如何计算一组锂电池需要几串几并,需要多少颗电芯?

答案1:很简单,串(chuan)(chuan)联增加电(dian)(dian)(dian)压,并(bing)联增加容(rong)量,三元锂(li)标准电(dian)(dian)(dian)压3.7v,充满(man)4.2v,三串(chuan)(chuan)就(jiu)是12v,48v就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)四个三串(chuan)(chuan),但是电(dian)(dian)(dian)动车(che)铅(qian)酸电(dian)(dian)(dian)池充满(man)电(dian)(dian)(dian)58v最(zui)有,所以(yi)锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)也需(xu)要(yao)(yao)达到58v左右,这样就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)14串(chuan)(chuan)到58.8v,14乘以(yi)4.2,铁锂(li)充满(man)电(dian)(dian)(dian)上3.4v左右,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)四串(chuan)(chuan)组12v,48v就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)16串(chuan)(chuan),以(yi)此类推60v就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)20串(chuan)(chuan),并(bing)联同型号同容(rong)量,10ah电(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)两块并(bing)联就(jiu)是20ah,48v三元锂(li)就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)14+14块10ah电(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin),最(zui)后14块并(bing)联好的串(chuan)(chuan)联就(jiu)组成48v20ah锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池了



答案2:其实是很(hen)简单的,比(bi)如48伏(fu)是指电(dian)(dian)压,通常三(san)元锂电(dian)(dian)池是指48除以3.7这样十(shi)三(san)串(chuan)和十(shi)四串(chuan)都是算48伏(fu),十(shi)三(san)串(chuan)使用54.6伏(fu)的充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian),十(shi)四串(chuan)使用58.8伏(fu)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)器(qi)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)。至于20安(an)时是指电(dian)(dian)池的容(rong)量(liang),如果是单只18650电(dian)(dian)芯(xin)每只是2000毫安(an)的容(rong)量(liang),这样就是2安(an)时每只,十(shi)只电(dian)(dian)芯(xin)并在(zai)一起(qi)就是20安(an)时,整组电(dian)(dian)池就是14串(chuan)乘以10只电(dian)(dian)芯(xin)=140只电(dian)(dian)芯(xin)。


60伏(fu)(fu)也(ye)是(shi)一样的道(dao)理,通常(chang)16-17串都是(shi)算(suan)60伏(fu)(fu),如是(shi)60伏(fu)(fu)20安时单只电芯(xin)容量是(shi)2000毫安,就是(shi)16-17乘以10,160-170个电芯(xin)。

2、锂电池组硬件设计

2.1充电电路

当锂电池(chi)组(zu)充(chong)电时,外接(jie)(jie)电源正负(fu)极分别接(jie)(jie)电池(chi)组(zu)正负(fu)极BAT+和BAT-两端(duan),充(chong)电电流(liu)流(liu)经电池(chi)组(zu)正极BAT+、电池(chi)组(zu)中(zhong)单(dan)节锂电池(chi)1~N、放电控制开关(guan)(guan)器(qi)件、充(chong)电控制开关(guan)(guan)器(qi)件、电池(chi)组(zu)负(fu)极BAT-,电流(liu)流(liu)向如图(tu)2所(suo)示。

系统中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)部(bu)分(fen)单(dan)节锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保(bao)护(hu)芯片的(de)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)过电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)保(bao)护(hu)控(kong)(kong)制信(xin)号经(jing)光耦(ou)隔(ge)离(li)后并联输(shu)出,为主电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)开关(guan)器件的(de)导(dao)通(tong)提供栅极(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya);如某一节或几(ji)节锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)过程中(zhong)先进入过电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)保(bao)护(hu)状态,则由(you)过电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)保(bao)护(hu)信(xin)号控(kong)(kong)制并联在单(dan)节锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)正负(fu)极(ji)两端的(de)分(fen)流放电(dian)(dian)(dian)支路(lu)放电(dian)(dian)(dian),同时将串接(jie)在充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)回路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)对应单(dan)体锂(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)断离(li)出充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)回路(lu)。


2.2主电路及分流放电支路

锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)组串(chuan)联(lian)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)时,忽略(lve)单(dan)节电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量差(cha)(cha)别的(de)(de)影响(xiang),一(yi)般内(nei)阻较小的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)先(xian)(xian)充(chong)(chong)满。此时,相应的(de)(de)过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压保护信号控制分流(liu)(liu)(liu)放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)支(zhi)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)开关器(qi)件闭合,在原电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)两(liang)端并(bing)联(lian)上一(yi)个分流(liu)(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。根据电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)PNGV等效电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)模型(xing),此时分流(liu)(liu)(liu)支(zhi)路(lu)(lu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻相当于先(xian)(xian)充(chong)(chong)满的(de)(de)单(dan)节锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)负(fu)载,该电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)通过(guo)其放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),使电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)端电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压维(wei)持在充(chong)(chong)满状(zhuang)态附近一(yi)个极小的(de)(de)范(fan)围内(nei)。假设第1节锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)先(xian)(xian)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)完(wan)成,进(jin)入过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压保护状(zhuang)态,则(ze)主(zhu)(zhu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)及分流(liu)(liu)(liu)放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)支(zhi)路(lu)(lu)中电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)向如图3所(suo)(suo)示。当所(suo)(suo)有(you)单(dan)节电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)均(jun)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)进(jin)入过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压保护状(zhuang)态时,全部(bu)单(dan)节锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压大小在误差(cha)(cha)范(fan)围内(nei)完(wan)全相等,各节保护芯片充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)保护控制信号均(jun)变低(di),无法(fa)为主(zhu)(zhu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制开关器(qi)件提供(gong)栅极偏压,使其关断(duan)(duan),主(zhu)(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)断(duan)(duan)开,即实现均(jun)衡充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)过(guo)程完(wan)成。

单节电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)两端(duan)并接的放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)支路电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)根据锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压大(da)小以及锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的参数和(he)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的大(da)小计(ji)算得出(chu)。均(jun)衡(heng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流应(ying)合(he)理选择(ze),如果太小,均(jun)衡(heng)效果不(bu)明显;如果太大(da),系统的能量损耗大(da),均(jun)衡(heng)效率低,对(dui)锂(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)组热管理要求高,一般电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流大(da)小可(ke)设(she)计(ji)在(zai)50~100mA之间(jian)。


2.3放电电路

一般锂电(dian)池采用恒流-恒压(TAPER)型充电(dian)控制,恒压充电(dian)时,充电(dian)电(dian)流近似(si)指数规律减小。系统中充放电(dian)主回路(lu)(lu)的(de)开关器件可根据外(wai)部电(dian)路(lu)(lu)要求满(man)足的(de)最大工(gong)作(zuo)电(dian)流和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)电(dian)压选型。


控制电(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)单(dan)节(jie)锂电(dian)(dian)池保护(hu)芯片可(ke)根据待(dai)保护(hu)的(de)单(dan)节(jie)锂电(dian)(dian)池的(de)电(dian)(dian)压等级、保护(hu)延迟(chi)时间等选型(xing)。分(fen)流放电(dian)(dian)支路(lu)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)采用(yong)功率电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)或电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)网(wang)络实现。这里采用(yong)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)网(wang)络实现分(fen)流放电(dian)(dian)支路(lu)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)较为合(he)理(li),可(ke)以(yi)有效(xiao)消除电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)偏差的(de)影响,此外,还(hai)能起到降低(di)热功耗的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。


3、均衡充电保护板电路仿真

根据上述均(jun)衡(heng)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)保护(hu)(hu)板电(dian)(dian)路工作(zuo)(zuo)的基本原理,在Matlab/Simulink环境下(xia)搭建了(le)系(xi)统仿(fang)真模型(xing),模拟锂(li)电(dian)(dian)池组充(chong)放电(dian)(dian)过程中保护(hu)(hu)板工作(zuo)(zuo)的情况,验证该设计方案的可(ke)行性(xing)。为简单(dan)起见,给出(chu)了(le)锂(li)电(dian)(dian)池组仅(jin)由2节锂(li)电(dian)(dian)池串(chuan)联的仿(fang)真模型(xing),如图5所(suo)示。

模型中(zhong)用(yong)受控(kong)电压(ya)源代替单(dan)节锂电池(chi)(chi),模拟电池(chi)(chi)充放电的(de)(de)情况。图5中(zhong),Rs为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)串联电池(chi)(chi)组的(de)(de)电池(chi)(chi)总内阻,RL为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)负载电阻,Rd为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)分流(liu)放电支路电阻。所采用(yong)的(de)(de)单(dan)节锂电池(chi)(chi)保(bao)护芯片S28241封装(zhuang)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)一个子系统(tong),使整体模型表达时更为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)简洁(jie)。


保护(hu)芯片子系(xi)统(tong)(tong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)主要(yao)用逻辑运算模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、符号函数(shu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、一维查表(biao)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、积分(fen)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、延时(shi)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、开(kai)关(guan)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)、数(shu)学运算模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)等模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)拟了保护(hu)动(dong)作的(de)(de)时(shi)序与(yu)逻辑。由于仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)环境(jing)与(yu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)实(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路存在(zai)一定的(de)(de)差别,仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)时(shi)不需要(yao)滤波(bo)和(he)强弱电(dian)(dian)(dian)隔(ge)离,而且多余的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)容易导致仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)时(shi)间的(de)(de)冗长。因此,在(zai)实(shi)际仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)过程中,去除了滤波(bo)、光耦隔(ge)离、电(dian)(dian)(dian)平调理(li)等电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,并把为大电(dian)(dian)(dian)流分(fen)流设计的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻网络改为单电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,降(jiang)低了仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)复杂程度。建(jian)立完整的(de)(de)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)仿(fang)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)时(shi),要(yao)注意不同模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)的(de)(de)输入输出数(shu)据和(he)信(xin)号类(lei)(lei)型(xing)可(ke)能存在(zai)差异,必须正确排列模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)的(de)(de)连接顺序,必要(yao)时(shi)进(jin)行数(shu)据类(lei)(lei)型(xing)的(de)(de)转(zhuan)换(huan),模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)中用电(dian)(dian)(dian)压检测模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)块(kuai)实(shi)现了强弱信(xin)号的(de)(de)转(zhuan)换(huan)连接问题(ti)。


仿(fang)真(zhen)模(mo)型(xing)中受(shou)控电(dian)压(ya)源(yuan)的给定信号在波形(xing)大体(ti)一致(zhi)的前提下可(ke)(ke)有微小(xiao)差别(bie),以代表(biao)电(dian)池个体(ti)充放电(dian)的差异。图6为电(dian)池组(zu)中单节电(dian)池电(dian)压(ya)检测(ce)仿(fang)真(zhen)结果(guo),可(ke)(ke)见采用过流放电(dian)支路均充的办法,该电(dian)路可(ke)(ke)正常工作。

4、锂电池组系统实验

实(shi)际应用(yong)中,针对某品牌电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动自行车生产厂(chang)的(de)需求,设计(ji)实(shi)现了(le)2组并(bing)联(lian)、10节串联(lian)的(de)36V8A.h锰酸(suan)锂动力电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组保护板,其(qi)中单节锂电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池保护芯片采(cai)用(yong)日本(ben)精工公司的(de)S28241,保护板主(zhu)要由主(zhu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)、控制电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)、分(fen)流(liu)放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)支路(lu)(lu)以及滤(lv)波、光耦隔离和电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)调理(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)等(deng)部(bu)分(fen)组成(cheng),其(qi)基(ji)本(ben)结构如图(tu)7所示(shi)。放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)支路(lu)(lu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)选择在800mA左右,采(cai)用(yong)510Ω电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)串并(bing)联(lian)构成(cheng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)网(wang)络。

调试(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)主要分为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)和(he)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)两(liang)部分。电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)包括充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)过(guo)(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)、均充(chong)(chong)(chong)以及放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)欠(qian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)两(liang)步。可(ke)(ke)以选择采(cai)(cai)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池模拟电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)应器(qi)代替实际的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组(zu)(zu)进行测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi),由于多节(jie)(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池串联,该方案一(yi)次投入的(de)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)成本较高。也可(ke)(ke)以使用装(zhuang)配好的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组(zu)(zu)直接(jie)进行测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi),对(dui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组(zu)(zu)循环(huan)充(chong)(chong)(chong)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),观测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)过(guo)(guo)压(ya)(ya)(ya)和(he)欠(qian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)时保护装(zhuang)置是否正(zheng)(zheng)常动作(zuo),记录(lu)过(guo)(guo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)保护时各节(jie)(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)实时电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya),判断均衡(heng)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)性(xing)能。但此方案一(yi)次测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)耗费时间(jian)(jian)较长。对(dui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组(zu)(zu)作(zuo)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)时,采(cai)(cai)用3位半精度电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)对(dui)10节(jie)(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)监测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce),可(ke)(ke)见(jian)各节(jie)(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池都在正(zheng)(zheng)常工作(zuo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)范围(wei)内,并且(qie)单体之间(jian)(jian)的(de)差(cha)异很(hen)小(xiao),充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)过(guo)(guo)程中电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)偏(pian)差(cha)小(xiao)于100mV,满充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)4.2V、电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)偏(pian)差(cha)小(xiao)于50mV.电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)部分包括过(guo)(guo)流检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)和(he)短路(lu)检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)两(liang)步。过(guo)(guo)流检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)可(ke)(ke)在电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻负载与(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)回路(lu)间(jian)(jian)串接(jie)一(yi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao),缓慢减小(xiao)负载,当电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流增大到过(guo)(guo)流值时,看电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)是否指示断流。短路(lu)检(jian)测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)可(ke)(ke)直接(jie)短接(jie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池组(zu)(zu)正(zheng)(zheng)负极来(lai)观测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)。在确定器(qi)件完好,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)焊接(jie)无(wu)误的(de)前(qian)提下,也可(ke)(ke)直接(jie)通(tong)过(guo)(guo)保护板上(shang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)指示灯的(de)状(zhuang)(zhuang)态(tai)进行电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流测(ce)(ce)(ce)(ce)试(shi)(shi)。


实(shi)际使用中,考虑到外部干(gan)扰可能会引起电(dian)(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)(dian)压不稳定的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)况,这(zhei)样(yang)会造(zao)成电(dian)(dian)(dian)压极短时(shi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)过压或欠压,从而(er)导(dao)致(zhi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路错(cuo)误判断(duan),因此(ci)在(zai)(zai)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)芯片配(pei)有相应(ying)的(de)(de)(de)延时(shi)逻辑,必要时(shi)可在(zai)(zai)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板上(shang)添加延时(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,这(zhei)样(yang)将有效降低外部干(gan)扰造(zao)成保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路误动作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)可能性(xing)。由于电(dian)(dian)(dian)池组不工作(zuo)时(shi),保(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板上(shang)各开关(guan)器件(jian)处于断(duan)开状态(tai)(tai),故静态(tai)(tai)损耗(hao)几乎为0.当(dang)系统工作(zuo)时(shi),主要损耗(hao)为主电(dian)(dian)(dian)路中2个MOS管上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)态(tai)(tai)损耗(hao),当(dang)充电(dian)(dian)(dian)状态(tai)(tai)下(xia)均衡电(dian)(dian)(dian)路工作(zuo)时(shi),分流支(zhi)路中电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻热损耗(hao)较大,但(dan)时(shi)间(jian)较短,整(zheng)体动态(tai)(tai)损耗(hao)在(zai)(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池组正(zheng)常工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)周期内处于可以接受的(de)(de)(de)水平。


经测试,该保(bao)护电路的设计能(neng)够满足串联锂电池(chi)组保(bao)护的需(xu)要,保(bao)护功能(neng)齐全,能(neng)可靠地(di)进(jin)行过充电、过放电的保(bao)护,同(tong)时实现均衡充电功能(neng)。

本文(wen)采用单节(jie)锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)芯片(pian)设(she)计实现(xian)了多节(jie)锂(li)电(dian)池(chi)串联的(de)电(dian)池(chi)组保(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban),除可完成必要(yao)的(de)过电(dian)压、欠电(dian)压、过电(dian)流和短路(lu)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)功能外(wai),还(hai)可以(yi)实现(xian)均衡充(chong)电(dian)功能。仿真和实验(yan)结果验(yan)证了该方案的(de)可行性,市场使用情(qing)况检验(yan)了该设(she)计的(de)稳定(ding)性。
