7805是常用的三端(duan)稳压器,一般使用的是TO-220封装,能提供DC 5V的输出电压,应用范围广,内含过流和过载保护电路。带散热片时能持续提供1A的电流,如果使用外围器件,它还能提供不通的电压和电流。
7805是(shi)常用的(de)三端稳压器件,顾名思义05就(jiu)是(shi)输出(chu)电压为5v,还可以(yi)微调,7805输出(chu)波纹很小。
(1) 集成三(san)端稳压(ya)器根据稳定电压(ya)的(de)正(zheng)、负极(ji)性分(fen)为78×××,79×××系列。附图给出了正(zheng)、负稳压(ya)的(de)典型电路。

(2) 三端稳压器的型号规格和(he)管脚分布。
例(li)如(ru):78M05三端(duan)稳(wen)压器可(ke)输出+5 V、0.5 A的稳(wen)定(ding)电(dian)压;7912三端(duan)稳(wen)压器可(ke)输出 12V、1A的稳(wen)定(ding)电(dian)压。 (3) 外(wai)形及管脚分(fen)布(bu),如(ru)附图1-25所(suo)示。
由(you)7805,7905,7812组成的特殊的线性(xing)稳压电源(yuan)
如(ru)图(tu)所示为(wei)一(yi)种特殊的电源电路。该(gai)电路虽(sui)然简单,但可以从两(liang)(liang)个相同(tong)的次(ci)级绕组(zu)中产生出三(san)组(zu)直流(liu)电压:+5V、-5V和(he)+12V。其(qi)特点(dian)是:D2、D3跨接在E2、E3这两(liang)(liang)组(zu)交流(liu)电源之(zhi)间,起着全波(bo)整(zheng)流(liu)的作用。
7800系列三端稳压(ya)(ya)集成电(dian)(dian)路广(guang)泛用于各种电(dian)(dian)子电(dian)(dian)器电(dian)(dian)路中用作电(dian)(dian)源稳压(ya)(ya),它的输出电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)是固定(ding)的,但如果对外围电(dian)(dian)路稍作改动就可以是一个不错(cuo)的连续可调稳压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)源,用作实验检(jian)修之用完全可行。
制作之前需了(le)解:7800系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)三端稳压(ya)器按(an)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)区分有三种(zhong)系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie),分别是78L00系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)最(zui)大(da)(da)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)0.1A;78M00系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)最(zui)大(da)(da)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)0.5A;7800系(xi)(xi)列(lie)(lie)最(zui)大(da)(da)输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)1.5A。三端稳压(ya)器输(shu)入(ru)输(shu)出(chu)压(ya)差要大(da)(da)于2V。7805-7818的最(zui)高输(shu)入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)不能超(chao)过(guo)35V,7820-7824最(zui)高输(shu)入(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)不能超(chao)过(guo)40V。
7805制作的5V-12V连(lian)续(xu)可调稳压电源
这里选用7805制(zhi)作了(le)一个5V~12V连续(xu)可(ke)调(diao)的(de)直流稳压(ya)电(dian)源实(shi)(shi)例。图(tu)中R1、R2的(de)取(qu)值决定了(le)输(shu)出电(dian)压(ya)的(de)可(ke)调(diao)范(fan)围(wei),按照图(tu)示取(qu)值可(ke)在5~12V稳压(ya)范(fan)围(wei)内实(shi)(shi)现输(shu)出电(dian)压(ya)连续(xu)可(ke)调(diao)。
最(zui)高输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)受三端(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)最(zui)大(da)输(shu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)及最(zui)小输(shu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)输(shu)出(chu)压(ya)(ya)差(cha)的限(xian)制(zhi),7805最(zui)高输(shu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)为35V,输(shu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)输(shu)出(chu)压(ya)(ya)差(cha)要保(bao)持在2V以上,因此该电(dian)(dian)路中由于稳(wen)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)的直流输(shu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)约为15V,所以该电(dian)(dian)路的输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)最(zui)大(da)值设定(ding)为12V。
电(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)产品中常见到(dao)的(de)三(san)端(duan)(duan)稳压(ya)(ya)集(ji)成电(dian)(dian)路有(you)(you)正电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)输(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)78××系列和负电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)输(shu)(shu)出(chu)的(de)79××系列。故名思义,三(san)端(duan)(duan)IC是指(zhi)这种稳压(ya)(ya)用的(de)集(ji)成电(dian)(dian)路只有(you)(you)三(san)条(tiao)引(yin)脚输(shu)(shu)出(chu),分别是输(shu)(shu)入端(duan)(duan)、接地端(duan)(duan)和输(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)。它的(de)样子(zi)(zi)象是普通的(de)三(san)极管(guan),TO-220的(de)标准封(feng)装(zhuang),也有(you)(you)9013样子(zi)(zi)的(de)TO-92封(feng)装(zhuang)。
1、用78/79系列(lie)三端稳(wen)压(ya)IC来(lai)组成稳(wen)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)所需的外(wai)围元件极少,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)内部还有(you)过流(liu)、过热及调整管的保护电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),使用起来(lai)可靠、方便,而(er)且价(jia)格便宜。该(gai)系列(lie)集成稳(wen)压(ya)IC型号中的78或(huo)79后面的数字代表该(gai)三端集成稳(wen)压(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),如7806表示(shi)输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)为(wei)正6V,7909表示(shi)输(shu)(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)为(wei)负9V。
2、78/79系列三端(duan)稳(wen)压(ya)IC有(you)很多(duo)电(dian)子(zi)厂(chang)家生产,80年(nian)代(dai)就有(you)了,通常前缀为生产厂(chang)家的(de)代(dai)号(hao),如TA7805是(shi)东芝的(de)产品,AN7909是(shi)松下(xia)的(de)产品。
3、有时在数字78或79后面还有一个M或L,如(ru)78M12或79L24,用来区别输(shu)出(chu)电流和封装(zhuang)(zhuang)形式等(deng),其中78L调(diao)系列(lie)的最(zui)大输(shu)出(chu)电流为(wei)100mA,78M系列(lie)最(zui)大输(shu)出(chu)电流为(wei)1A,78系列(lie)最(zui)大输(shu)出(chu)电流为(wei)1.5A。它的封装(zhuang)(zhuang)也(ye)有多种,详见图(tu)。塑料封装(zhuang)(zhuang)的稳(wen)压电路具有安装(zhuang)(zhuang)容(rong)易(yi)、价格低廉等(deng)优点,因此(ci)用得比(bi)较多。79系列(lie)除了输(shu)出(chu)电压为(wei)负。引出(chu)脚(jiao)排列(lie)不同以(yi)外,命(ming)名(ming)方法(fa)、外形等(deng)均与78系列(lie)的相同。
4、因(yin)为三端固定集成稳压(ya)电(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)使用(yong)方便,电(dian)子(zi)制作(zuo)中经(jing)常采用(yong),可以(yi)用(yong)来改装分立元件的(de)稳压(ya)电(dian)源(yuan),也经(jing)常用(yong)作(zuo)电(dian)子(zi)设备的(de)工作(zuo)电(dian)源(yuan)。电(dian)路(lu)(lu)图如图所示。
5、注意(yi)三端集成稳(wen)压(ya)电路(lu)的输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入、输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出和接(jie)地端绝不(bu)能(neng)接(jie)错,不(bu)然(ran)容(rong)易烧坏。一(yi)般(ban)(ban)三端集成稳(wen)压(ya)电路(lu)的最小输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入、输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出电压(ya)差约为2V,否则不(bu)能(neng)输(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出稳(wen)定的电压(ya),一(yi)般(ban)(ban)应(ying)使电压(ya)差保持(chi)在4-5V,即(ji)经变(bian)压(ya)器变(bian)压(ya),二极管(guan)整流,电容(rong)器滤波(bo)后的电压(ya)应(ying)比稳(wen)压(ya)值(zhi)高一(yi)些。
6、在实(shi)际应(ying)用中,应(ying)在三端集成(cheng)稳压(ya)(ya)电路(lu)上安装足够大的(de)散热器(当然小(xiao)功(gong)率的(de)条件下不用)。当稳压(ya)(ya)管(guan)温度过高时,稳压(ya)(ya)性能将变差,甚(shen)至损(sun)坏(huai)。
7、当制作中(zhong)需要(yao)一(yi)个能输(shu)出1.5A以上电(dian)流(liu)的(de)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)电(dian)源(yuan),通常采用(yong)(yong)几块三端稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)电(dian)路并联起(qi)来,使其最(zui)大输(shu)出电(dian)流(liu)为N个1.5A,但(dan)应用(yong)(yong)时(shi)需注意:并联使用(yong)(yong)的(de)集成稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)电(dian)路应采用(yong)(yong)同一(yi)厂家、同一(yi)批(pi)号(hao)的(de)产品,以保(bao)证参数的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)。另外在输(shu)出电(dian)流(liu)上留有(you)一(yi)定的(de)余量,以避免个别集成稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)电(dian)路失效(xiao)时(shi)导致(zhi)其他电(dian)路的(de)连锁烧毁。
在78**、79**系列三端(duan)稳(wen)压器中最常应(ying)用的是(shi)TO-220和(he)TO-202两种(zhong)(zhong)封(feng)装。这两种(zhong)(zhong)封(feng)装的图(tu)形以及(ji)引脚序号(hao)、引脚功能(neng)如附(fu)图(tu)所示。
图(tu)中(zhong)的(de)引(yin)脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)号标(biao)(biao)注(zhu)方法是(shi)(shi)按照引(yin)脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)从(cong)高(gao)到(dao)底的(de)顺(shun)序(xu)标(biao)(biao)注(zhu)的(de)。这样标(biao)(biao)注(zhu)便于(yu)记(ji)忆。引(yin)脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)①为(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),③脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)为(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),②脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)居中(zhong)。从(cong)图(tu)中(zhong)可(ke)以看出(chu),不论正(zheng)压还(hai)是(shi)(shi)负压,②脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)均为(wei)(wei)输出(chu)端(duan)。对(dui)于(yu)78**正(zheng)压系(xi)列,输入(ru)是(shi)(shi)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),自然是(shi)(shi)①脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),地端(duan)为(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),即③脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),如(ru)附(fu)图(tu)所(suo)(suo)示。对(dui)与79**负压系(xi)列,输入(ru)为(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)低(di)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),自然是(shi)(shi)③脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),而地端(duan)为(wei)(wei)最(zui)(zui)高(gao)电(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei),即①脚(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),如(ru)附(fu)图(tu)所(suo)(suo)示。
此外,还应注意,散热片总是和(he)最低电位的第③脚(jiao)相连(lian)。这样(yang)在(zai)78**系列中(zhong)(zhong),散热片和(he)地相连(lian)接,而(er)在(zai)79**系列中(zhong)(zhong),散热片却(que)和(he)输(shu)入(ru)端(duan)相连(lian)接.
