三端(duan)稳压(ya)管(guan)(guan)是一(yi)种(zhong)直到临(lin)界反向(xiang)击(ji)穿电压(ya)前(qian)都具有很高(gao)电阻的(de)半导体器件(jian)。稳压(ya)管(guan)(guan)在反向(xiang)击(ji)穿时,在一(yi)定(ding)的(de)电流范(fan)围(wei)(wei)内(nei)(或者说在一(yi)定(ding)功率损耗范(fan)围(wei)(wei)内(nei)),端(duan)电压(ya)几乎不变(bian),表(biao)现出稳压(ya)特性,因而广泛应用于(yu)稳压(ya)电源与限幅电路之中。
因(yin)为固定(ding)三(san)端稳压(ya)器属于串(chuan)联型稳压(ya)电(dian)路,因(yin)此它的(de)原理等(deng)同于串(chuan)联型稳压(ya)电(dian)路。
其(qi)中R1、Rp、R2组成(cheng)的(de)分(fen)(fen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器是(shi)(shi)取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),从(cong)输出端取(qu)出部分(fen)(fen)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)UB2作为(wei)(wei)取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)加(jia)至三(san)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)T2的(de)基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)。稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)Dz以(yi)其(qi)稳(wen)定电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)Uz作为(wei)(wei)基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),加(jia)在(zai)T2的(de)发射极(ji)(ji)(ji)上。R3是(shi)(shi)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)的(de)限(xian)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。三(san)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)T2组成(cheng)比较(jiao)放(fang)大电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),它将取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)UB2与基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)Uz加(jia)以(yi)比较(jiao)和放(fang)大,再去控制三(san)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)T1的(de)基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位。输入电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)Ui加(jia)在(zai)三(san)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)T1与负载(zai)RL相(xiang)串(chuan)联的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)上,因此,改(gai)变(bian)T1集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)间的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)降UCE1便可调(diao)节RL两端的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)Uo。也就是(shi)(shi)说,稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)Uo可以(yi)通过三(san)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)T1加(jia)以(yi)调(diao)节,所以(yi)T1称为(wei)(wei)调(diao)整管(guan)(guan)。由于(yu)调(diao)整元件是(shi)(shi)晶(jing)(jing)体管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan),而(er)且在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中与负载(zai)相(xiang)串(chuan)联,故称为(wei)(wei)晶(jing)(jing)体管(guan)(guan)串(chuan)联型稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R4和T1的(de)基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)偏置电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,也是(shi)(shi)T2的(de)集(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)负载(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。
当电(dian)(dian)(dian)网电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)降(jiang)低或负载电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻减(jian)小而(er)(er)使输出端电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)有所下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)时,其取样(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)UB2相应减(jian)小,T2基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)。但因T2发(fa)射(she)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)既稳压(ya)(ya)管的(de)稳定Uz保持不变(bian),所以发(fa)射(she)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)UBE2减(jian)小,导(dao)(dao)致T2集电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)减(jian)小而(er)(er)集电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)Uc2升高。由于(yu)放大管T2的(de)集电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)与调(diao)整管T1的(de)基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)接在一起,故T1基(ji)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)升高,导(dao)(dao)致集电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)增(zeng)大而(er)(er)管压(ya)(ya)降(jiang)UCE1减(jian)小。因为(wei)T1与RL串联,所以,输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)Uo基(ji)本不变(bian)。
同(tong)理,当电(dian)(dian)网电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)或负载(zai)发生(sheng)变(bian)化引起输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)Uo增大时,通过(guo)(guo)取样、比(bi)较放大、调整(zheng)等(deng)过(guo)(guo)程,将使调整(zheng)调整(zheng)管的管压(ya)(ya)降UCE1增加,结果(guo)抑制了输(shu)出(chu)端电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)的增大,输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)仍基本保持不变(bian)。
调(diao)节(jie)电(dian)位器Rp,可对输(shu)出电(dian)压进行微(wei)调(diao)。调(diao)整管(guan)T1与负载电(dian)阻(zu)RL组成的是射极输(shu)出电(dian)路,所以具有稳定输(shu)出电(dian)压的特点。
在串联型稳压电(dian)源电(dian)路(lu)的(de)工作过(guo)(guo)程中,要求调(diao)整管(guan)(guan)(guan)始(shi)终处在放大(da)状态。通过(guo)(guo)调(diao)整管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)电(dian)流等(deng)于负载电(dian)流,因(yin)此必须选用适(shi)当的(de)大(da)功率管(guan)(guan)(guan)作调(diao)整管(guan)(guan)(guan),并按规定安装散热装置。为了防(fang)止短路(lu)或长期(qi)过(guo)(guo)载烧坏(huai)调(diao)整管(guan)(guan)(guan),在直流稳压器中一般还设有短路(lu)保护(hu)和(he)过(guo)(guo)载保护(hu)等(deng)电(dian)路(lu)。
