一、简单原理分析
分析一个(ge)电(dian)(dian)源,往(wang)往(wang)从输(shu)入(ru)开(kai)(kai)始着手。220V交流(liu)输(shu)入(ru),一端经(jing)过一个(ge)4007半波整流(liu),另一端经(jing)过一个(ge)10欧(ou)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)后,由10uF电(dian)(dian)容滤(lv)波。这个(ge)10欧(ou)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)用来(lai)做保(bao)护的(de)(de),如(ru)果后面(mian)出现(xian)故障等导致过流(liu),那么这个(ge)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)将被烧断,从而避免引起更(geng)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)故障。右(you)边的(de)(de)4007、4700pF电(dian)(dian)容、82KΩ电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),构成一个(ge)高压(ya)吸(xi)收电(dian)(dian)路,当开(kai)(kai)关(guan)管13003关(guan)断时,负责吸(xi)收线圈上的(de)(de)感应电(dian)(dian)压(ya),从而防止高压(ya)加到(dao)开(kai)(kai)关(guan)管13003上而导致击穿。13003为(wei)开(kai)(kai)关(guan)管(完整的(de)(de)名(ming)应该是MJE13003),耐压(ya)400V,集电(dian)(dian)极最(zui)大(da)(da)(da)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)1.5A,最(zui)大(da)(da)(da)集电(dian)(dian)极功耗为(wei)14W,用来(lai)控(kong)制原边绕(rao)(rao)组(zu)与电(dian)(dian)源之间的(de)(de)通(tong)、断。当原边绕(rao)(rao)组(zu)不停的(de)(de)通(tong)断时,就会在开(kai)(kai)关(guan)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)中形成变(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)磁场,从而在次级绕(rao)(rao)组(zu)中产生感应电(dian)(dian)压(ya)。由于(yu)图(tu)中没有标明(ming)绕(rao)(rao)组(zu)的(de)(de)同(tong)名(ming)端,只能(neng)推断输(shu)出段没有续(xu)流(liu)管和(he)储能(neng)电(dian)(dian)感推断出为(wei)反激电(dian)(dian)路。
左(zuo)(zuo)端的510KΩ为启动(dong)电(dian)(dian)阻,给开关(guan)管(guan)提供启动(dong)用(yong)的基(ji)(ji)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。13003下方的10Ω电(dian)(dian)阻为电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)取(qu)样(yang)(yang)电(dian)(dian)阻,电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)经取(qu)样(yang)(yang)后(hou)变成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)压(其(qi)值为10*I),这(zhei)电(dian)(dian)压经二极(ji)管(guan)4148后(hou),加至三(san)极(ji)管(guan)C945的基(ji)(ji)极(ji)上(shang)。当取(qu)样(yang)(yang)电(dian)(dian)压大约大于1.4V,即开关(guan)管(guan)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大于0.14A时,三(san)极(ji)管(guan)C945导通(tong),从而将(jiang)开关(guan)管(guan)13003的基(ji)(ji)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)压拉低,从而集电(dian)(dian)极(ji)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)减小,这(zhei)样(yang)(yang)就限(xian)制(zhi)了(le)开关(guan)的电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),防(fang)止电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)过大而烧(shao)毁(hui)(其(qi)实这(zhei)是(shi)一个恒流(liu)(liu)结构,将(jiang)开关(guan)管(guan)的最大电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限(xian)制(zhi)在140mA左(zuo)(zuo)右)。
变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器左下方的(de)(de)(de)绕组(取(qu)样绕组)的(de)(de)(de)感应电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)经整流二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)4148整流,22uF电(dian)(dian)(dian)容滤波后形成取(qu)样电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)。为了分析方便,我们取(qu)三极(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)C945发射极(ji)(ji)一端为地。那么这取(qu)样电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)就(jiu)是负(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(-4V左右(you)),并且输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)越高(gao)时,采样电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)越负(fu)(fu)。取(qu)样电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)经过6.2V稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)后,加至开(kai)关(guan)管(guan)(guan)13003的(de)(de)(de)基极(ji)(ji)。前(qian)面说了,当输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)越高(gao)时,那么取(qu)样电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)就(jiu)越负(fu)(fu),当负(fu)(fu)到(dao)一定(ding)程度后,6.2V稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)二(er)极(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)被(bei)击穿,从而将开(kai)关(guan)13003的(de)(de)(de)基极(ji)(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)位拉低(di),这将导致(zhi)开(kai)关(guan)管(guan)(guan)断开(kai)或者推迟开(kai)关(guan)的(de)(de)(de)导通,从而控制(zhi)(zhi)了能量输(shu)(shu)入到(dao)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器中,也就(jiu)控制(zhi)(zhi)了输(shu)(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高(gao),实现了稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)(ya)输(shu)(shu)出的(de)(de)(de)功能。
而下方(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1KΩ电(dian)(dian)阻跟(gen)串联的(de)(de)(de)(de)2700pF电(dian)(dian)容,则是(shi)正反(fan)馈支路,从取(qu)样(yang)绕(rao)组(zu)中取(qu)出(chu)感(gan)应电(dian)(dian)压,加(jia)到开关管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)极上,以维持振荡。右边的(de)(de)(de)(de)次级绕(rao)组(zu)就没有太多好(hao)说的(de)(de)(de)(de)了,经二极管(guan)(guan)RF93整流,220uF电(dian)(dian)容滤波后(hou)输出(chu)6V的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压。没找(zhao)到二极管(guan)(guan)RF93的(de)(de)(de)(de)资料,估计(ji)是(shi)一(yi)个快(kuai)速回复管(guan)(guan),例(li)如肖(xiao)特基(ji)二极管(guan)(guan)等,因为开关电(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)频率较高,所以需要工作(zuo)频率的(de)(de)(de)(de)二极管(guan)(guan)。这里可以用常见的(de)(de)(de)(de)1N5816、1N5817等肖(xiao)特基(ji)二极管(guan)(guan)代替。
同样因(yin)为频率高(gao)的原因(yin),变(bian)压器也必须使(shi)用高(gao)频开关变(bian)压器,铁(tie)(tie)心一般为高(gao)频铁(tie)(tie)氧体磁芯,具有高(gao)的电阻(zu)率,以(yi)减小涡流。
市(shi)场上(shang)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)形色(se)各异,有的(de)(de)使用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源线,有的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)使用(yong)。直接插(cha)入式(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)使用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源线,电(dian)(dian)(dian)源插(cha)头和充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)外壳构成一(yi)完整(zheng)部(bu)件(jian),其重量(liang)靠墙(qiang)上(shang)插(cha)座来(lai)承载,市(shi)场上(shang)常见的(de)(de)“坐充(chong)(chong)(chong)”就是这(zhei)类(lei)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。使用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源线的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),与(yu)(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源连接的(de)(de)方式(shi)又分两(liang)种:可拆卸的(de)(de)和不(bu)(bu)可拆卸的(de)(de)。可拆卸的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源软(ruan)线利(li)用(yong)适当的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)连接器(qi)与(yu)(yu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)连接以供电(dian)(dian)(dian),不(bu)(bu)可拆卸的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源软(ruan)线固定(ding)在充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)上(shang)或与(yu)(yu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)装配在一(yi)起来(lai)供电(dian)(dian)(dian)。
市(shi)场中有(you)的(de)(de)产(chan)品称(cheng)为充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi),但实际上是适(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi),我(wo)们有(you)必要区(qu)分(fen)这(zhei)两种(zhong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)。适(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi)主(zhu)(zhu)要是把交流(liu)(liu)市(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)转(zhuan)换成(cheng)直流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),根据电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)规(gui)格提供相应(ying)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),一(yi)(yi)般(ban)采用恒(heng)压(ya)恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)式,能(neng)够隔离主(zhu)(zhu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和危险(xian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),对市(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)波(bo)动有(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)耐受力,需要时(shi)(shi)可(ke)安全关断。而充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)是把充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)限制在(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)安全水(shui)平(ping)上,主(zhu)(zhu)要采用恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)式,能(neng)检测充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)完成(cheng),根据某种(zhong)算(suan)法(fa)终止充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以延长电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池寿(shou)命,若发(fa)现电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池异常(chang)(chang)可(ke)终止充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。这(zhei)两种(zhong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)可(ke)分(fen)别实现,也(ye)可(ke)组合在(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)物理(li)实体中。GSM手(shou)机(ji)(ji)通(tong)常(chang)(chang)包含(han)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),与(yu)手(shou)机(ji)(ji)配套的(de)(de)只需适(shi)配器(qi)(qi)(qi),而CDMA手(shou)机(ji)(ji)往往不包含(han)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),这(zhei)样减少了(le)手(shou)机(ji)(ji)设计的(de)(de)复杂性和工(gong)作状态时(shi)(shi)产(chan)生的(de)(de)热量。理(li)解这(zhei)些概念有(you)助于(yu)更(geng)有(you)针(zhen)对性地(di)使(shi)用该标准(zhun)。
充(chong)(chong)电器的(de)额定输入(ru)电压为交流220 V,频率为50 Hz,为了保证安全(quan)性,充(chong)(chong)电器应能承受(shou)市(shi)电一定范围(wei)内的(de)波动,标准中(zhong)要求的(de)电压波动范围(wei)是(shi)其额定值(zhi)的(de)85 %~110 %,频率的(de)波动范围(wei)是(shi)±2 Hz。
(1)电源线组件(jian)应符合GB2099的要求(qiu);
(2)电源线组件的额(e)定值(zhi)应(ying)大于充电器电源要求的额(e)定值(zhi);
(3)电源软线的(de)导线截面积(ji)应不小于0.75mm2;
(4)电(dian)(dian)源线组件中的(de)电(dian)(dian)源软线应符合下列(lie)要求:
*如果电(dian)源软(ruan)线(xian)是(shi)(shi)橡(xiang)皮(pi)绝缘,则应是(shi)(shi)合成橡(xiang)胶,应符合GB5013对通用橡(xiang)胶护套软(ruan)电(dian)缆(lan)的(de)要求; *如果电(dian)源软(ruan)线(xian)是(shi)(shi)聚(ju)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯绝缘的(de),应符合GB5023对轻(qing)型聚(ju)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯护套软(ruan)线(xian)的(de)要求。
安全隔离变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器在(zai)构造上(shang)应(ying)保证在(zai)出现(xian)单一绝(jue)缘故障和由此引起的(de)其他故障时,不会(hui)使安全特低电(dian)压(ya)(ya)绕组上(shang)出现(xian)危险电(dian)压(ya)(ya)。隔离变(bian)压(ya)(ya)器应(ying)按照GB4943中(zhong)附录C的(de)有关(guan)规定进行(xing)试验。
4.1 一般要求
厂家应向用(yong)户(hu)提(ti)供足够的资料,以确保用(yong)户(hu)在按厂家的规定使用(yong)时,不(bu)会引起本标准(zhun)范围内的危险(xian)。应使用(yong)标准(zhun)简体中文(wen)书(shu)写。标记应是耐久和醒(xing)目的,能承受标记耐久性(xing)试验(yan)。首先用(yong)一块蘸(zhan)有(you)水的棉布擦(ca)拭15s,然后再用(yong)一块蘸(zhan)有(you)汽油的棉布擦(ca)拭15s,标牌(pai)应清晰,不(bu)应轻(qing)易(yi)被(bei)揭掉,不(bu)应出现卷边。
4.2 说明书
厂家应提(ti)供必要的(de)使用说明(ming)书,对(dui)充电器(qi)在操(cao)作、维修、运输或储存(cun)时(shi)有可能引(yin)起危险的(de)情况(kuang)提(ti)醒用户特别注意(yi)。
5.1 稳定性
直接(jie)(jie)(jie)插在墙壁(bi)插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上、靠(kao)插脚来承(cheng)载其重量的(de)(de)充电(dian)器,不应(ying)使墙壁(bi)插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)承(cheng)受过(guo)大的(de)(de)应(ying)力。可(ke)通过(guo)插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)应(ying)力试验(yan)检验(yan)其是否(fou)合格。充电(dian)器应(ying)按正常使用情况(kuang),插入到一个已(yi)固定好的(de)(de)没有(you)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)接(jie)(jie)(jie)触(chu)件(jian)的(de)(de)插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上,该插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)可(ke)以围绕位于插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)啮合面(mian)后(hou)面(mian)8mm的(de)(de)距离处,与(yu)管件(jian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)触(chu)件(jian)中心线(xian)相交(jiao)的(de)(de)水平(ping)轴线(xian)转动(dong)。为保持(chi)啮合面(mian)垂直而(er)必须(xu)加到插座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)上的(de)(de)附加力矩(ju)不应(ying)超过(guo)0.25Nm。
5.2 结构细节
电(dian)(dian)(dian)池极性接(jie)(jie)反(fan)以及强制充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)或放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)可能导(dao)致(zhi)危险,所(suo)以在设计上应有防止极性接(jie)(jie)反(fan)以及防止强制充(chong)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)措施(shi)。将(jiang)起保护作用的(de)任何元(yuan)件(jian)一次一个(ge)地短路或开路,并(bing)强迫充(chong)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)各2小(xiao)时(shi),充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器应不起火、不爆炸。
5.3 防触及性(电击及能量危险)
充电器正常使(shi)用时应具有防(fang)触及性,防(fang)止电击及能量危险。
如果特低电压电路(lu)的外部配线(xian)的绝缘(yuan)是操作人(ren)员可(ke)触及的,则该配线(xian)应:
*不会受到损坏或承受应力; *不需要操作人员接(jie)触。 2.5.4 连接(jie)布线
(1)对使用不可拆卸的电源软线的充电器应装有紧固装置:
*导线在(zai)连(lian)接点不承受应力;
*导线的外套不受(shou)磨损(sun);
*电源软(ruan)线(xian)应能承受拉力试验,电源软(ruan)线(xian)应承受30N的稳定拉力25次,拉力沿最不利的方向施加,每次施加时(shi)间(jian)为1s,电源软(ruan)线(xian)应不被拉断;
*电源软线紧(jin)固装置应由(you)绝(jue)(jue)(jue)缘材料制(zhi)成,或由(you)具有符(fu)合附加(jia)绝(jue)(jue)(jue)缘要求的(de)绝(jue)(jue)(jue)缘材料的(de)衬套(tao)制(zhi)成。
(2)电源软线(xian)入口(kou)开(kai)孔处应(ying)装(zhuang)有(you)软线(xian)入口(kou)护套(tao),或(huo)(huo)者软线(xian)入口(kou)或(huo)(huo)衬套(tao)应(ying)具有(you)光(guang)滑圆形的(de)喇(la)叭口(kou),喇(la)叭口(kou)的(de)曲率半径(jing)至少(shao)等于所连接最大截面积(ji)的(de)软线(xian)外径(jing)的(de)1.5倍。
软线入口护套应:
*设计(ji)成防止软线(xian)在进入(ru)充电器入(ru)口处过(guo)分(fen)弯(wan)曲(qu); *用绝缘(yuan)材料制成;
*采用可靠的方法固定;
*伸(shen)出充电(dian)器外(wai)超过入口开孔的(de)距离(li)至少(shao)为(wei)该软线外(wai)径的(de)5倍,或者对扁平软线,至少(shao)为(wei)该软线截(jie)面长边尺寸的(de)5倍。
当(dang)用户(hu)碰触到电池外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)时,其(qi)温度(du)不应(ying)造成用户(hu)的(de)突然(ran)反(fan)(fan)应(ying)使(shi)他(ta)受伤,人对(dui)温度(du)的(de)反(fan)(fan)应(ying)不仅是(shi)度(du)数的(de)高低,还取(qu)决于外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)传导特性和热容量(liang),60℃的(de)金属外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)比(bi)70℃的(de)塑料(liao)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)感觉要(yao)烫,UL和IEC的(de)相关标准(zhun)中对(dui)非金属外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)温升的(de)规定不超过50℃,而(er)手机(ji)电池的(de)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)绝大部分(fen)是(shi)非金属材(cai)料(liao),因此本(ben)标准(zhun)借鉴了该(gai)规定,要(yao)求(qiu)如(ru)下(xia):充(chong)电器额定工(gong)作2小时后,测量(liang)其(qi)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)表面(mian)温度(du)变化小于1℃/h即认为(wei)温度(du)稳定,此时测量(liang)其(qi)外(wai)壳(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)表面(mian)温升应(ying)小于50℃。
充(chong)电(dian)器应(ying)有短(duan)路(lu)的自(zi)动(dong)保护功能(neng)。将充(chong)电(dian)器输出(chu)短(duan)路(lu),充(chong)电(dian)器应(ying)能(neng)自(zi)动(dong)保护,故障排除后应(ying)能(neng)自(zi)动(dong)恢复工作。
在常(chang)温条(tiao)件下,用绝缘电(dian)阻测试仪直流500 V电(dian)压(ya),对(dui)充电(dian)器主回(hui)路(lu)的一次电(dian)路(lu)对(dui)外壳(qiao)、二次电(dian)路(lu)对(dui)外壳(qiao)及(ji)一次电(dian)路(lu)对(dui)二次电(dian)路(lu)进行测试,充电(dian)器的绝缘电(dian)阻应不(bu)低于2 MΩ。
用耐压(ya)测试(shi)(shi)(shi)仪(yi)对充电器(qi)进(jin)行(xing)绝(jue)缘强度试(shi)(shi)(shi)验,且充电器(qi)必须(xu)是(shi)在进(jin)行(xing)完(wan)绝(jue)缘电阻试(shi)(shi)(shi)验并符合要(yao)求后才能进(jin)行(xing)绝(jue)缘强度的(de)试(shi)(shi)(shi)验。
一次(ci)(ci)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)对(dui)(dui)外(wai)壳、一次(ci)(ci)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)对(dui)(dui)二次(ci)(ci)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)应(ying)能(neng)承(cheng)受50 Hz、有效(xiao)(xiao)值(zhi)为1500 V的交(jiao)流(liu)电(dian)压(漏(lou)电(dian)流(liu)≤10 mA),二次(ci)(ci)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)对(dui)(dui)外(wai)壳应(ying)能(neng)承(cheng)受50 Hz、有效(xiao)(xiao)值(zhi)为500 V的交(jiao)流(liu)电(dian)压(漏(lou)电(dian)流(liu)≤10 mA),应(ying)无击穿(chuan)与无飞弧现象。试(shi)验电(dian)压应(ying)从(cong)小于一半规(gui)定电(dian)压值(zhi)处逐步升高,达到规(gui)定电(dian)压值(zhi)时(shi)持(chi)续1 min。
充电(dian)器的设(she)计应能尽可能限制因机(ji)械(xie)、电(dian)气过(guo)(guo)载或故障、异常(chang)工作或使用不当而造成起火(huo)或电(dian)击危险。变压(ya)器过(guo)(guo)载试验按照GB4943中附(fu)录(lu)C1的要求进行。可模拟下列故障条件:
*一次电路(lu)中(zhong)任何(he)元器件的(de)失(shi)效;
*二(er)次(ci)电路中(zhong)任何元器件的失效。
充电器外壳和(he)(he)印(yin)制(zhi)板及元器件所(suo)用(yong)的(de)材(cai)料(liao)应(ying)能(neng)使(shi)引(yin)(yin)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)危险和(he)(he)火(huo)焰蔓延减(jian)小到最低限度,为V-2级(ji)或(huo)更优等级(ji)。在(zai)进(jin)行耐热(re)及防火(huo)试(shi)(shi)验时,V-0级(ji)材(cai)料(liao)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)或(huo)灼热(re),但(dan)(dan)(dan)其持(chi)续(xu)时间(jian)平均(jun)不超(chao)过5s,在(zai)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)时所(suo)释(shi)放(fang)的(de)灼热(re)微粒(li)或(huo)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)滴(di)落物(wu)不会(hui)(hui)使(shi)脱(tuo)脂棉引(yin)(yin)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)。V-1级(ji)材(cai)料(liao)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)或(huo)灼热(re),但(dan)(dan)(dan)其持(chi)续(xu)时间(jian)平均(jun)不超(chao)过25s,在(zai)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)时所(suo)释(shi)放(fang)的(de)灼热(re)微粒(li)或(huo)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)滴(di)落物(wu)不会(hui)(hui)使(shi)脱(tuo)脂棉引(yin)(yin)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)。V-2级(ji)材(cai)料(liao)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)或(huo)灼热(re),但(dan)(dan)(dan)其持(chi)续(xu)时间(jian)平均(jun)不超(chao)过25s,在(zai)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)时所(suo)释(shi)放(fang)的(de)灼热(re)微粒(li)或(huo)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)烧(shao)(shao)(shao)滴(di)落物(wu)会(hui)(hui)使(shi)脱(tuo)脂棉引(yin)(yin)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)。进(jin)行本试(shi)(shi)验时可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)会(hui)(hui)冒出(chu)有毒(du)的(de)烟(yan)雾,在(zai)适(shi)用(yong)的(de)情况下,试(shi)(shi)验可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)在(zai)通风(feng)柜中进(jin)行,或(huo)者在(zai)通风(feng)良(liang)好的(de)房(fang)间(jian)内(nei)进(jin)行,但(dan)(dan)(dan)是不能(neng)出(chu)现可(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)使(shi)试(shi)(shi)验结果无效(xiao)的(de)气流。
试验火(huo)(huo)焰应利用本(ben)生(sheng)灯(deng)获得,本(ben)生(sheng)灯(deng)灯(deng)管(guan)内径为9.5mm±0.5mm,灯(deng)管(guan)长度从(cong)空(kong)气主进口(kou)处(chu)向上约(yue)为100mm。本(ben)生(sheng)灯(deng)要使用热值约(yue)为37MJ/m3的燃气。应调节本(ben)生(sheng)灯(deng)的火(huo)(huo)焰,使本(ben)生(sheng)灯(deng)处(chu)于垂直位置(zhi),同时空(kong)气进气口(kou)关闭时,火(huo)(huo)焰的总高度约(yue)为20mm。火(huo)(huo)焰顶端(duan)应与样品接触,烧30s,然(ran)后(hou)移动火(huo)(huo)焰停烧60s,再(zai)在同一部位烧30s。
在试验期间,当试验火焰第二次撤离后,样品(pin)延续燃烧不应超过(guo)1min,且样品(pin)不应完全烧尽。
充电器从(cong)1m高(gao)度处自由跌(die)落到硬木(mu)表(biao)面(mian)3次,其表(biao)面(mian)应(ying)无裂痕等损坏。
试验(yan)(yan)方法按GB/T 2423.9 – 2001 中“试验(yan)(yan) Cb” 的要(yao)求进行。产品无包装,试验(yan)(yan)严酷等级为(wei):温度 40 ℃±2 ℃,相对湿度(93±3)%RH,试验(yan)(yan)持续时间为(wei)2 d。试验(yan)(yan)后应符合4.7.2的要(yao)求。
1、一般要求
本(ben)标(biao)准对(dui)电池(chi)的(de)电路和结构设(she)计(ji)提(ti)出(chu)了一些建议(yi),希望生产厂(chang)家在电池(chi)的(de)设(she)计(ji)环(huan)节能充分考虑(lv)到电池(chi)的(de)安全(quan)性。
1.1 绝缘与配线
常见的(de)(de)电(dian)池外(wai)壳(qiao)都是非金(jin)属的(de)(de),但有的(de)(de)电(dian)池也采用金(jin)属外(wai)壳(qiao),后种情况下电(dian)池的(de)(de)电(dian)极终(zhong)端(duan)与(yu)电(dian)池的(de)(de)金(jin)属外(wai)壳(qiao)之间的(de)(de)绝缘电(dian)阻在500V直流电(dian)压下测(ce)量应大(da)于5M&O1527;,除非电(dian)池的(de)(de)电(dian)极终(zhong)端(duan)与(yu)电(dian)池的(de)(de)金(jin)属外(wai)壳(qiao)有连通。
手机(ji)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)并(bing)非电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)的(de)(de)(de)简单组合(he),电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)之外还有(you)保(bao)护电(dian)(dian)路(lu)和控制电(dian)(dian)路(lu),其内部配(pei)线及绝缘应(ying)充分满足预计的(de)(de)(de)最大(da)电(dian)(dian)流、电(dian)(dian)压和温(wen)度的(de)(de)(de)要求,配(pei)线的(de)(de)(de)排布应(ying)保(bao)证端子(zi)之间(jian)有(you)足够的(de)(de)(de)间(jian)隙和绝缘穿透距离,内部连接的(de)(de)(de)整体性能应(ying)充分满足可能发生误操作时(shi)的(de)(de)(de)安全要求。
1.2 泄放
泄(xie)(xie)放的含义即电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯内部的过(guo)高压(ya)力(li)在(zai)安全阀处释放以(yi)防(fang)止(zhi)其破(po)裂(lie)或爆炸。标准要求电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯在(zai)内部压(ya)力(li)过(guo)高达(da)到一(yi)定(ding)限值时能以(yi)一(yi)定(ding)的速率将(jiang)压(ya)力(li)泄(xie)(xie)放以(yi)防(fang)止(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的破(po)裂(lie)、爆炸和自(zi)燃。如果电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯被封装在(zai)外壳内,则该(gai)封装的形式和封装的方(fang)法(fa)在(zai)正(zheng)常操作过(guo)程中不(bu)应引(yin)起电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)过(guo)热,也不(bu)应约束(shu)内部压(ya)力(li)的泄(xie)(xie)放。
1.3 温度/电流管理
电(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)电(dian)过(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,电(dian)池(chi)(chi)和(he)充(chong)电(dian)器(qi)内(nei)部的(de)电(dian)路都会产(chan)生热(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),若散热(re)(re)(re)不佳导(dao)致热(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)聚集会影响电(dian)池(chi)(chi)正常(chang)的(de)化学反应过(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng),造成(cheng)电(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)热(re)(re)(re)失效,因此,电(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)设计应能防(fang)止电(dian)池(chi)(chi)温(wen)度的(de)异常(chang)上升。必要时,电(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)充(chong)电(dian)和(he)放电(dian)应设定安全限流,防(fang)止电(dian)流过(guo)(guo)(guo)大而产(chan)生过(guo)(guo)(guo)多热(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)。
1.4 终端连接
电池外(wai)壳应清(qing)晰地标明终端(duan)(duan)的极性。终端(duan)(duan)的尺寸(cun)大小和形状应能(neng)(neng)确(que)保承载预计的最大电流。外(wai)部(bu)终端(duan)(duan)表(biao)面应采用(yong)机械性能(neng)(neng)良(liang)好并耐腐蚀(shi)的导电材料(liao)。终端(duan)(duan)应设计成最不可能(neng)(neng)发生(sheng)短路的样(yang)式。
1.5 电池芯装配成电池
电(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)与所装配电(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容量应紧密匹配,装配在同一(yi)电(dian)池(chi)里(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)应结构(gou)相同,化学(xue)成(cheng)分相同,并且是同一(yi)厂(chang)家生产的(de)(de)(de)(de)。不同厂(chang)家生产的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)在电(dian)解液(ye)和电(dian)极材料(liao)等方面均会有所差异,如此(ci)规(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是为(wei)了保证(zheng)装配在同一(yi)电(dian)池(chi)中电(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)致性,防止落后(hou)电(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)造成(cheng)整(zheng)个(ge)电(dian)池(chi)技术指标和安(an)全性能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)下降。
考虑(lv)到(dao)试验的(de)(de)一致性(xing)及各(ge)电池(chi)(chi)试验结果具有可比(bi)性(xing),试验所用电池(chi)(chi)芯或(huo)电池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)生产日期应在(zai)3个(ge)月以内,但并(bing)不表(biao)示(shi)电池(chi)(chi)3个(ge)月后(hou)安全性(xing)能会下降。常态试验在(zai)20℃±5℃的(de)(de)环境温度(du)下进行。
2.1 连续低倍率充电
完全(quan)充电的电池芯以额定的低倍率电流0.01C5 A持续充电28天后,应不起火(huo)、不爆炸(zha)、不漏液。
2.2 振动
用完全充电的(de)电池芯或电池进行X、Y、Z三个方向的(de)振(zhen)动(dong)试(shi)验,振(zhen)动(dong)源单振(zhen)幅0.76mm (双振(zhen)幅1.52mm), 频(pin)率变化(hua)率1Hz/min, 频(pin)率范围10Hz到55Hz,往返振(zhen)动(dong)90 min±5min后,电池应不起火、不爆炸、不漏液。
2.3 高温性能
完(wan)全充(chong)电的电池置于(yu)70℃±2℃恒温箱中,保(bao)持7小时,然后取出(chu)置于(yu)室温条件(jian)下,检查其(qi)外(wai)观,其(qi)外(wai)壳应(ying)无变形或其(qi)变形不会(hui)导致电池内部元件(jian)暴露出(chu)来。
2.4 温度循环
完全(quan)充电(dian)的(de)电(dian)池(chi)或电(dian)池(chi)芯置于可强(qiang)制调温的(de)恒(heng)温箱中,按下列(lie)程序做 -20℃ 到 +75℃ 的(de)温度(du)循环:
(1)30min内使恒温(wen)箱(xiang)的温(wen)度(du)升到(dao)75℃±2℃,并在此温(wen)度(du)下保持(chi)4h;
(2)30min内使恒温(wen)箱的温(wen)度(du)降到20℃±5℃,并在此温(wen)度(du)下保持2h;
(3)30min内使恒温箱的温度(du)降到 -20℃±2℃,并在此温度(du)下保持4h;
(4)30min内使(shi)恒(heng)温(wen)箱(xiang)的温(wen)度升到20℃±5℃,并(bing)在此(ci)温(wen)度下保(bao)持2h;
(5)再重复1-4的(de)步骤做4个循环;
(6)第5次循环完成后,电池保存2h再作检查,应符合相关要(yao)求。
该试验(yan)可(ke)以在(zai)一(yi)个可(ke)强制调温(wen)的(de)(de)恒(heng)温(wen)箱中进(jin)行(xing),也(ye)可(ke)以在(zai)3个不同温(wen)度的(de)(de)恒(heng)温(wen)箱之间进(jin)行(xing)。试验(yan)后,电池(chi)芯或(huo)电池(chi)应(ying)不起火、不爆炸、不漏(lou)液。
2.5 低压性能
完(wan)全充(chong)电(dian)的电(dian)池芯置于温度为20℃±5℃ 的真空干燥箱(xiang)中,抽真空使气压小于11.6kpa后保持6小时后,应不(bu)(bu)起火、不(bu)(bu)爆炸、不(bu)(bu)漏(lou)液(ye)。
3.1 外部短路
完全(quan)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)的电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)分别(bie)在20℃±5℃和55℃±5℃的环境中放(fang)置 2h。然(ran)后,用连线短接每(mei)个电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的正负极终端并确(que)保全(quan)部外(wai)部电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻小于100mΩ。短接后,保持24h,到电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)外(wai)壳(qiao)的温度(du)下(xia)降(jiang)到电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)原始温度(du)+电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)短路后的最大温升×20%。试验(yan)后,电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或(huo)(huo)(huo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)芯(xin)应不起(qi)火、不爆炸。
3.2 自由跌落
完全充电的电池(chi)芯或电池(chi)以任意方式从1米(mi)高处(chu)自(zi)由跌落(luo)到水泥地面3次后,应不起火、不爆炸。
3.3 机械碰撞
在20℃±5℃环境(jing)中,完全(quan)充电(dian)的(de)电(dian)池承受X、Y、Z三个方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)碰撞(zhuang)。如果电(dian)池只有两(liang)(liang)个对称轴,只作两(liang)(liang)个方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)碰撞(zhuang)。在最初3ms内(nei)的(de)平均加(jia)速度应≥75gn,最高加(jia)速度应在125gn 和 175gn之(zhi)间。碰撞(zhuang)1000次±10次后,电(dian)池应不起火、不爆炸、不漏液。
3.4 热冲击
完全充电的电池芯,置于一个(ge)烘(hong)箱中加热。烘(hong)箱的温度(du)以(5±2)℃/min的速率上(shang)升(sheng)至130℃±2℃,保(bao)持10min,电池芯应不起火、不爆炸。
3.5 耐挤压性能
完全(quan)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)置于两平行(xing)平板(ban)间,施加挤压力为13kN±1kN,一旦(dan)达到最大压力或压力突然(ran)下(xia)降(jiang)1/3,即可卸(xie)压。对圆(yuan)形或方(fang)形电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)进行(xing)挤压试验时,要使电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)的(de)纵轴(zhou)(zhou)与挤压设备(bei)扁平表面(mian)保持平行(xing)。方(fang)形电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)要沿(yan)其纵轴(zhou)(zhou)旋(xuan)转90°,以便电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)的(de)宽边(bian)和窄边(bian)都能受到挤压的(de)作用,外(wai)壳(qiao)为铝(lv)塑复合膜的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)只(zhi)做宽面(mian)的(de)挤压。试验后,电(dian)(dian)(dian)池芯(xin)(xin)应不起(qi)火、不爆炸(zha)。
3.6 冲击
完全充(chong)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)置(zhi)于(yu)一(yi)个扁平表面(mian)上(shang),将一(yi)个半径为(wei)8mm、质量为(wei)10kg的(de)(de)(de)棒垂直置(zhi)于(yu)样品(pin)中心的(de)(de)(de)正上(shang)方,从600mm 高度处落(luo)下作(zuo)用(yong)到(dao)样品(pin)上(shang)。圆柱(zhu)形或方形电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)在接受冲击(ji)(ji)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)时,其纵(zong)轴要平行于(yu)扁平表面(mian),垂直于(yu)棒的(de)(de)(de)纵(zong)轴。方形电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)要沿其纵(zong)轴旋转90°,以(yi)便电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)的(de)(de)(de)宽边和窄(zhai)边都(dou)能(neng)受到(dao)冲击(ji)(ji)作(zuo)用(yong)。外壳为(wei)铝(lv)塑复(fu)合膜的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)只做宽面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)冲击(ji)(ji)试(shi)验(yan)(yan)。每只样品(pin)只能(neng)接受一(yi)次冲击(ji)(ji)试(shi)验(yan)(yan),每次试(shi)验(yan)(yan)只能(neng)使(shi)用(yong)一(yi)只样品(pin)。试(shi)验(yan)(yan)后,电(dian)(dian)池(chi)芯(xin)应不(bu)起火(huo)、不(bu)爆炸。
3.7 过充性能
完全放(fang)电(dian)的电(dian)池芯,以(yi)≥10V的电(dian)压(ya)、0.2C5A的电(dian)流(liu)充电(dian)12.5h后(hou),应不起火、不爆炸。
3.8 强制放电性能
完全放电的电池芯承受(shou)1C5A电流强制(zhi)放电90min后,应不起(qi)火、不爆炸。
外部(bu)短路试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、自由跌(die)落试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、热冲(chong)击试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、耐(nai)挤(ji)压性能(neng)试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、冲(chong)击试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、过充性能(neng)试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)、强制放电(dian)性能(neng)试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)是破坏性试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan),电(dian)池或电(dian)池芯的外壳(qiao)均可能(neng)发生变化(hua),漏液很难避免,但尚未影(ying)响(xiang)安全(quan)性,因此标准中对这(zhei)些(xie)试(shi)(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)没有要求不漏液。
4、安全标识
安全(quan)标(biao)识的作(zuo)用应(ying)引起足够的重视(shi),电池本身(shen)应(ying)具有安全(quan)警示(shi),并且附加适当的警告(gao)声明(ming),需检查确认(ren)标(biao)识的一致性。另外,电池的说明(ming)书(shu)中应(ying)写(xie)清(qing)合适的使用指导(dao)和(he)推(tui)荐的充电方法等。
