一(yi)、最(zui)佳频(pin)率的(de)确定
在捕(bu)鱼(yu)器(qi)电路中(zhong),每种(zhong)输出(chu)电路均有它的(de)最佳(jia)频率(lv),而在最佳(jia)频率(lv)的(de)调试中(zhong),最不好确定的(de)是高(gao)频变压器(qi)的(de)初级(ji)绕组匝(za)数(shu)。一般来说,若(ruo)(ruo)制作(zuo)输出(chu)功(gong)率(lv)小于(yu)300W的(de)捕(bu)鱼(yu)器(qi),初级(ji)绕组为5+5匝(za);若(ruo)(ruo)制作(zuo)功(gong)率(lv)更大(da)的(de),初级(ji)绕组可取(qu)3+3匝(za)或2+2匝(za)。其最佳(jia)工作(zuo)频率(lv)应如何调试呢(ni)?
在电(dian)(dian)(dian)子捕鱼器(qi)(qi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路中,前级(ji)的(de)振荡电(dian)(dian)(dian)路一(yi)般(ban)采用(yong)集成块SG3525(KA3525)或TL494、SG3525的(de)(5)、(6)脚为(wei)振荡频(pin)率调(diao)节端,(5)脚外(wai)接(jie)一(yi)只(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)到(dao)地(di),(6)脚外(wai)接(jie)一(yi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻到(dao)地(di),改(gai)变电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)或电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)数值(zhi)可改(gai)变电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)振荡频(pin)频(pin)率。实际(ji)调(diao)试时(shi),可将一(yi)只(zhi)1kΩ的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻与(yu)22kΩ的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位器(qi)(qi)串(chuan)联,再接(jie)在SG3525(6)脚与(yu)地(di)之间,然后(hou)在输(shu)出(chu)变压器(qi)(qi)次级(ji)绕组上接(jie)一(yi)只(zhi)100W/220V的(de)灯(deng)泡,通电(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)缓慢(man)调(diao)节电(dian)(dian)(dian)位器(qi)(qi),当灯(deng)泡最亮时(shi),其振荡频(pin)率为(wei)最佳(jia)频(pin)率,这时(shi)测(ce)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位器(qi)(qi)连入电(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)阻值(zhi),用(yong)同值(zhi)固定电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻代换即可。
对于采(cai)用(yong)TL494的(de)电(dian)路,由于TL494的(de)(6)脚也为定时电(dian)阻调(diao)节端,其调(diao)试方法(fa)与SG3525相同。
二、后级(ji)功率元(yuan)件的选择
1.三(san)极(ji)管(guan)三(san)极(ji)管(guan)的稳定性是最好的,但怕(pa)输出碰极(ji)。为(wei)此,小功率机应在输出端(duan)串上一只(zhi)5A保险丝或1Ω/10W的电阻(zu)。
由于(yu)三(san)极管(guan)(guan)关断(duan)迅速,所以高(gao)压尖峰幅度(du)比可控硅(gui)大(da),捕鱼效果(guo)也好。实际制(zhi)作时,可采(cai)用(yong)彩电带阻尼的行管(guan)(guan)或开关管(guan)(guan)。为提高(gao)电流、降(jiang)低(di)三(san)极管(guan)(guan)发热,可用(yong)多只并联(lian)。
2.场效(xiao)应管场效(xiao)应管的(de)关断频率(lv)是最(zui)高的(de),效(xiao)果略胜三(san)极管,但其稳定性(xing)比三(san)极管差,最(zui)怕(pa)输出端碰极,必(bi)须(xu)在输出线路中串联合适电阻或保险丝。
3.2GBT2GBT是三极(ji)管(guan)和场管(guan)的(de)结合品,耐压高(gao)、输出(chu)电流(liu)大,价格(ge)较(jiao)高(gao)。它的(de)控制和场效应一(yi)样,效果介(jie)于(yu)三极(ji)管(guan)和场管(guan)之间。
4.可控(kong)硅可控(kong)硅是最常见和常用(yong)的(de)(de)。可控(kong)硅不能(neng)瞬间关断,需要电容、电感的(de)(de)配合(he)加以关断。输出波形比较平滑,捕鱼效果不如前3种(zhong)。如果采用(yong)大电流的(de)(de)可控(kong)硅,极易(yi)在使用(yong)中(zhong)碰级损坏。
三、制作须知
1.在制作过(guo)程(cheng)中,不宜在带电的情况下(xia)焊接(jie)。
2.要注意场效(xiao)应(ying)管脚位(wei)。若(ruo)其中两(liang)脚加电,不可脱开另(ling)一脚来测量,否则很容易在瞬间烧坏管子。
3.先做好前级(ji)驱动电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,有条件的话,可用(yong)示(shi)波(bo)器查看两(liang)边输出波(bo)形的幅度、频(pin)率及互补(bu)性(xing)。符合要(yao)求后(hou)方可接(jie)功率管及变压器。试用(yong)时,需(xu)用(yong)小电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)12V电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供电(dian)(dian)(dian),或串小电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表,一般情况下,空载电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不应超(chao)过(guo)2A。如电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)过(guo)大,应检查后(hou)再(zai)试。
4.12V电(dian)(dian)源输入(ru)端(duan)大容量滤(lv)波电(dian)(dian)容,最(zui)好能(neng)用(yong)两只4700μF电(dian)(dian)容/25V并联,且该电(dian)(dian)容应(ying)选用(yong)优质品(pin)。如无滤(lv)波电(dian)(dian)容,易引起功率管发热,SG3524的(de)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)阻烧黑或烧断。
捕(bu)鱼器(qi)(qi)是根据电(dian)压(ya)高于(yu)100V,功(gong)率大(da)于(yu)30W的(de)电(dian)能(neng)释放于(yu)水(shui)域(yu)中可(ke)击毙直径为1至1.5米水(shui)域(yu)内的(de)鱼类的(de)原理而制(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)。如下捕(bu)鱼器(qi)(qi)电(dian)路(lu)图(tu)所(suo)示,捕(bu)鱼机电(dian)路(lu)由三(san)(san)部(bu)(bu)分组成(cheng):第一部(bu)(bu)分为晶体(ti)三(san)(san)极管(guan)和铁氧体(ti)变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)器(qi)(qi)组成(cheng)的(de)逆变(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)(qi),把12V直流(liu)电(dian)压(ya)变(bian)(bian)(bian)成(cheng)数(shu)百(bai)至数(shu)千赫的(de)交流(liu)电(dian),其电(dian)压(ya)幅值大(da)于(yu)100V;第二(er)部(bu)(bu)分为全波(bo)倍(bei)(bei)压(ya)整(zheng)流(liu)器(qi)(qi),它(ta)把输出(chu)电(dian)压(ya)升高一倍(bei)(bei),并(bing)变(bian)(bian)(bian)成(cheng)直流(liu),第三(san)(san)部(bu)(bu)分为继电(dian)器(qi)(qi),它(ta)控(kong)制(zhi)电(dian)路(lu)有效地(di)把电(dian)能(neng)释放于(yu)水(shui)域(yu),而且还可(ke)避免(mian)因插入(ru)水(shui)中而造成(cheng)高压(ya)跌(die)落。W1可(ke)调(diao)节输入(ru)电(dian)流(liu)的(de)大(da)小,W2可(ke)调(diao)节输出(chu)功(gong)率的(de)大(da)小。
