特性
1. 快速响应:MOSFET的(de)开(kai)关速度可达纳秒级(ji)(如IRF540N的(de)开(kai)关时(shi)间约30ns),确保电机高频启停时(shi)减少能量损(sun)耗。
2. 低导(dao)通损耗:采用沟(gou)道(dao)型(xing)MOSFET(如IRLZ44N),导(dao)通电阻(RDS(on))仅8mΩ(数据来源(yuan):Infineon技(ji)术手册),降低发热,提(ti)升充气效率。
3. PWM调(diao)速(su):通过调(diao)节栅(zha)极(ji)脉冲(chong)宽度(频率通常为20kHz-100kHz),精(jing)准控(kong)制电机转速(su),适应不同(tong)充气需(xu)求(qiu)(如轮胎充气与气垫床充气的压(ya)力差异)。

三(san)颗(ke)mos,上面一颗(ke)用于控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)(dian)机启(qi)停,下面是锂(li)电(dian)(dian)保护电(dian)(dian)路的(de)充电(dian)(dian)和放电(dian)(dian)管,大贴片电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是输出电(dian)(dian)流取(qu)样(yang),左(zuo)面二极管是电(dian)(dian)机反电(dian)(dian)动势吸收。
