一(yi)、电(dian)阻

电(dian)子元器(qi)件识(shi)别电(dian)阻在(zai)电(dian)路中(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)(yong)“R”加数(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)表(biao)示,如(ru):R1表(biao)示编号为1的电(dian)阻电(dian)阻在(zai)电(dian)路中(zhong)(zhong)的主要(yao)作用(yong)(yong)为分流、限流、分压、偏(pian)置(zhi)等1、参数(shu)(shu)识(shi)别:电(dian)阻的单(dan)位为欧(ou)(ou)姆(Ω),倍率单(dan)位有(you):千(qian)(qian)欧(ou)(ou)(KΩ),兆欧(ou)(ou)(MΩ)等换(huan)算方(fang)法(fa)是(shi):1兆欧(ou)(ou)=1000千(qian)(qian)欧(ou)(ou)=1000000欧(ou)(ou)电(dian)阻的参数(shu)(shu)标(biao)(biao)注(zhu)方(fang)法(fa)有(you)3种(zhong),即直标(biao)(biao)法(fa)、色(se)(se)(se)标(biao)(biao)法(fa)和数(shu)(shu)标(biao)(biao)法(fa)a、数(shu)(shu)标(biao)(biao)法(fa)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于贴(tie)片等小体积的电(dian)路,如(ru):472 表(biao)示 47×100Ω(即4.7K); 104则表(biao)示100Kb、色(se)(se)(se)环标(biao)(biao)注(zhu)法(fa)使用(yong)(yong)最多,现举例如(ru)下(xia):四色(se)(se)(se)环电(dian)阻 五色(se)(se)(se)环电(dian)阻(精(jing)密(mi)电(dian)阻)。电(dian)阻的色(se)(se)(se)标(biao)(biao)位置(zhi)和倍率关(guan)系如(ru)下(xia)表(biao)所(suo)示:颜(yan)色(se)(se)(se) 有(you)效(xiao)数(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi) 倍率 允许偏(pian)差(%)银(yin)色(se)(se)(se) / x0.01 ±10金色(se)(se)(se) / x0.1 ±5黑色(se)(se)(se) 0 +0 /棕色(se)(se)(se) 1 x10 ±1红(hong)色(se)(se)(se) 2 x100 ±2橙色(se)(se)(se) 3 x1000 /黄色(se)(se)(se) 4 x10000 /绿(lv)色(se)(se)(se) 5 x100000 ±0.5蓝色(se)(se)(se) 6 x1000000 ±0.2紫色(se)(se)(se) 7 x10000000 ±0.1灰色(se)(se)(se) 8 x100000000 /白色(se)(se)(se) 9 x1000000000。

三:晶体二极管(guan)

电子元(yuan)器件的(de)(de)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)识别很简单,小(xiao)功率二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)N极(ji)(ji)(ji)(负极(ji)(ji)(ji)),在二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)外表(biao)(biao)(biao)大多(duo)采用(yong)一种色圈标(biao)出来,有些二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)也(ye)用(yong)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)专用(yong)符号来表(biao)(biao)(biao)示(shi)P极(ji)(ji)(ji)(正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)(ji))或(huo)N极(ji)(ji)(ji)(负极(ji)(ji)(ji)),也(ye)有采用(yong)符号标(biao)志为“P”、“N”来确定二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)极(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)发光(guang)二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)负极(ji)(ji)(ji)可(ke)从引(yin)脚长(zhang)(zhang)短(duan)(duan)来识别,长(zhang)(zhang)脚为正(zheng),短(duan)(duan)脚为负3、测试注意事项:用(yong)数字(zi)式万用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)去测二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)时(shi),红表(biao)(biao)(biao)笔接二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)极(ji)(ji)(ji),黑表(biao)(biao)(biao)笔接二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)负极(ji)(ji)(ji),此时(shi)测得(de)的(de)(de)阻值(zhi)(zhi)才是二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)正(zheng)向导通阻值(zhi)(zhi),这与指针式万用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)笔接法刚好相反4、常用(yong)的(de)(de)1N4000系列二(er)(er)(er)(er)(er)极(ji)(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)耐(nai)压比较如下:型号 1N4001 1N4002 1N4003 1N4004 1N4005 1N4006 1N4007耐(nai)压(V) 50 100 200 400 600 800 1000电流(A) 均为1。


电子元器件如何检测

一、交直流(liu)电流(liu)的测量

根据测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)大小(xiao)选择适当(dang)(dang)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)和(he)红表(biao)(biao)笔的(de)插(cha)入(ru)“A”电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)插(cha)孔,测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)时,红表(biao)(biao)笔(插(cha)入(ru)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)插(cha)孔中)接触电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)高一(yi)端(duan),黑表(biao)(biao)笔接触电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)低(di)的(de)一(yi)端(duan),正(zheng)向电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)从(cong)红表(biao)(biao)笔流(liu)(liu)入(ru)万用(yong)表(biao)(biao),再从(cong)黑表(biao)(biao)笔流(liu)(liu)出,当(dang)(dang)要测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大小(xiao)不清楚的(de)时候,先用(yong)最大的(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)来测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang),然(ran)后再逐渐减小(xiao)量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)来精确(que)测(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。

二、交直流电压的测量(liang)

红(hong)(hong)表笔(bi)插(cha)入“V/Ω”插(cha)孔中,根据电压的(de)大小选择适当的(de)电压测量量程,黑表笔(bi)接(jie)(jie)触电路“地(di)”端,红(hong)(hong)表笔(bi)接(jie)(jie)触电路中待测点。特别(bie)要(yao)注意,数(shu)字万用表测量交(jiao)流电压的(de)频率很低(45~500Hz),中高频率信号的(de)电压幅度应采用交(jiao)流毫伏表来测量

三、电阻的测量(liang)

电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)测(ce)量(liang)比较简单(dan)红(hong)表笔(bi)插(cha)入“V/Ω”插(cha)孔(kong)中,黑表笔(bi)插(cha)入"com"插(cha)孔(kong),根据(ju)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)大(da)小选择适(shi)当的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)档(dang),红(hong)、黑两表笔(bi)分别接触电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)两端,观察读数即(ji)可。特(te)别是,测(ce)量(liang)在(zai)(zai)路(lu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)时(在(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)板上的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)),应(ying)先把电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源关断,以免引起读数抖动。禁止用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)档(dang)测(ce)量(liang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流或电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(特(te)别是交流220V电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压),否则(ze)容易损坏(huai)万用表。在(zai)(zai)路(lu)检测(ce)时注意电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)不能有(you)并联(lian)支路(lu)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)档(dang)选的(de)比较大(da)时(比如测(ce)量(liang)10M的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu))应(ying)先将(jiang)两支表笔(bi)短路(lu),显示的(de)值可能为1M。每次测(ce)量(liang)完毕需把测(ce)量(liang)结果(guo)减去此值,才是实际电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)值(电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)档(dang)高(gao)时,误差(cha)会(hui)比较大(da))。


四、短(duan)开路检测

将(jiang)功能、量程开关转(zhuan)到(dao)蜂鸣(ming)(ming)档位置,两(liang)表(biao)笔分别测试点(dian),若有短(duan)路(lu),则蜂鸣(ming)(ming)器会(hui)响。用此方法可以检测电(dian)(dian)路(lu)线路(lu)的通断(duan)情况。注(zhu)意:蜂鸣(ming)(ming)器响并不一(yi)定表(biao)示两(liang)点(dian)间线路(lu)短(duan)路(lu),若两(liang)点(dian)间电(dian)(dian)阻比较小(20Ω)也会(hui)响。


五、数(shu)字万用表电容检测方(fang)法

检测电(dian)(dian)容(rong)有(you)专(zhuan)用(yong)的电(dian)(dian)容(rong)表来测量电(dian)(dian)容(rong)容(rong)量,也可用(yong)万用(yong)表测量。如下图所示(shi)

某(mou)些(xie)数(shu)字万用表具有测(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)电(dian)(dian)容(rong)的(de)(de)功用,UT51其量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)分为200μ和20μ两档(dang)。测(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)时先将(jiang)红(hong)表笔(bi)接(jie)到电(dian)(dian)流(liu)端(duan)孔,黑(hei)表笔(bi)接(jie)到COM端(duan)孔,功能档(dang)位(wei)选(xuan)择电(dian)(dian)容(rong)档(dang)位(wei),再用红(hong)黑(hei)表笔(bi)接(jie)已放电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)容(rong)两引脚(注意(yi)极(ji)性),选(xuan)取适当的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)(liang)程(cheng)后就可读取显示数(shu)据。200μ档(dang),宜于测(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)20uF至200μF之间(jian)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)容(rong);20μ档(dang),宜于测(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)2μF至20μF之间(jian)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)容(rong)。


六、电感(gan)器(qi)的检(jian)测

将(jiang)万用表置于电阻档,红、黑表笔各接色码电感(gan)器的(de)(de)任(ren)一引出端,此时(shi)指针应(ying)向右摆动(dong)。根据(ju)测出的(de)(de)电阻值大小,可具体分(fen)下述(shu)三种情(qing)况进行(xing)鉴别:

1、被(bei)测色码电(dian)感器电(dian)阻值为零,其内(nei)部(bu)有(you)短路性故障(zhang)。

2、被测色(se)码电(dian)感器直(zhi)流电(dian)阻值的(de)(de)大小(xiao)与绕(rao)制(zhi)电(dian)感器线(xian)圈(quan)(quan)所用的(de)(de)漆包线(xian)径(jing)、绕(rao)制(zhi)圈(quan)(quan)数(shu)有直(zhi)接关系,只要能测出电(dian)阻值,则可认为(wei)被测色(se)码电(dian)感器是正常(chang)的(de)(de)。


七(qi)、二极管的正反(fan)向电阻(zu),压降和好坏的判断(duan)

首先要强(qiang)调(diao)的(de)是用数字(zi)万用表(biao)测量(liang)二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)时,实测的(de)是二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)正向(xiang)电(dian)压值,而指针(zhen)式万用表(biao)则测的(de)是二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)正反(fan)向(xiang)电(dian)阻(zu)的(de)值。二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)有锗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和硅(gui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)之分。锗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)正向(xiang)压降比硅(gui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)小,0.1-0.3V为锗二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),0.5-0.8V则为硅(gui)二极(ji)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。
