火(huo)(huo)灾探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)的(de)品(pin)种(zhong)很多,大(da)致有如下几种(zhong):离(li)子感烟(yan)(yan)探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)、光电感烟(yan)(yan)探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)、感温探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)(包括定(ding)温式和差温式)、气体式探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)、红外(wai)线式探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)、紫外(wai)线式探(tan)测(ce)器(qi)(qi)。在这(zhei)里要跟大(da)家引见的(de)是最常用的(de)火(huo)(huo)灾报(bao)警器(qi)(qi)原理。


一、火灾报警器(qi)原理(li) 感烟火灾探(tan)测器(qi)

火灾(zai)开展(zhan)过(guo)程大致(zhi)能够分为(wei)初期阶(jie)段、开展(zhan)阶(jie)段和衰(shuai)减熄灭阶(jie)段。感烟火灾(zai)探(tan)(tan)测(ce)(ce)器(qi)的功用(yong)在(zai)(zai)于:在(zai)(zai)初燃生烟阶(jie)段,能自动发(fa)出火灾(zai)报警信号,以(yi)期将火扑(pu)灭在(zai)(zai)未(wei)成灾(zai)祸之前(qian)。依据(ju)构造不同,感烟探(tan)(tan)测(ce)(ce)器(qi)可(ke)分为(wei)离子(zi)感烟探(tan)(tan)测(ce)(ce)器(qi)和光电感烟探(tan)(tan)测(ce)(ce)器(qi)。


①离子感烟探测器

离(li)子(zi)式感烟探测(ce)器是(shi)由两(liang)(liang)个(ge)内含Am241放射源的串联室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、场(chang)效应管及开(kai)关(guan)电(dian)路组成的。内电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)即(ji)补偿室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),是(shi)密(mi)封的,烟不易进(jin)(jin)入;外电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)即(ji)检(jian)(jian)测(ce)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),是(shi)开(kai)孔的,烟可(ke)以顺利进(jin)(jin)入。在(zai)串联两(liang)(liang)个(ge)电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的两(liang)(liang)端(duan)(duan)直接(jie)接(jie)入24V直流电(dian)源。当火灾发作时,烟雾进(jin)(jin)入检(jian)(jian)测(ce)电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),Am241产生的α射线被阻挠(nao),使(shi)其(qi)电(dian)离(li)才能降低,因此电(dian)离(li)电(dian)流减少,检(jian)(jian)测(ce)电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空气的等(deng)效阻抗增加,而补偿电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因无烟进(jin)(jin)入,电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的阻抗坚持(chi)不变(bian),因而,惹起(qi)施加在(zai)两(liang)(liang)个(ge)电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)两(liang)(liang)端(duan)(duan)分压比的变(bian)化,在(zai)检(jian)(jian)测(ce)电(dian)离(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)两(liang)(liang)端(duan)(duan)的电(dian)压增加量到(dao)达一(yi)定值(zhi)时,开(kai)关(guan)电(dian)路动作、发出报(bao)警信号。


②光电感(gan)烟探测(ce)器

光(guang)(guang)(guang)电式感烟探(tan)测器(qi)由(you)光(guang)(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)电元件(jian)和电子开关组成(cheng)。应用(yong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)散射(she)原理对火灾初(chu)期产生的烟雾停(ting)止探(tan)测,并及时(shi)发出报警(jing)信号。依照光(guang)(guang)(guang)源(yuan)(yuan)不同,可分为(wei)普通(tong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电式、激光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电式、紫(zi)外光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电式和红(hong)外光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电式等(deng)4种。


a、普通光(guang)电式感烟探测器依据其构造特性可分为遮光(guang)型和散射型两种。

遮光(guang)(guang)(guang)型光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)感烟探测(ce)器由一个光(guang)(guang)(guang)源(灯泡或发光(guang)(guang)(guang)二极(ji)管)和一个光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)元(yuan)件对应装(zhuang)在(zai)小暗室内(nei)构成。在(zai)无(wu)烟状(zhuang)况下,光(guang)(guang)(guang)源发出的光(guang)(guang)(guang)经过(guo)透(tou)镜聚(ju)成光(guang)(guang)(guang)束,映照(zhao)到光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)元(yuan)件上(shang),并将其转换成电(dian)信号,使整(zheng)个电(dian)路(lu)维(wei)持在(zai)正(zheng)常状(zhuang)态(tai),不发出报警(jing)。当(dang)火灾发作有烟雾(wu)进(jin)入(ru)探测(ce)器,使光(guang)(guang)(guang)的传播特性改动,光(guang)(guang)(guang)强明显削弱,电(dian)路(lu)正(zheng)常状(zhuang)态(tai)被毁坏,则发出报警(jing)信号。


散射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)式感烟(yan)探测(ce)器的(de)发光(guang)(guang)(guang)二极管和(he)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)(yuan)件设(she)置的(de)位置不是对应(ying)的(de)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)(yuan)件设(she)置在多孔的(de)小(xiao)暗室里。无烟(yan)雾时(shi),光(guang)(guang)(guang)不能射(she)(she)到光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)(yuan)件上(shang),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路维(wei)持正常(chang)状态。而发作火灾时(shi),有烟(yan)雾进入(ru)探测(ce)器,光(guang)(guang)(guang)经(jing)过(guo)烟(yan)雾粒子(zi)的(de)反射(she)(she)或散射(she)(she)抵达(da)光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)(yuan)件上(shang),则光(guang)(guang)(guang)信(xin)号转换(huan)成电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)号,经(jing)放大(da)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路放大(da)后(hou),驱(qu)动自动报警安(an)装发出报警信(xin)号。


b、激(ji)光(guang)(guang)式感烟探测器。由激(ji)光(guang)(guang)发射(she)机(包括(kuo)脉(mai)冲电源和激(ji)光(guang)(guang)发作器)和激(ji)光(guang)(guang)接纳器(包括(kuo)光(guang)(guang)电接纳器、脉(mai)冲放大(da)及报警)组成(cheng)。

它应用激光(guang)(guang)(guang)方向性强、亮度高及单色性和(he)相(xiang)干(gan)性好的(de)特性。在(zai)无烟(yan)状况下,脉冲激光(guang)(guang)(guang)束射到光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)接纳器(qi)(qi)(qi)上,转换成电(dian)信(xin)号,报(bao)(bao)警器(qi)(qi)(qi)不发(fa)出报(bao)(bao)警。一旦激光(guang)(guang)(guang)束在(zai)发(fa)射过程(cheng)中有烟(yan)雾遮挡而削(xue)弱(ruo)到一定水平,使光(guang)(guang)(guang)电(dian)接纳器(qi)(qi)(qi)信(xin)号显著削(xue)弱(ruo),探测器(qi)(qi)(qi)发(fa)出报(bao)(bao)警信(xin)号。在(zai)品种繁多的(de)激光(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)源中,半导体激光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)由于(yu)具有所需激起电(dian)压低(di)、效(xiao)率高、脉冲功率大、器(qi)(qi)(qi)件体积小、耐震(zhen)、寿命长和(he)价钱低(di)廉等优点而遭到注重。


c、紫外(wai)光(guang)和红(hong)外(wai)光(guang)感烟探测(ce)器(qi)。它们具有灵(ling)活度高(gao)、性能稳定、牢靠、探测(ce)方(fang)位精(jing)确等优点,因此得到(dao)普遍注重(zhong)(zhong),并成(cheng)为目(mu)前火(huo)灾探测(ce)器(qi)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)设备和开展方(fang)向。

光(guang)电式(shi)感烟(yan)探测器开(kai)展很(hen)快,品种不时增加,就其功用(yong)而言,它能完成早期火灾(zai)报(bao)警,除应用(yong)于大(da)型建筑(zhu)物内部外(wai),还特别适(shi)用(yong)于电气(qi)火灾(zai)风险性较大(da)的场所,如计算机房、仪(yi)器仪(yi)表室和电缆沟、隧道等处。


二(er)、火(huo)灾报警器(qi)原理 感温(wen)火(huo)灾探(tan)测器(qi)


①双金属片型是应用两种(zhong)不(bu)同收缩系数的(de)金属片作(zuo)为敏感元件的(de),普通(tong)制成差(cha)(cha)温(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)定(ding)温(wen)(wen)(wen)两种(zhong)方式,定(ding)温(wen)(wen)(wen)式是当环境温(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)上升到达设定(ding)温(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)时(shi),定(ding)温(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)件立刻(ke)动作(zuo),发出报(bao)警(jing)信号(hao);差(cha)(cha)温(wen)(wen)(wen)式是当环境温(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)急剧(ju)上升,其温(wen)(wen)(wen)升速率(℃/min)到达或超越探测器规(gui)则的(de)动作(zuo)温(wen)(wen)(wen)升速率时(shi),差(cha)(cha)温(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)件立刻(ke)动作(zuo),发出报(bao)警(jing)信号(hao)。


②膜盒型探(tan)测器由波纹板组成一个气室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)内(nei)空气只能(neng)经过(guo)气塞螺钉(ding)的小孔与大气相通。普通状况下(xia)(指环(huan)境温升(sheng)速率(lv)不大于1℃/min),气室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)受(shou)热,室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)内(nei)收(shou)缩的气体能(neng)够经过(guo)气塞螺钉(ding)小孔走漏到大气中去。当发作火灾时(shi),温升(sheng)速率(lv)急剧增加,气室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)内(nei)的气压增大,波纹板向(xiang)上鼓起,推进(jin)弹性接触片,接通电接点,发出报(bao)警信号。


③电(dian)(dian)(dian)子感温探(tan)测(ce)器由两(liang)(liang)个(ge)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)和温度(du)特性相同的热(re)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)和电(dian)(dian)(dian)子开(kai)关(guan)线路组成,两(liang)(liang)个(ge)热(re)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)中一(yi)个(ge)可直接(jie)感受环境(jing)温度(du)的变化(hua)(hua),而另一(yi)个(ge)则封锁在一(yi)定热(re)容量的小球内。当外界温度(du)变化(hua)(hua)迟缓时,两(liang)(liang)个(ge)热(re)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)随温度(du)变化(hua)(hua)根本相接(jie)近,开(kai)关(guan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路不动作。火灾(zai)发(fa)作时,环境(jing)温度(du)猛烈上升,两(liang)(liang)个(ge)热(re)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)变化(hua)(hua)不一(yi)样,原来的稳定状态毁坏,开(kai)关(guan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路翻(fan)开(kai),发(fa)出报警(jing)信号(hao)。
