锂(li)离子电池的正极材料是氧(yang)化钴(gu)锂(li),负极是碳。
锂(li)离子电(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)就(jiu)是指其充(chong)放(fang)电(dian)(dian)原理(li)。当对电(dian)(dian)池进(jin)行充(chong)电(dian)(dian)时,电(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)正极(ji)上有(you)锂(li)离子生成,生成的(de)(de)锂(li)离子经过(guo)电(dian)(dian)解(jie)液运动到负极(ji)而作(zuo)为负极(ji)的(de)(de)碳(tan)呈层(ceng)状结构,它有(you)很多微(wei)孔,到达负极(ji)的(de)(de)锂(li)离子就(jiu)嵌入到碳(tan)层(ceng)的(de)(de)微(wei)孔中,嵌入的(de)(de)锂(li)离子越多,充(chong)电(dian)(dian)容量越高(gao)。
同(tong)样道理,当对电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)进(jin)行放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时(即我们使用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)过(guo)程(cheng)),嵌在负极(ji)(ji)碳层中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)脱出(chu),又(you)运动回(hui)到正(zheng)(zheng)极(ji)(ji)。回(hui)到正(zheng)(zheng)极(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)越多,放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)越高。我们通常所(suo)说的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)指的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)。不难(nan)看出(chu),在锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充放(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)过(guo)程(cheng)中,锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)处于(yu)从正(zheng)(zheng)极(ji)(ji)→负极(ji)(ji)→正(zheng)(zheng)极(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)运动状态。如果我们把锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)形象地比喻为一(yi)(yi)把摇(yao)椅,摇(yao)椅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)两(liang)端(duan)为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)两(liang)极(ji)(ji),而锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)就(jiu)象优秀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)运动健将,在摇(yao)椅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)两(liang)端(duan)来(lai)回(hui)奔跑。所(suo)以,专家们又(you)给了锂(li)(li)(li)离子(zi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)(yi)个可(ke)爱的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)名字摇(yao)椅式电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。
电压:指电池在断路(即电流没有通过两极时)电池两极的电位之 差称之为电池的开路电压 。
内阻:指电流通过又叫电池内部所受的阻力,全内阻。
寿命:电池经受一次充电和放电过程叫一个循环或一个周期。一般国产锂电芯循环寿命能做到400次左右,有些优质电芯能达到500次左右(国家标准规定循环300次即可)。
容量:指在一定放电制度下(即在一定的放电电流、终止电压及环境条件下)电池所释放的电量。(1400mAH意思就是用1400mA电流放电可放一个小时)
保护功能:有过流保护、过充保护、短路保护、过放保护
锂(li)(li)电(dian)池(chi)(可充型)之所以(yi)需(xu)(xu)要保(bao)(bao)护,是由它本(ben)(ben)身特性决定的。由于(yu)锂(li)(li)电(dian)池(chi)本(ben)(ben)身的材料决定了(le)它不能被过充、过放(fang)、过流(liu)、短路及(ji)(ji)超(chao)高(gao)温(wen)充放(fang)电(dian),因此锂(li)(li)电(dian)池(chi)锂(li)(li)电(dian)组件总会跟着一(yi)块精(jing)致的保(bao)(bao)护板和一(yi)片电(dian)流(liu)保(bao)(bao)险器(qi)出现。(镍电(dian)一(yi)般(ban)情况下只需(xu)(xu)温(wen)度及(ji)(ji)过流(liu)保(bao)(bao)护,通常情况下无PCM板)
锂电池的(de)(de)保护功能通常由保护电路板和PTC等电流器件(jian)协同完成(cheng)(cheng),保护板是(shi)由电子(zi)电路组成(cheng)(cheng),在(zai)-40℃至+85℃的(de)(de)环境(jing)下(xia)时(shi)(shi)刻准确的(de)(de)监(jian)视电芯(xin)的(de)(de)电压和充放(fang)回路的(de)(de)电流,及时(shi)(shi)控制电流回路的(de)(de)通断;PTC在(zai)高温(wen)环境(jing)下(xia)防止(zhi)电池发生恶劣(lie)的(de)(de)损坏。
单(dan)节锂离子电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的终止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)为(wei)2.5V~2.75V(电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)厂给(ji)(ji)出工(gong)作(zuo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)范围(wei)或给(ji)(ji)出终止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),各参数略有不同)。低于(yu)终止(zhi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)继续放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)称为(wei)过(guo)放(fang)(fang)(fang),由(you)于(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)本身存在自(zi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的特性,因(yin)此(ci)即使放(fang)(fang)(fang)置(zhi)情况下不使用,依然(ran)可能因(yin)为(wei)长期放(fang)(fang)(fang)置(zhi)而过(guo)分被耗电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),造成电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)性能劣(lie)化、寿(shou)命缩短(duan)甚(shen)至(zhi)漏液。因(yin)此(ci)锂二次电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)通常设有过(guo)放(fang)(fang)(fang)保(bao)护(hu),当IC检测电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降至(zhi)临(lin)界点(如2.25V),即启动过(guo)度放(fang)(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)护(hu),将功(gong)率MOS由(you)开转为(wei)切断,此(ci)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)无电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)输出。
过流保护:为了防止电池的外部五金被导体连接短接在一起,而直接影响到电池的寿命。
短路保护:为防止电池的外部受到导体把电池的正负极连接后造成短路,保证安全性能。
工作原理:当放电时或正负极遭金属物误触造成过电流或短路,为确保安全,立即停止放电。
充(chong)电(dian)的时间不宜过长或(huo)者过短(duan),在发现(xian)充(chong)电(dian)器显示充(chong)电(dian)完(wan)成的时候要稍过一段时间再断开电(dian)源,使电(dian)池电(dian)量达到完(wan)全(quan)饱(bao)和。
切记不可过(guo)充(chong)(chong)。虽(sui)然电(dian)池本身(shen)和充(chong)(chong)电(dian)器都有保护,但还(hai)是要注意(yi)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)时间不可过(guo)长。过(guo)充(chong)(chong)易对(dui)电(dian)池造成较大伤(shang)害。
杜绝让电(dian)池长(zhang)期处于电(dian)量不足的状(zhuang)态。亏电(dian)状(zhuang)态闲(xian)置(zhi)时间越长(zhang),电(dian)池损坏越重。因(yin)此,电(dian)池闲(xian)置(zhi)不用时,应(ying)每月补充电(dian)一(yi)次(ci),这样能较(jiao)好地保持(chi)电(dian)池健康状(zhuang)态。
夏季(ji)存车是尤其要注意,不可在阳光下(xia)直(zhi)接(jie)暴(bao)晒(shai)。充电(dian)时(shi)保证良好的散热(re),并远离热(re)源。
大电流(liu)(liu)放电多见于电动车起步时快速加速。注意应(ying)匀速调动调速把,不要(yao)一下子(zi)调到底,快速调节造成瞬间(jian)电流(liu)(liu)增大有损(sun)电池。
平时(shi)注意(yi)保持电池干燥,避免碰水,除此(ci)之外(wai)还(hai)要注意(yi)电池“清洁”,防止电池内有“杂物”造成自(zi)放电。
