一:电动车(che)充电器简介

二:充电器工作原理

220v交流(liu)电经(jing)T0双向滤波(bo)抑制(zhi)干(gan)扰(rao),D1整(zheng)流(liu)为(wei)(wei)脉(mai)(mai)动(dong)直(zhi)流(liu),再经(jing)C11滤波(bo)形(xing)成(cheng)稳定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)300V左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)电。U1 为(wei)(wei)TL3842脉(mai)(mai)宽调制(zhi)集成(cheng)电路。其(qi)5脚为(wei)(wei)电源(yuan)负极,7脚为(wei)(wei)电源(yuan)正极,6脚为(wei)(wei)脉(mai)(mai)冲(chong)输出直(zhi)接驱(qu)动(dong)场效应(ying)管Q1(K1358) 3脚为(wei)(wei)最大(da)电流(liu)限制(zhi),调整(zheng)R25(2.5欧(ou)姆)的(de)(de)(de)阻值可(ke)以调整(zheng)充电器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)最大(da)电流(liu)。2脚为(wei)(wei)电压反(fan)馈,可(ke)以调节充电器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)输出电压。4脚外接振(zhen)荡电阻R1,和振(zhen)荡电容C1。T1为(wei)(wei)高频脉(mai)(mai)冲(chong)变压器(qi),其(qi)作用有(you)三个。

第一(yi)是把高压脉冲将压为低压脉冲。

第二是起到隔离高压(ya)的(de)作用,以(yi)防触电。

第三是为uc3842提供工作电(dian)源。

三(san):如何保养(yang)电动充电器

电(dian)(dian)动车电(dian)(dian)池充(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)要(yao)专用,不(bu)要(yao)随(sui)意更换(huan)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。不(bu)同的电(dian)(dian)动车车型所配(pei)的充(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)参数基本都不(bu)一样(yang),在没有把握的时候不(bu)要(yao)随(sui)意更换(huan)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。如果必须在两地(di)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)的,那么最好到您所买电(dian)(dian)动车品牌的售后服务部请专业(ye)技术(shu)人员再配(pei)一只专用充(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)。


1、保护好充电器(qi)

为了降低(di)成本,现充电器(qi)多数是(shi)高耐振动的设计,但也(ye)不要随车携带充电器(qi),防止振动颠簸导致(zhi)其内部变压器(qi),电容,大功率三极管(guan),场效应管(guan),可(ke)调电位器(qi)等发生(sheng)松动,从而导致(zhi)充电器(qi)的参数漂移,甚至损坏(huai)。同时还要注意通风防水。


2、电动车每天(tian)充电

3、及时(shi)充电

电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)后就开始了(le)(le)硫化(hua)过(guo)程(cheng),在12小时开始,就出现了(le)(le)明显(xian)的(de)硫化(hua)。及时充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可以(yi)清除不(bu)严重的(de)硫化(hua),如果不(bu)及时充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),这些(xie)硫化(hua)结(jie)晶将要聚积而逐(zhu)步形成粗大的(de)结(jie)晶,一般的(de)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器对(dui)这些(xie)粗大的(de)结(jie)晶是无能(neng)(neng)为力(li)的(de),会(hui)逐(zhu)步形成电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量(liang)的(de)下(xia)降,缩短(duan)了(le)(le)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用寿(shou)命(ming)。所以(yi),除了(le)(le)每(mei)天充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)外,还要注意,使(shi)(shi)用完了(le)(le)以(yi)后要尽早的(de)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),尽可能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)处(chu)于(yu)饱(bao)满状(zhuang)态。


检(jian)查电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)平衡性,因(yin)为电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)之(zhi)间的(de)(de)差(cha)异/长期来(lai)的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(有欠压(ya)史,负载很大(da)等)/充(chong)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)原因(yin)(不规律充(chong)电(dian)(dian))等使(shi)得(de)各(ge)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)之(zhi)间出(chu)现不均(jun)衡,也(ye)就是一组(zu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)当中有的(de)(de)已(yi)经到欠压(ya)保(bao)护点10.5,甚至(zhi)更低,而(er)另外(wai)的(de)(de)还(hai)有挺高的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)和挺多的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)。如(ru)果(guo)此(ci)时充(chong)电(dian)(dian),充(chong)进(jin)去(qu)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)是一致的(de)(de),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)时反而(er)会(hui)由于电(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)不均(jun)使(shi)得(de)差(cha)别一次次加剧。最(zui)终导致常期低压(ya)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)硫化(hua)太(tai)严(yan)重而(er)损坏。如(ru)果(guo)你(ni)发现你(ni)的(de)(de)续(xu)行里程少于70%,在(zai)排除其它(ta)问题的(de)(de)情况下,就可以用(yong)(yong)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)(liang)表检(jian)测出(chu)问题电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)并进(jin)行修复,就可以大(da)大(da)延长电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)寿命了。


4、定期深放电

电池(chi)(chi)定期进(jin)行(xing)一(yi)次深放电也有(you)利于(yu)"活化"电池(chi)(chi),可以略微提(ti)升电池(chi)(chi)的容(rong)量(liang)。一(yi)般的方法是,骑(qi)行(xing)到第一(yi)次出现(xian)欠压(ya)保护后(hou)对电池(chi)(chi)进(jin)行(xing)完全(quan)充电,电池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)就(jiu)会有(you)所提(ti)升。


5、注意充电的环境

充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)最佳的(de)环境温(wen)度(du)是25℃。但是平时(shi)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)很难保(bao)证温(wen)度(du)合理(li),所以常(chang)(chang)常(chang)(chang)会出现冬(dong)季(ji)(ji)欠充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和夏季(ji)(ji)过充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)问(wen)题。那么(me)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)时(shi)候最好把电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器安排(pai)在(zai)有通(tong)风并且调温(wen)的(de)环境里。 特别提示(shi)的(de)是电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)处在(zai)北方冬(dong)季(ji)(ji)在(zai)室外低温(wen)状(zhuang)态进(jin)(jin)入(ru)温(wen)暖的(de)室内(nei)的(de)时(shi)候,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)表面会出现结霜凝露。为(wei)了避免结霜凝露引起(qi)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),应该(gai)在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)温(wen)度(du)上(shang)升到与室内(nei)温(wen)度(du)接近并且干燥以后再进(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

6、充分利用维修条件(jian)

7、养成(cheng)骑行(xing)好习惯

起动(dong)时(shi),缓(huan)慢转动(dong)转把,电机(ji)已有一(yi)定力(li)道后稍停(ting)顿,待车轮开始由慢到快(kuai)转动(dong)至有一(yi)定的速度,再继(ji)续加(jia)速。有载重的时(shi)候(hou)更要(yao)如此,根据需(xu)要(yao)选(xuan)择是(shi)否(fou)要(yao)加(jia)到最快(kuai),中间可以再多(duo)停(ting)顿一(yi)两次。

路(lu)(lu)(lu)面平坦(tan)时,路(lu)(lu)(lu)况不同选择不同的(de)速度 ,尽量避免刹车和重新加速,加速其实是一个很耗电的(de)过程,路(lu)(lu)(lu)况好的(de)地(di)方,可以加到最快,因(yin)为此时的(de)放电电流约(yue)为8-9安,对电池影(ying)响(相(xiang)对而言)不大。

关于刹(cha)车:一般骑行的(de)时候,尽量避(bi)免刹(cha)车和重新加(jia)速,电(dian)池的(de)放电(dian)电(dian)流(liu)平缓(huan),减小了(le)大(da)(da)电(dian)流(liu)对(dui)电(dian)池的(de)冲击,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)延(yan)长电(dian)池的(de)使用寿(shou)命。
