锂在元素周期表上第3位,外(wai)层电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子1个(ge),容易失去形(xing)成稳(wen)定结(jie)构,所以(yi)是非(fei)常活(huo)泼的一种金属。而锂离子电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)具有放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流大、内(nei)阻低、寿命长、无(wu)记忆(yi)效应等(deng)被(bei)人们广泛使用(yong),锂离子电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在使用(yong)中(zhong)严禁过(guo)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、过(guo)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路,否则将会(hui)(hui)使电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)起火、爆(bao)炸(zha)等(deng)致命缺点,所以(yi),在使用(yong)可充锂电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)都会(hui)(hui)带有一块保(bao)护板来保(bao)护电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的安全。
保(bao)护(hu)板(ban)有两个核心部件:一块保(bao)护(hu)IC,它是(shi)(shi)由精确的比较器来(lai)获得(de)可靠的保(bao)护(hu)参数;另外是(shi)(shi)MOSFET串在(zai)主充放(fang)电(dian)(dian)回路中担当高速开关,执行保(bao)护(hu)动作(zuo)。电(dian)(dian)路原理(li)图(tu)如下(xia):
下面(mian)介(jie)绍:锂电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)保(bao)护板主要由维(wei)护IC(过(guo)压(ya)维(wei)护)和(he)MOS管(guan)(过(guo)流(liu)维(wei)护)构成,是用(yong)来(lai)保(bao)护锂电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)芯安(an)全的器(qi)材(cai)。锂电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)具有放(fang)电(dian)电(dian)流(liu)大、内阻低(di)、寿数长、无回(hui)忆效应(ying)等被(bei)人们(men)广泛(fan)运(yun)用(yong),锂离子电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在运(yun)用(yong)中禁止过(guo)充电(dian)、过(guo)放(fang)电(dian)、短路,不然将(jiang)会使(shi)电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)起火、爆破等丧命(ming)缺陷,所(suo)以,在运(yun)用(yong)可充锂电(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)都(dou)会带有一(yi)块维(wei)护板来(lai)维(wei)护电(dian)芯的安(an)全。
1、电压保护能力
过充电(dian)保护(hu)(hu)板(ban):保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)具有(you)防止电(dian)芯电(dian)压超越预设(she)(she)值的才(cai)干过放电(dian)维护(hu)(hu):保护(hu)(hu)板(ban)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)具有(you)防止电(dian)芯电(dian)压底于预设(she)(she)值的才(cai)干。
2、电流能力
(过流保(bao)护(hu)电流,短路(lu)保(bao)护(hu))
保护板作为锂电(dian)芯的安(an)全保护器材,既(ji)要在(zai)设备(bei)的正(zheng)常作业(ye)电(dian)流规模内(nei),能可靠工作,又要在(zai)当电(dian)池被意外(wai)短路或过(guo)流时能迅速动作,使电(dian)芯得到保护。
3、导通电阻
定义:当充电电流为500mA时(shi),MOS管的导(dao)通阻抗。
由于通(tong)(tong)讯设备(bei)的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)频率较高(gao),数据传输(shu)要求误码率低,其(qi)脉冲串(chuan)的(de)上升及下降(jiang)沿陡,故对电(dian)池的(de)电(dian)流输(shu)出能力和电(dian)压稳定度要求高(gao),因而保(bao)护(hu)板的(de)MOS管开(kai)关导通(tong)(tong)时电(dian)阻要小,单(dan)节电(dian)芯保(bao)护(hu)板通(tong)(tong)常(chang)在(zai)《70mΩ,如太大会(hui)导致通(tong)(tong)讯设备(bei)作(zuo)(zuo)业不正常(chang),如手(shou)机在(zai)通(tong)(tong)话时突(tu)然断线(xian)、电(dian)话接不通(tong)(tong)、噪(zao)声等现象。
4、自耗电流
定义(yi):IC作业电压为3。6V,空载状况下,流经保护IC的作业电流,一般极小。
保(bao)护板的自耗电流直(zhi)接影响(xiang)电池的待机时(shi)刻,通常规则(ze)保(bao)护板的自耗电流小于10微安。
5、机械功能、温度适应能力、抗静电能力
保(bao)护板有必要(yao)能通过(guo)国(guo)标规则的轰动,冲(chong)击实验;保(bao)护板在40到85度(du)能安全工作,能经受±15KV的非触摸ESD静电(dian)测验。
