1.用测电(dian)阻(zu)法判(pan)别(bie)结型场效(xiao)应管的电(dian)极
根据场效应管的PN结正、反向电阻值不一样的现象,可以判别出结型场效应管的三个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)。具体方法:将(jiang)万用(yong)表(biao)拨在R×1k档上,任选两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji),分(fen)(fen)别(bie)测(ce)(ce)出(chu)(chu)其(qi)正、反向(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)。当某两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)的正、反向(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)相等(deng),且为(wei)(wei)几千(qian)欧(ou)姆(mu)时,则该两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)分(fen)(fen)别(bie)是(shi)漏(lou)极(ji)D和源极(ji)S。因为(wei)(wei)对结(jie)型场(chang)效应(ying)(ying)管而言(yan),漏(lou)极(ji)和源极(ji)可(ke)互(hu)换,剩下的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)肯定是(shi)栅(zha)极(ji)G。也可(ke)以(yi)将(jiang)万用(yong)表(biao)的黑表(biao)笔(红表(biao)笔也行(xing))任意接触(chu)(chu)一个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji),另一只(zhi)表(biao)笔依(yi)次(ci)去(qu)接触(chu)(chu)其(qi)余的两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji),测(ce)(ce)其(qi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)。当出(chu)(chu)现两(liang)次(ci)测(ce)(ce)得的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)近似相等(deng)时,则黑表(biao)笔所接触(chu)(chu)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)为(wei)(wei)栅(zha)极(ji),其(qi)余两(liang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)分(fen)(fen)别(bie)为(wei)(wei)漏(lou)极(ji)和源极(ji)。若(ruo)两(liang)次(ci)测(ce)(ce)出(chu)(chu)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)均(jun)很(hen)大,说明(ming)是(shi)PN结(jie)的反向(xiang)(xiang),即(ji)都是(shi)反向(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),可(ke)以(yi)判(pan)定是(shi)N沟道场(chang)效应(ying)(ying)管,且黑表(biao)笔接的是(shi)栅(zha)极(ji);若(ruo)两(liang)次(ci)测(ce)(ce)出(chu)(chu)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)均(jun)很(hen)小(xiao),说明(ming)是(shi)正向(xiang)(xiang)PN结(jie),即(ji)是(shi)正向(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),判(pan)定为(wei)(wei)P沟道场(chang)效应(ying)(ying)管,黑表(biao)笔接的也是(shi)栅(zha)极(ji)。若(ruo)不出(chu)(chu)现上述情况,可(ke)以(yi)调换黑、红表(biao)笔按上述方法进行(xing)测(ce)(ce)试,直(zhi)到判(pan)别(bie)出(chu)(chu)栅(zha)极(ji)为(wei)(wei)止。
2.用测电阻法判别场效应管的好坏
测(ce)(ce)(ce)电(dian)(dian)阻法是(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)万(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)测(ce)(ce)(ce)量场效应管的源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)漏(lou)极(ji)(ji)、栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)、栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)漏(lou)极(ji)(ji)、栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)G1与(yu)栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)G2之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的电(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)(zhi)同场效应管手(shou)册标明(ming)的电(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)否相(xiang)符(fu)去判别管的好坏。具体方法:首(shou)先将万(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)置于(yu)(yu)R×10或R×100档,测(ce)(ce)(ce)量源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)S与(yu)漏(lou)极(ji)(ji)D之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的电(dian)(dian)阻,通(tong)常(chang)在(zai)几十(shi)欧到(dao)几千欧范(fan)围(在(zai)手(shou)册中可(ke)知,各(ge)(ge)种(zhong)不(bu)同型号的管,其(qi)电(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)各(ge)(ge)不(bu)相(xiang)同的),如果测(ce)(ce)(ce)得(de)(de)阻值(zhi)(zhi)大(da)于(yu)(yu)正(zheng)常(chang)值(zhi)(zhi),可(ke)能是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)内(nei)部接触不(bu)良;如果测(ce)(ce)(ce)得(de)(de)阻值(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)无穷大(da),可(ke)能是(shi)内(nei)部断极(ji)(ji)。然后把万(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)置于(yu)(yu)R×10k档,再(zai)测(ce)(ce)(ce)栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)G1与(yu)G2之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)、栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)、栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)与(yu)漏(lou)极(ji)(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的电(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)(zhi),当测(ce)(ce)(ce)得(de)(de)其(qi)各(ge)(ge)项电(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)(zhi)均为(wei)无穷大(da),则说(shuo)明(ming)管是(shi)正(zheng)常(chang)的;若测(ce)(ce)(ce)得(de)(de)上述各(ge)(ge)阻值(zhi)(zhi)太(tai)小或为(wei)通(tong)路,则说(shuo)明(ming)管是(shi)坏的。要(yao)注意,若两个栅(zha)(zha)极(ji)(ji)在(zai)管内(nei)断极(ji)(ji),可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)元件代换法进行检测(ce)(ce)(ce)。
首先(xian)用(yong)(yong)测(ce)(ce)(ce)量电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)找出两(liang)(liang)个(ge)有电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值的(de)管脚,也(ye)就(jiu)是源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)(ji)S和漏(lou)(lou)(lou)极(ji)(ji)(ji)D,余下(xia)两(liang)(liang)个(ge)脚为(wei)第一(yi)栅(zha)极(ji)(ji)(ji)G1和第二栅(zha)极(ji)(ji)(ji)G2。把先(xian)用(yong)(yong)两(liang)(liang)表笔(bi)(bi)测(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)(ji)S与漏(lou)(lou)(lou)极(ji)(ji)(ji)D之间(jian)的(de)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值记下(xia)来(lai),对调表笔(bi)(bi)再(zai)测(ce)(ce)(ce)量一(yi)次(ci),把其测(ce)(ce)(ce)得电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值记下(xia)来(lai),两(liang)(liang)次(ci)测(ce)(ce)(ce)得阻(zu)(zu)值较大(da)的(de)一(yi)次(ci),黑(hei)表笔(bi)(bi)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)的(de)电(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)为(wei)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)极(ji)(ji)(ji)D;红(hong)表笔(bi)(bi)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)的(de)为(wei)源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)(ji)S。用(yong)(yong)这(zhei)种方(fang)法(fa)(fa)判别出来(lai)的(de)S、D极(ji)(ji)(ji),还可以用(yong)(yong)估(gu)测(ce)(ce)(ce)其管的(de)放(fang)大(da)能(neng)力(li)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)进行(xing)验(yan)证,即放(fang)大(da)能(neng)力(li)大(da)的(de)黑(hei)表笔(bi)(bi)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)的(de)是D极(ji)(ji)(ji);红(hong)表笔(bi)(bi)所(suo)(suo)接(jie)地是8极(ji)(ji)(ji),两(liang)(liang)种方(fang)法(fa)(fa)检测(ce)(ce)(ce)结果(guo)均(jun)应(ying)(ying)一(yi)样。当确定(ding)了(le)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)极(ji)(ji)(ji)D、源(yuan)(yuan)极(ji)(ji)(ji)S的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)后,按D、S的(de)对应(ying)(ying)位(wei)置(zhi)装人电(dian)(dian)路,一(yi)般G1、G2也(ye)会依次(ci)对准位(wei)置(zhi),这(zhei)就(jiu)确定(ding)了(le)两(liang)(liang)个(ge)栅(zha)极(ji)(ji)(ji)G1、G2的(de)位(wei)置(zhi),从而就(jiu)确定(ding)了(le)D、S、G1、G2管脚的(de)顺序。
