锂电池保护板检测方法

一:检测电路

锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)对(dui)锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)进行过(guo)(guo)充(chong)、过(guo)(guo)放、过(guo)(guo)流(充(chong)电(dian)过(guo)(guo)流、放电(dian)过(guo)(guo)流和短路(lu))保护(hu)(hu),有(you)些保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)上设计有(you)热敏电(dian)阻,用于对(dui)电(dian)池(chi)进行过(guo)(guo)热保护(hu)(hu),但过(guo)(guo)热保护(hu)(hu)通(tong)常是由外电(dian)路(lu)完成的(de)(de),并不由保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)实现。保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)上的(de)(de)热敏电(dian)阻仅(jin)仅(jin)是给外电(dian)路(lu)提供一(yi)个温度传感(gan)器。如(ru)果(guo)保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)不良,电(dian)池(chi)就很容(rong)易损坏(huai)。

二:通过(guo)万用(yong)表确定(ding)电池排线(xian)接线(xian)正确

1、通过(guo)用(yong)(yong)万用(yong)(yong)表(biao)黑(hei)色表(biao)笔压住B-线端(duan)(duan)子(zi) 和 万用(yong)(yong)表(biao)红色表(biao)笔压信B1线端(duan)(duan)子(zi),得到第1串(chuan)电(dian)池电(dian)压是3.584V。

2、通过用(yong)(yong)万用(yong)(yong)表(biao)黑色(se)(se)表(biao)笔(bi)压(ya)(ya)住B1线端子 和 万用(yong)(yong)表(biao)红(hong)色(se)(se)表(biao)笔(bi)压(ya)(ya)信(xin)B2线端子,得到第2串电(dian)池电(dian)压(ya)(ya)是3.584V。

3、通过(guo)此方法测量,得出:

第(di)1串电(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)压:3.584V

第2串电池电压(ya):3.584V

第3串电池电压:3.585V

第4串电池电压:3.585V

第5串(chuan)电池电压:3.583V

第6串电池电压:3.583V

第7串电池电压:3.584V

此(ci)7串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)都(dou)是3.58V,排线(xian)接(jie)线(xian)正确,而(er)且电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相差(cha)低(di)于0.002V,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)一致(zhi)性好。PS:电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)每串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)应是:三元锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)在3.0-4.2V;磷酸铁锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)2.0-3.6V左(zuo)右;钛酸锂(li)在1.5-2.75V左(zuo)右。如果有任(ren)何一串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相差(cha)超过(guo)2V,则(ze)表明排线(xian)接(jie)错,需要重新接(jie)线(xian)。

三:确(que)(que)保采样(yang)线(排(pai)线)接法正(zheng)确(que)(que)

以7串(chuan)电池8pin线做(zuo)个示例

B-线接电池总负极

B1线(xian)接第1串电(dian)池正(zheng)极

B2线接第2串电池正极

B3线接第3串电(dian)池正(zheng)极

B4线接第4串电池正(zheng)极

B5线接(jie)第5串电池正极

B6线(xian)接第6串电池正极

B7线(xian)接第7串电池正极

PS:7串电(dian)池(chi)(chi)第(di)7串的电(dian)池(chi)(chi)正极也是(shi)总正极,同理可类推到任何(he)串电(dian)池(chi)(chi)组上。

四:测量电(dian)压(ya)正常后,将排线(xian)插上保护板,测量保护板B-和P-之(zhi)间的电(dian)阻(zu)(zu),电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是0,则说明(ming)他(ta)们之(zhi)前畅(chang)通(tong)无(wu)阻(zu)(zu),保护板是好的。

五:或者可通过(guo)(guo)接上B-线,测量(liang)B-和(he)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)和(he)P-和(he)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)一(yi)致,说明保护(hu)板(ban)正(zheng)常(保护(hu)板(ban)相当于开(kai)关(guan),开(kai)关(guan)已经打开(kai),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)可安全通过(guo)(guo))示(shi)例测试得:B-到(dao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)是(shi)25.11VP-到(dao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)是(shi)25.11V。两(liang)个电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)一(yi)致 表示(shi)保护(hu)板(ban)正(zheng)常。如(ru)果P-通过(guo)(guo)大电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),会有轻微压(ya)(ya)降,保护(hu)板(ban)发热(re)(50度左右),属于正(zheng)常现象。
