锂(li)离子电池的正极材料是(shi)氧(yang)化钴锂(li),负(fu)极是(shi)碳。
锂离(li)子电池(chi)(chi)的(de)工作(zuo)原理就是(shi)指其充放电原理。当对电池(chi)(chi)进行充电时,电池(chi)(chi)的(de)正极(ji)(ji)(ji)上有锂离(li)子生(sheng)成,生(sheng)成的(de)锂离(li)子经过电解液(ye)运动到(dao)负(fu)极(ji)(ji)(ji)而作(zuo)为负(fu)极(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)碳(tan)呈层状结(jie)构,它(ta)有很多(duo)微孔,到(dao)达负(fu)极(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)锂离(li)子就嵌(qian)入(ru)到(dao)碳(tan)层的(de)微孔中(zhong),嵌(qian)入(ru)的(de)锂离(li)子越多(duo),充电容量越高。
同(tong)样(yang)道理,当对电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)进行放电(dian)(dian)(dian)时(即(ji)我们(men)(men)使(shi)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)过程(cheng)),嵌在(zai)负极(ji)(ji)碳层中的(de)(de)(de)(de)锂离(li)子(zi)脱出,又运(yun)动(dong)(dong)回(hui)到正极(ji)(ji)。回(hui)到正极(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)锂离(li)子(zi)越(yue)多,放电(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)越(yue)高。我们(men)(men)通常所说的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)指的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是放电(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)。不难看出,在(zai)锂离(li)子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)过程(cheng)中,锂离(li)子(zi)处于从正极(ji)(ji)→负极(ji)(ji)→正极(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)运(yun)动(dong)(dong)状态(tai)。如果(guo)我们(men)(men)把(ba)锂离(li)子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)形象地比(bi)喻为(wei)一把(ba)摇(yao)椅(yi)(yi),摇(yao)椅(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)两端为(wei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)两极(ji)(ji),而锂离(li)子(zi)就象优秀的(de)(de)(de)(de)运(yun)动(dong)(dong)健将,在(zai)摇(yao)椅(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)两端来回(hui)奔(ben)跑。所以,专(zhuan)家们(men)(men)又给(ji)了锂离(li)子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)一个可爱的(de)(de)(de)(de)名字摇(yao)椅(yi)(yi)式电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。
电压:指电池在断路(即电流没有通过两极时)电池两极的电位之 差称之为电池的开路电压 。
内阻:指电流通过又叫电池内部所受的阻力,全内阻。
寿命:电池经受一次充电和放电过程叫一个循环或一个周期。一般国产锂电芯循环寿命能做到400次左右,有些优质电芯能达到500次左右(国家标准规定循环300次即可)。
容量:指在一定放电制度下(即在一定的放电电流、终止电压及环境条件下)电池所释放的电量。(1400mAH意思就是用1400mA电流放电可放一个小时)
保护功能:有过流保护、过充保护、短路保护、过放保护
锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(可充型)之所以需要(yao)保护,是由(you)(you)它(ta)本身(shen)特(te)性(xing)决(jue)定的(de)。由(you)(you)于(yu)锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)本身(shen)的(de)材料(liao)决(jue)定了它(ta)不能被过充、过放(fang)(fang)、过流(liu)(liu)、短路及(ji)超高温充放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian),因此锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)组件总会跟(gen)着(zhe)一块精(jing)致的(de)保护板(ban)和(he)一片电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)保险器出现。(镍电(dian)(dian)(dian)一般情况下只需温度及(ji)过流(liu)(liu)保护,通常情况下无PCM板(ban))
锂(li)电池的(de)保护(hu)功能通常由保护(hu)电路(lu)板(ban)和(he)PTC等(deng)电流器件协(xie)同(tong)完成,保护(hu)板(ban)是(shi)由电子电路(lu)组成,在-40℃至+85℃的(de)环境下时刻准确的(de)监视电芯的(de)电压和(he)充放回(hui)路(lu)的(de)电流,及时控制电流回(hui)路(lu)的(de)通断;PTC在高温环境下防止(zhi)电池发生恶(e)劣(lie)的(de)损坏。
单(dan)节锂(li)离子电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的终止放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)为(wei)2.5V~2.75V(电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)厂(chang)给(ji)出工作电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)范围或给(ji)出终止放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),各参数略有不同)。低于终止放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)继(ji)续(xu)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)称为(wei)过放,由于电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)本(ben)身存在自放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的特性(xing),因(yin)此(ci)即使(shi)放置(zhi)情况下不使(shi)用,依然可能(neng)因(yin)为(wei)长(zhang)期(qi)放置(zhi)而过分被(bei)耗(hao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),造成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)性(xing)能(neng)劣化、寿命(ming)缩短甚至漏液。因(yin)此(ci)锂(li)二次(ci)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)通(tong)常设有过放保(bao)护(hu),当IC检(jian)测电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)至临(lin)界(jie)点(如2.25V),即启动过度(du)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护(hu),将功率MOS由开(kai)转(zhuan)为(wei)切断,此(ci)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)无电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)输出。
过流保护:为了防止电池的外部五金被导体连接短接在一起,而直接影响到电池的寿命。
短路保护:为防止电池的外部受到导体把电池的正负极连接后造成短路,保证安全性能。
工作原理:当放电时或正负极遭金属物误触造成过电流或短路,为确保安全,立即停止放电。
充电(dian)的(de)时(shi)间不宜过长或者(zhe)过短,在(zai)发现充电(dian)器(qi)显示充电(dian)完成的(de)时(shi)候要稍过一段时(shi)间再断开(kai)电(dian)源,使电(dian)池电(dian)量达到(dao)完全(quan)饱和。
切记不可过充。虽(sui)然电池本身和充电器都有保(bao)护,但还是要注意充电时间不可过长(zhang)。过充易对(dui)电池造成较(jiao)大伤害。
杜绝让(rang)电池长期处于电量不(bu)足的状(zhuang)态(tai)。亏(kui)电状(zhuang)态(tai)闲置时间越长,电池损坏越重(zhong)。因此,电池闲置不(bu)用时,应每(mei)月(yue)补充电一(yi)次,这样能较好地保持电池健(jian)康状(zhuang)态(tai)。
夏季存车是尤(you)其要注意,不可在阳光下直接暴晒。充电时保证(zheng)良(liang)好的散热,并远离热源。
大电流放电多见于电动车起步时快(kuai)速加速。注意应匀速调(diao)(diao)动调(diao)(diao)速把,不(bu)要一下子调(diao)(diao)到底,快(kuai)速调(diao)(diao)节造成瞬间电流增(zeng)大有损电池。
平时注意保持电(dian)池(chi)干燥(zao),避免碰水(shui),除此之(zhi)外还(hai)要(yao)注意电(dian)池(chi)“清洁”,防止电(dian)池(chi)内(nei)有(you)“杂物”造成自放电(dian)。
