三端稳压(ya)管-简介

三端(duan)稳压管是一(yi)种直到临界反向击穿电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压前都具(ju)有很高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)半导体器件。稳压管在反向击穿时,在一(yi)定的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流范围(wei)内(nei)(或者说在一(yi)定功率损耗范围(wei)内(nei)),端(duan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压简直不变,表(biao)现出稳压特性,因此普遍应用(yong)于稳压电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)与限幅电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路之中。

三端稳压(ya)管 -分类

三端(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)管(guan),主要有两(liang)种(zhong)(zhong),一(yi)种(zhong)(zhong)输出(chu)(chu)(chu)电(dian)压(ya)是(shi)固(gu)定的(de),称为固(gu)定输出(chu)(chu)(chu)三端(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)管(guan),另一(yi)种(zhong)(zhong)输出(chu)(chu)(chu)电(dian)压(ya)是(shi)可调的(de),称为可调输出(chu)(chu)(chu)三端(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)管(guan),其根本原理相(xiang)同,均采用串(chuan)联型稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)电(dian)路。

三端稳压管 -原理

由于固定(ding)三(san)端稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)器属于串(chuan)联型稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路(lu),因而它的(de)(de)原(yuan)理同(tong)等(deng)于串(chuan)联型稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)。其中(zhong)R1、Rp、R2组成的(de)(de)分压(ya)(ya)器是(shi)取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)路(lu),从输(shu)出端取(qu)出局部电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)UB2作为(wei)(wei)取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)加(jia)至三(san)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)T2的(de)(de)基极(ji)(ji)。稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)管(guan)Dz以(yi)其稳(wen)定(ding)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)Uz作为(wei)(wei)基准电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),加(jia)在T2的(de)(de)发射极(ji)(ji)上。R3是(shi)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)管(guan)的(de)(de)限(xian)流电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)。三(san)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)T2组成比拟放(fang)大电(dian)(dian)路(lu),它将取(qu)样(yang)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)UB2与基准电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)Uz加(jia)以(yi)比拟和放(fang)大,再去控制(zhi)三(san)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)T1的(de)(de)基极(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)位。

输入电压Ui加在三极管T1与负载RL相串联的电路上,因而,改动T1集电极间的电压降UCE1便可调理RL两端的电压Uo。也就是说,稳压电路的输出电压Uo能够经过三极管T1加以调理,所以T1称为调整管。由于调整元件是晶体管管,而且在电路中与负载相串联,故称为晶体管串联型稳压电路。电阻R4和T1的基极偏置电阻,也是T2的集电极负载电阻。

三(san)端(duan)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)当电(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降低或负载(zai)(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)阻减(jian)小(xiao)而使(shi)输(shu)出(chu)端(duan)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)有所(suo)降落(luo)时(shi),其取(qu)样电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)UB2相(xiang)应减(jian)小(xiao),T2基极(ji)电(dian)(dian)位降落(luo)。但因T2发(fa)射极(ji)电(dian)(dian)位既稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)稳(wen)(wen)定Uz坚(jian)(jian)持不(bu)变,所(suo)以(yi)发(fa)射极(ji)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)UBE2减(jian)小(xiao),招致T2集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)减(jian)小(xiao)而集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)位Uc2升(sheng)高。由于放大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)T2的(de)(de)集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)与(yu)调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)T1的(de)(de)基极(ji)接在(zai)一同,故T1基极(ji)电(dian)(dian)位升(sheng)高,招致集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)增大(da)(da)而管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降UCE1减(jian)小(xiao)。由于T1与(yu)RL串联(lian),所(suo)以(yi),输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)Uo根本不(bu)变。同理(li)(li),当电(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)或负载(zai)(zai)(zai)发(fa)作变化惹(re)起输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)Uo增大(da)(da)时(shi),经过(guo)取(qu)样、比拟(ni)放大(da)(da)、调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)等过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),将使(shi)调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降UCE1增加,结果抑止了输(shu)出(chu)端(duan)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)增大(da)(da),输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)仍根本坚(jian)(jian)持不(bu)变。调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)理(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)位器Rp,可对输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)停止微调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)。调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)T1与(yu)负载(zai)(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)阻RL组成的(de)(de)是射极(ji)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)路,所(suo)以(yi)具有稳(wen)(wen)定输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)特性。在(zai)串联(lian)型稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)源电(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)工(gong)作过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中,请求调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)一直处在(zai)放大(da)(da)状(zhuang)态。经过(guo)调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)等于负载(zai)(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)流(liu),因而必需(xu)选用恰(qia)当的(de)(de)大(da)(da)功率管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)作调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),并按规则装(zhuang)置散热(re)安装(zhuang)。为了避免短路或长期过(guo)载(zai)(zai)(zai)烧(shao)坏调(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)直流(liu)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器中普通(tong)还设有短路维护(hu)和过(guo)载(zai)(zai)(zai)维护(hu)等电(dian)(dian)路。
