1、LED太阳能路灯体系结构

LED太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)能路灯体(ti)系如(ru)图1所示,能够(gou)看出其由(you)(you)太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)能电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、路灯操(cao)控(kong)器、蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、市电(dian)(dian)供电(dian)(dian)和(he)LED路灯五部(bu)分组(zu)成,其间太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)用于(yu)把太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)光(guang)能转互电(dian)(dian)能,即白日时间太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)能电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)给蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)电(dian)(dian),而(er)且能够(gou)依据太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)能电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)两头电(dian)(dian)压的巨细判(pan)别亮光(guang)程(cheng)度。也就是从太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)压的巨细来(lai)判(pan)别天(tian)黑和(he)天(tian)亮。蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是整个太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)能体(ti)系的储备动(dong)力设备,白日时太(tai)(tai)阳(yang)(yang)(yang)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)给蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)充(chong)电(dian)(dian),晚(wan)上或阴雨天(tian)体(ti)系和(he)负载用电(dian)(dian)由(you)(you)蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)来(lai)提(ti)供。

3、路灯操控器硬件规划

太阳能路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)操控器是太阳能路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)体系中最为重要的部件(jian),其功用规划的好坏(huai)决议(yi)了一(yi)个太阳能路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)体系运行情况的好坏(huai)。路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)操控器需求完成的功用有:依据(ju)太阳亮(liang)度,白日断开LED路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)而给蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian),晚上通过蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)给路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian),并能分时段进行功率调整,在蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)缺(que)乏时,主动(dong)切换(huan)到(dao)市电(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)体系;防止蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)过充和过放(fang),具有短(duan)路(lu)维护和反接(jie)维护功用等。

依据需求完成的操控功(gong)用,本文挑(tiao)选STM8单片(pian)机对LED太阳能(neng)路灯体系(xi)进行(xing)操控。

单片(pian)机首(shou)要(yao)完(wan)成(cheng)的功(gong)用包含检(jian)测蓄电(dian)池两头电(dian)压并(bing)依据不同状况选用不同的充电(dian)形式;判别白日黑夜并(bing)以此来(lai)切换(huan)(huan)蓄电(dian)池充电(dian)和(he)放电(dian)形式以及切换(huan)(huan)到市电(dian)供电(dian)体系。

路灯(deng)操控器(qi)(qi)中包含的电(dian)路模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)比(bi)较多(duo),如电(dian)源模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、复位模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、时钟模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)等等,而对整个操控器(qi)(qi)至整个太阳能(neng)路灯(deng)体系比(bi)较重要的是电(dian)压检测模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)及蓄(xu)电(dian)池充放电(dian)模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)及切(qie)换模(mo)(mo)块(kuai)。


4、蓄电池充电操控电路

由操(cao)控器的(de)(de)(de)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)用知(zhi),白日太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)给蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),晚上或阴天用于LED路灯(deng)照明,完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)绿色环保节(jie)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)意图(tu)(tu),所(suo)(suo)以蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)操(cao)控电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路在太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)路灯(deng)操(cao)控体(ti)系中具有重要的(de)(de)(de)效果。本文(wen)选(xuan)用斩波式PWM充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)原理,单片(pian)机(ji)(ji)首要检测蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)两头(tou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),并与软件(jian)中设定(ding)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相比较(jiao),进(jin)而挑选(xuan)不同的(de)(de)(de)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式。详细(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)操(cao)控电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路如图(tu)(tu)2所(suo)(suo)示,其间中J1、J3分别(bie)为(wei)蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)和太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)正极(ji)(ji),单片(pian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)口通(tong)过(guo)R20、R21及R18、R19分别(bie)对(dui)太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)进(jin)行采样,通(tong)过(guo)AD变(bian)换判别(bie),在满(man)足充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或中止(zhi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)条件(jian)下,单片(pian)机(ji)(ji)P0.3口给出(chu)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)操(cao)控信号,使(shi)三极(ji)(ji)管S 导通(tong)或截止(zhi),即可完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),详细(xi)(xi)可见(jian)程序规(gui)划部(bu)分。其间图(tu)(tu)中D6为(wei)防反(fan)充肖特(te)基二极(ji)(ji)管,防止(zhi)当蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)高于太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)时,蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)向太阳(yang)能(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)反(fan)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。D7是一(yi)个(ge)维护(hu)二极(ji)(ji)管,当蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)反(fan)接时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路断开(kai),维护(hu)蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),进(jin)步(bu)体(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)牢靠性。


5、负载输出操控电路

为了(le)(le)(le)在夜间不同(tong)时(shi)(shi)间选用不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)亮度,以(yi)到达节省电(dian)(dian)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)意图,本体(ti)系(xi)规划了(le)(le)(le)两路(lu)(lu)负载输(shu)出(chu),晚上12点(dian)曾经两盏LED皆亮,12点(dian)后(hou)一盏点(dian)亮,每路(lu)(lu)输(shu)出(chu)均有立的(de)(de)(de)操控(kong)和检测。规划选用了(le)(le)(le)PWM功率操控(kong)功用对LED灯具完成无级调(diao)光。单路(lu)(lu)原理如图3所(suo)示。其间单片机P0.6 口给出(chu)操控(kong)信号,即P 0 . 6 = 1 时(shi)(shi),三(san)极管导通(tong),继电(dian)(dian)器闭合,MOS管导通(tong),蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池向(xiang)路(lu)(lu)灯供(gong)(gong)电(dian)(dian)。在电(dian)(dian)量缺乏(fa)或(huo)白日时(shi)(shi),操控(kong)端输(shu)出(chu)低(di)电(dian)(dian)平(ping)信号,切断供(gong)(gong)电(dian)(dian)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)。夜晚蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)量缺乏(fa)情况下由市电(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)电(dian)(dian)体(ti)系(xi)给LED路(lu)(lu)灯供(gong)(gong)电(dian)(dian),确(que)保(bao)体(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)完好和牢靠(kao)。


6、体系软件规划

操控器能主(zhu)动(dong)检测(ce)(ce)当(dang)时的(de)(de)状况,首(shou)要依(yi)据太阳能电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)两头电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)检测(ce)(ce)当(dang)时状况是白日还是黑(hei)夜,进而(er)挑(tiao)选是充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)形(xing)式(shi)或许放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)形(xing)式(shi)。在充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)形(xing)式(shi)中依(yi)据蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)两两头的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)挑(tiao)选不同的(de)(de)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)形(xing)式(shi),如当(dang)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)高(gao)于维(wei)护电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(15V)时,主(zhu)动(dong)关断对蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),此后当(dang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)掉至维(wei)护电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(13.2V)时,蓄电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)进入浮充(chong)状况,当(dang)低于维(wei)护电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(13.2V)后浮充(chong)封闭,进入均(jun)充(chong)状况。

在放电(dian)过程(cheng)中,首要(yao)确保在晚上12点前(qian)注册两(liang)路负(fu)载(zai),12点后注册一路负(fu)载(zai),而且(qie)当(dang)蓄电(dian)池电(dian)压(ya)低于维护(hu)电(dian)压(ya)(11V)时,操控器主(zhu)动(dong)切换(huan)到(dao)市电(dian)供电(dian)体系或封闭负(fu)载(zai)开关以维护(hu)蓄电(dian)池不受损坏。
