5v三端稳压管工作原理

下面会(hui)讲到(dao)(dao)5V三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)管(guan)工(gong)作原理,在电路(lu)板上,我们经常会(hui)看到(dao)(dao)一个类似(si)三极管(guan)的(de)元(yuan)件---三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)器。三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)器常用在需要电压(ya)(ya)变(bian)(bian)换的(de)地方。如18伏(fu)(fu)变(bian)(bian)12伏(fu)(fu)、12伏(fu)(fu)变(bian)(bian)5伏(fu)(fu)。

常见的(de)(de)三端(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器有78系列(lie)的(de)(de)7805、7808、7809、7812、7824等。78后面(mian)的(de)(de)数字代表(biao)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器输出的(de)(de)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)值。78系列(lie)的(de)(de)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器输出都为正压(ya)(ya)(ya)。如7805代表(biao)输出正5伏(fu)、7812代表(biao)输出正12伏(fu)。另一种输出负压(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)三端(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器是79系列(lie)的(de)(de)。如7905代表(biao)输出伏(fu)5伏(fu)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)、7912代表(biao)输出负12伏(fu)电压(ya)(ya)(ya)。

有的(de)(de)三(san)端稳压(ya)器标注带(dai)字(zi)母,那是代表承(cheng)受电(dian)流。如输(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)流以78(或79)后面加字(zi)母来区分(fen)。L表示0.1;AM表示0.5A,无字(zi)母表示1.5A,如78L05表求(qiu)5V 0.1A。常见(jian)的(de)(de)三(san)端稳压(ya)器管脚排(pai)列一般是带(dai)字(zi)的(de)(de)那面朝向我(wo)们(men)时,左(zuo)边的(de)(de)第一个脚为输(shu)(shu)入正极(ji),中间为负极(ji),最右边为输(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)正极(ji)。

5V三端稳压管工作原理

在(zai)三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)端(duan)(duan)与输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)端(duan)(duan)都会(hui)有一个电(dian)解电(dian)容。使(shi)用三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器要注(zhu)意输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)与输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)之间的(de)(de)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)不能(neng)过(guo)小。以(yi)7805为例(li),该三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)固定输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)是5V,而(er)输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)电(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)至少(shao)大(da)于7V,这样(yang)输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)/输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)之间有2-3V及以(yi)上的(de)(de)压(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)。使(shi)调整管保(bao)证工作在(zai)放大(da)区(qu)。但压(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)取得(de)大(da)时(shi)(shi),又会(hui)增加集成块的(de)(de)功耗,所以(yi),两者应兼顾,即既保(bao)证在(zai)最大(da)负载电(dian)流(liu)时(shi)(shi)调整管不进入(ru)(ru)饱和,又不至于功耗偏大(da)。另外一般在(zai)三端(duan)(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)端(duan)(duan)接(jie)一个二极管,用来防止输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)端(duan)(duan)短路时(shi)(shi),输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)端(duan)(duan)存(cun)储的(de)(de)电(dian)荷通过(guo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)器,而(er)损坏(huai)器件。

三端稳压器的(de)故障率不高,最常(chang)见的(de)是管脚开焊(han)。但在维修中常(chang)常(chang)是我(wo)们检(jian)测电(dian)压是否正常(chang)的(de)一个检(jian)测点,所(suo)以很(hen)有必要对(dui)它进行了解。


5V三端稳压管的应用

1、浪涌保护(hu)电(dian)(dian)路:稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)在准(zhun)确的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)下击穿,这就使(shi)得它可(ke)作(zuo)为限制或保护(hu)之元件(jian)来(lai)使(shi)用(yong),因为各(ge)种(zhong)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)的稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)二(er)极管(guan)都可(ke)以得到,故对于这种(zhong)应用(yong)特别适宜.图中(zhong)的稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)二(er)极管(guan)D是作(zuo)为过(guo)压(ya)(ya)(ya)保护(hu)器件(jian).只要(yao)电(dian)(dian)源电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)VS超过(guo)二(er)极管(guan)的稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)值D就导通,使(shi)继电(dian)(dian)器J吸合负载RL就与电(dian)(dian)源分开;

2、电视机里的过(guo)压保(bao)护电路:EC是电视机主供电压,当(dang)EC电压过(guo)高(gao)时,D导通(tong)(tong),三(san)极(ji)管BG导通(tong)(tong),其(qi)集电极(ji)电位将由原来(lai)的高(gao)电平(ping)(ping)(5V)变为低电平(ping)(ping),通(tong)(tong)过(guo)待(dai)机控制(zhi)线的控制(zhi)使电视机进入待(dai)机保(bao)护状态;

3、电(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)抑制电(dian)(dian)(dian)路:在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)感线圈上并联接入(ru)一(yi)只合适的(de)稳压二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)(也(ye)可接入(ru)一(yi)只普通二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)原理一(yi)样(yang))的(de)话,当线圈在(zai)导(dao)通状态(tai)切断时(shi)(shi),由于(yu)其电(dian)(dian)(dian)磁能释放所产生(sheng)的(de)高压就(jiu)被二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)所吸收,所以当开(kai)(kai)关断开(kai)(kai)时(shi)(shi),开(kai)(kai)关的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)也(ye)就(jiu)被消(xiao)除了.这个应用电(dian)(dian)(dian)路在(zai)工业上用得比较多,如(ru)一(yi)些(xie)较大功率(lv)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)磁吸控制电(dian)(dian)(dian)路就(jiu)用到它;

4、串联(lian)型稳(wen)压电路(lu)(lu):在(zai)此电路(lu)(lu)中,串联(lian)稳(wen)压管BG的基极(ji)被稳(wen)压二(er)极(ji)管D钳定(ding)在(zai)13V,那(nei)么(me)其发射极(ji)就输出恒定(ding)的12V电压了(le).这个电路(lu)(lu)在(zai)很(hen)多(duo)场合下都有应用。

三端稳压器(78、79系列)管脚判断技巧

电(dian)子产(chan)品中常见(jian)到(dao)的三端稳(wen)压(ya)集(ji)成电(dian)路(lu)有正电(dian)压(ya)输出(chu)的78××系(xi)列和负电(dian)压(ya)输出(chu)的79××系(xi)列。故名思义,三端IC是指这(zhei)种稳(wen)压(ya)用的集(ji)成电(dian)路(lu)只有三条引脚输出(chu),分别是输入端、接地端和输出(chu)端。它的样(yang)子象是普通的三极管,TO-220的标准(zhun)封装,也有9013样(yang)子的TO-92封装。

1、用78/79系列(lie)三端(duan)稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)IC来(lai)组(zu)成稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)所(suo)需的(de)(de)外围元件极少(shao),电(dian)(dian)路内部还有(you)过流(liu)、过热(re)及调整管的(de)(de)保护电(dian)(dian)路,使用起来(lai)可靠、方便,而且价格(ge)便宜。该系列(lie)集成稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)IC型(xing)号(hao)中的(de)(de)78或79后面(mian)的(de)(de)数字代表该三端(duan)集成稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),如7806表示(shi)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)为正6V,7909表示(shi)输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)为负(fu)9V。

2、78/79系列三端稳压IC有很(hen)多电(dian)子厂家生(sheng)产(chan),80年(nian)代就(jiu)有了,通常前缀为生(sheng)产(chan)厂家的代号(hao),如TA7805是(shi)东芝(zhi)的产(chan)品(pin),AN7909是(shi)松下的产(chan)品(pin)。

3、有(you)时在数字78或79后面还有(you)一个M或L,如78M12或79L24,用(yong)来区(qu)别输(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)电流和(he)封(feng)(feng)装(zhuang)(zhuang)形式等(deng),其中78L调系列的(de)(de)最大输(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)电流为(wei)(wei)100mA,78M系列最大输(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)电流为(wei)(wei)1A,78系列最大输(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)电流为(wei)(wei)1.5A。它的(de)(de)封(feng)(feng)装(zhuang)(zhuang)也有(you)多(duo)(duo)种,详见(jian)图。塑料(liao)封(feng)(feng)装(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)稳压电路具有(you)安装(zhuang)(zhuang)容易、价格低廉(lian)等(deng)优点,因(yin)此用(yong)得比较多(duo)(duo)。79系列除了输(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)电压为(wei)(wei)负。引出(chu)(chu)(chu)脚排(pai)列不同以(yi)外,命名方法、外形等(deng)均与78系列的(de)(de)相(xiang)同。

4、因为三端固(gu)定(ding)集成稳压电(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)使用方便,电(dian)子制作中(zhong)经常(chang)采(cai)用,可以用来改装分立(li)元件的(de)(de)(de)稳压电(dian)源,也经常(chang)用作电(dian)子设备(bei)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作电(dian)源。电(dian)路图(tu)如图(tu)所示。

5、注意三端(duan)集成稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)的输(shu)入、输(shu)出和接(jie)地端(duan)绝(jue)不(bu)能接(jie)错,不(bu)然容易(yi)烧坏。一(yi)般三端(duan)集成稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)的最小输(shu)入、输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差约(yue)为2V,否则不(bu)能输(shu)出稳(wen)定的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),一(yi)般应使(shi)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差保(bao)持(chi)在4-5V,即(ji)经变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器变压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),二(er)极管整流,电(dian)(dian)容器滤波后的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)应比稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值高一(yi)些。

6、在实际应(ying)用(yong)中,应(ying)在三(san)端(duan)集(ji)成稳(wen)压(ya)电路上安(an)装足够大的(de)散热器(当然小功率的(de)条件下不用(yong))。当稳(wen)压(ya)管温度过高时,稳(wen)压(ya)性能将(jiang)变(bian)差,甚至损坏。

7、当(dang)制作中需要一(yi)个能输(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)1.5A以(yi)上电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)稳压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),通常采用(yong)(yong)几块(kuai)三(san)端稳压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)并(bing)联起来(lai),使其(qi)最(zui)大输(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)为(wei)N个1.5A,但(dan)应用(yong)(yong)时(shi)需注意:并(bing)联使用(yong)(yong)的(de)集成稳压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)应采用(yong)(yong)同一(yi)厂家、同一(yi)批号(hao)的(de)产(chan)品,以(yi)保证参数的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)。另外在输(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)上留有一(yi)定的(de)余量,以(yi)避免个别集成稳压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)失效时(shi)导致(zhi)其(qi)他电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)连锁烧(shao)毁。

在(zai)78**、79**系列三端稳压器中最常(chang)应(ying)用的是TO-220和TO-202两(liang)种封装。这两(liang)种封装的图形以及(ji)引脚序号、引脚功能如附图所(suo)示(shi)。

图中的(de)(de)引(yin)脚(jiao)号标注(zhu)方法是按照引(yin)脚(jiao)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)从(cong)高到底的(de)(de)顺序标注(zhu)的(de)(de)。这样标注(zhu)便(bian)于记(ji)忆(yi)。引(yin)脚(jiao)①为最(zui)(zui)高电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),③脚(jiao)为最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),②脚(jiao)居中。从(cong)图中可以(yi)看出(chu),不(bu)论正(zheng)压(ya)还是负压(ya),②脚(jiao)均为输(shu)出(chu)端(duan)。对(dui)(dui)于78**正(zheng)压(ya)系列,输(shu)入是最(zui)(zui)高电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),自(zi)然是①脚(jiao),地(di)端(duan)为最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),即③脚(jiao),如(ru)附图所示。对(dui)(dui)与79**负压(ya)系列,输(shu)入为最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),自(zi)然是③脚(jiao),而地(di)端(duan)为最(zui)(zui)高电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei),即①脚(jiao),如(ru)附图所示。

此外,还应注意,散热(re)(re)片总是(shi)和最低(di)电(dian)位(wei)的第③脚相连。这(zhei)样在78**系列(lie)(lie)中,散热(re)(re)片和地相连接,而在79**系列(lie)(lie)中,散热(re)(re)片却(que)和输入(ru)端(duan)相连接.
