锂电池保护板的检测方法

一:检测电路

锂电(dian)(dian)池(chi)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)对锂电(dian)(dian)池(chi)进(jin)行过(guo)(guo)充、过(guo)(guo)放(fang)、过(guo)(guo)流(liu)(充电(dian)(dian)过(guo)(guo)流(liu)、放(fang)电(dian)(dian)过(guo)(guo)流(liu)和短路)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu),有些保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)上设计有热(re)敏电(dian)(dian)阻(zu),用于对电(dian)(dian)池(chi)进(jin)行过(guo)(guo)热(re)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu),但过(guo)(guo)热(re)保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)通常是由外(wai)电(dian)(dian)路完(wan)成的,并(bing)不由保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)实现。保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)上的热(re)敏电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)仅仅是给外(wai)电(dian)(dian)路提供一个温度传感(gan)器。如(ru)果保(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)板(ban)(ban)不良,电(dian)(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)很(hen)容易损坏。

二:通过万(wan)用表(biao)确(que)定电(dian)池排线接线正确(que)

1、通过(guo)用万(wan)用表(biao)黑色表(biao)笔压(ya)住B-线(xian)端子(zi) 和(he) 万(wan)用表(biao)红色表(biao)笔压(ya)信(xin)B1线(xian)端子(zi),得到第1串电池电压(ya)是3.584V。

2、通过(guo)用(yong)万用(yong)表黑色(se)表笔压住B1线端子 和(he) 万用(yong)表红色(se)表笔压信B2线端子,得到第2串电池(chi)电压是3.584V。

3、通过此方法测量,得出:

第1串电池电压:3.584V

第(di)2串电(dian)池电(dian)压:3.584V

第3串电池电压:3.585V

第4串(chuan)电池电压:3.585V

第5串电(dian)池电(dian)压(ya):3.583V

第6串电(dian)池电(dian)压(ya):3.583V

第7串电(dian)池电(dian)压:3.584V

此(ci)7串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)都是3.58V,排(pai)线(xian)接(jie)(jie)线(xian)正确,而且(qie)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相(xiang)差低于0.002V,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池一致性好(hao)。PS:电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池每(mei)串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)应是:三元锂(li)(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)在3.0-4.2V;磷(lin)酸铁锂(li)(li)(li)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)2.0-3.6V左右(you);钛(tai)酸锂(li)(li)(li)在1.5-2.75V左右(you)。如果有任何(he)一串电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)相(xiang)差超过2V,则表明排(pai)线(xian)接(jie)(jie)错,需要(yao)重新接(jie)(jie)线(xian)。

以7串电池(chi)8pin线做个示例(li)

B-线接电池总负(fu)极(ji)

B1线接第1串电池正(zheng)极

B2线接第2串电池正极

B3线接第3串(chuan)电池正极(ji)

B4线接第(di)4串电池正极

B5线(xian)接第5串电池(chi)正极

B6线接第6串(chuan)电池正极

B7线接第7串电池正极

PS:7串(chuan)电池第7串(chuan)的电池正(zheng)极也是总(zong)正(zheng)极,同理可类推(tui)到任何串(chuan)电池组上(shang)。

四:测(ce)(ce)量电压(ya)正(zheng)常后,将排线插上保护(hu)板,测(ce)(ce)量保护(hu)板B-和(he)P-之(zhi)(zhi)间的电阻(zu),电阻(zu)是0,则说明他们之(zhi)(zhi)前畅通无(wu)阻(zu),保护(hu)板是好的。

五:或者可通(tong)过(guo)接上B-线,测量B-和(he)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)极的(de)电(dian)(dian)压和(he)P-和(he)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)极的(de)电(dian)(dian)压。电(dian)(dian)压一致,说(shuo)明保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)相当于(yu)开关,开关已经打开,电(dian)(dian)流可安全(quan)通(tong)过(guo))示例测试得:B-到(dao)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)极电(dian)(dian)压是25.11VP-到(dao)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)总(zong)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)极电(dian)(dian)压是25.11V。两(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)压一致 表(biao)示保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常。如果P-通(tong)过(guo)大电(dian)(dian)流放(fang)电(dian)(dian),会有轻微压降,保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)板(ban)发热(re)(50度左右),属于(yu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常现象。
