功放保护(hu)电路
如(ru)(ru)一台声宝BD808功放(fang)机(ji)(ji)。出现(xian)无规律性自动(dong)保护(hu)的(de)现(xian)象,在音量(liang)开大时(shi)频(pin)繁(fan)自动(dong)保护(hu)。开机(ji)(ji)检(jian)查发(fa)现(xian)在功放(fang)正常放(fang)音时(shi)无失真(zhen)的(de)现(xian)象,说(shuo)明功放(fang)末级(ji)放(fang)大电(dian)路(lu)正常如(ru)(ru)果放(fang)音失真(zhen)那么就说(shuo)明末级(ji)放(fang)大电(dian)路(lu)中的(de)输出有直流电(dian)压。
此时继(ji)电器保护(hu)则是(shi)属于中(zhong)点(dian)电压漂(piao)移而(er)保护(hu)。可以根据声音的(de)输(shu)出是(shi)否失真来断定是(shi)哪一部分的(de)原因,应着重检(jian)查保护(hu)电路。
保(bao)护电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)是(shi)由集成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)UPCI237组成(cheng),其典型应用电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)与附(fu)图电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)基本相同,于是(shi)检查并代换电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)中的元件,但故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)依旧。更换集成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)也(ye)没能排除(chu)故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。在(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)保(bao)护时测集成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)UPC1237的脚有不(bu)稳定(ding)的电(dian)(dian)压出现。经分析,这大都是(shi)交流成(cheng)分串入电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)中引(yin)起集成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)保(bao)护,对(dui)于此现象,只要在(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的脚对(dui)地(di)接一只标称容量(liang)为(wei) 104的瓷片电(dian)(dian)容,故障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)即可排除(chu)。
