随(sui)着电(dian)子技术的发(fa)展,在照明(ming)领域采用电(dian)子式(shi)镇(zhen)流器取代传(chuan)统的电(dian)感式(shi)镇(zhen)流器,我(wo)们认为是(shi)今后道路照明(ming)发(fa)展的方向,节(jie)电(dian)效果(guo)非常明(ming)显(xian),可达30%以(yi)上,而(er)且寿(shou)命长、体积小(xiao)、电(dian)压范(fan)围(wei)宽等特点。现在就简单的分(fen)析一下电(dian)子镇(zhen)流器与传(chuan)统电(dian)感镇(zhen)流器的特性(xing)区别以(yi)及其优越的经济实用性(xing)。


一、电子(zi)镇(zhen)流器的产品(pin)特性(xing)

1.电感式镇(zhen)流(liu)器,包括普(pu)通型和节能型;也分为普(pu)通电感镇(zhen)流(liu)器和HID电感镇(zhen)流(liu)器。

2.电(dian)子式(shi)镇流器,20世(shi)纪(ji)70年代末(mo)进入市场(chang),我国(guo)从上世(shi)纪(ji)80年代中(zhong)期开(kai)始研制生产。这类(lei)镇流器产品中(zhong)也有谐波(bo)含量大小、能耗(hao)大小不同荧光灯(deng)镇流器 产 品。

普(pu)通型和节能型镇流器(qi)没有明(ming)确(que)的(de)(de)界限,不(bu)便(bian)推广应用(yong)。欧盟(meng)关于(yu)直管荧(ying)光灯的(de)(de)能效等(deng)(deng)级标准有具(ju)体的(de)(de)数(shu)据规定(ding),不(bu)同等(deng)(deng)级的(de)(de)产品规定(ding)了(le)功率限值(zhi),可供借鉴(jian)。表1列出了(le)欧盟(meng)的(de)(de)CELMA组织(zhi)关于(yu)T8荧(ying)光灯镇流器(qi)能效等(deng)(deng)级的(de)(de)划分。

表1规(gui)定的能效等级,应按照欧盟标准EN 50294进行测试,可以给定相应的等级。

欧盟已经(jing)禁止使用的(de)(de)C级(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)D级(ji)(ji)(ji)电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi),正(zheng)是我(wo)国新颁布的(de)(de)国家(jia)标(biao)准(zhun)《建筑(zhu)照明(ming)设计标(biao)准(zhun)》(GB50034-2004)中(zhong)明(ming)确规定不应使用的(de)(de)电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)。该标(biao)准(zhun)同时规定直管荧(ying)光灯应采用电(dian)子镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)或节能(neng)型电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)。前(qian)者相当(dang)于欧标(biao)的(de)(de)A2级(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)A3级(ji)(ji)(ji)产品(pin);后者相当(dang)于B1级(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)B2级(ji)(ji)(ji)产品(pin)。而从标(biao)准(zhun)编(bian)制(zhi)组编(bian)写的(de)(de)“标(biao)准(zhun)培训(xun)讲座”的(de)(de)资(zi)料可以看(kan)出(chu),在制(zhi)定“照明(ming)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)密(mi)度(LPD)”标(biao)准(zhun)中(zhong)测算(suan)资(zi)料,电(dian)子镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)统功(gong)率(lv)(lv)相当(dang)于A2级(ji)(ji)(ji),节能(neng)电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统功(gong)率(lv)(lv)则略高于B1级(ji)(ji)(ji),但低于B2级(ji)(ji)(ji)。


二、镇(zhen)流(liu)器选型

镇(zhen)流器是气体放电(dian)灯不可少的附件(jian),但自身(shen)功耗比(bi)较大(da),降低了照(zhao)明(ming)系统能效。镇(zhen)流器之优劣(lie)对照(zhao)明(ming)质(zhi)量和(he)照(zhao)明(ming)能效都有很大(da)影响。其选(xuan)择要(yao)求叙述(shu)如下。

1. 镇流(liu)器选(xuan)型

按(an)《建筑照明设计标准》规定,直管荧光灯(deng)应(ying)配用电(dian)子镇(zhen)流器或(huo)节(jie)能(neng)型电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)流器;高(gao)压(ya)钠(na)灯(deng)、金卤灯(deng)应(ying)配节(jie)能(neng)型电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)流器。总之,不(bu)能(neng)再采用传统的功耗大的普通(tong)电(dian)感(gan)镇(zhen)流器。

2.镇(zhen)流器的能效因数(BEF)

BEF值是衡量其能(neng)效优劣的参数,但是BEF值很不直观(guan),要(yao)经过换(huan)算(suan),才能(neng)看出其能(neng)效之高低。

μ—— 镇流器的(de)流明系数;

Ρ—— 线路输(shu)入功(gong)率,等(deng)于光源额定功(gong)率和镇流(liu)器功(gong)耗(hao)之和,W。

我国制订(ding)了(le)3种(zhong)气体放电灯(deng)的(de)镇流器的(de)能(neng)效标准,是采用BEF值评价。

3. 镇流器能效比较

直管(guan)荧光灯电(dian)子镇流器(以下(xia)简(jian)称EB)和节能型电(dian)感镇流器(以下(xia)简(jian)称SLB)的(de)能效(xiao)比(bi)较:由于EB是用几十(shi)千(qian)赫的(de)高(gao)频(pin)电(dian)流供给灯管(guan),使灯管(guan)的(de)光效(xiao)比(bi)工频(pin)时(shi)提高(gao)约(yue)10%,加之其自身功耗更小,所(suo)以配EB比(bi)SLB具有更高(gao)的(de)系统能效(xiao)。


三(san)、电(dian)子镇(zhen)流器工作原(yuan)理

当(dang)(dang)开(kai)关闭(bi)合电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中施(shi)加220V50HZ的(de)(de)交流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源时(shi)(shi),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)过镇流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi),灯管(guan)灯丝(si)启(qi)辉(hui)(hui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)给(ji)灯丝(si)加热(re)(启(qi)辉(hui)(hui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)开(kai)始(shi)时(shi)(shi)是断开(kai)的(de)(de),由于(yu)施(shi)加了(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)大于(yu)190V以上的(de)(de)交流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)得启(qi)辉(hui)(hui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)内的(de)(de)跳(tiao)泡内的(de)(de)气体弧(hu)光放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),使(shi)得双(shuang)金属片(pian)加热(re)变(bian)形,两(liang)(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)靠在一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi),形成(cheng)通路给(ji)灯丝(si)加热(re)),当(dang)(dang)启(qi)动(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)两(liang)(liang)个(ge)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)靠在一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi),由于(yu)没有弧(hu)光放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),双(shuang)金属片(pian)冷(leng)却,两(liang)(liang)极(ji)分(fen)开(kai),由于(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)镇流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)呈感(gan)性(xing),当(dang)(dang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路突(tu)然中断时(shi)(shi),在灯两(liang)(liang)端会产生(sheng)持(chi)(chi)续时(shi)(shi)间(jian)约1ms的(de)(de)600V-1500V的(de)(de)脉冲电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),其确(que)切的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)值(zhi)取(qu)决于(yu)灯的(de)(de)类(lei)型,在放(fang)(fang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)情况(kuang)下(xia)(xia),灯的(de)(de)两(liang)(liang)端电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)立即下(xia)(xia)降,此时(shi)(shi)镇流(liu)(liu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)面对灯电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)进(jin)行限制(zhi)作(zuo)用,另一(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)面使(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和(he)灯的(de)(de)工作(zuo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)之(zhi)间(jian)产生(sheng)55。-65。的(de)(de)相位(wei)差,从(cong)而维持(chi)(chi)灯的(de)(de)二次启(qi)动(dong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),使(shi)灯能更稳(wen)定的(de)(de)工作(zuo)。


电(dian)感镇(zhen)流(liu)由(you)(you)于(yu)结构简单,作(zuo)为(wei)第(di)一(yi)种荧光灯(deng)配合工作(zuo)的(de)(de)镇(zhen)流(liu)器,它(ta)的(de)(de)市场占有率还比较(jiao)大,由(you)(you)于(yu)它(ta)的(de)(de)功率因数(shu)低,低电(dian)压启动性能差,耗(hao)能笨(ben)重,频(pin)闪等诸多(duo)缺点,它(ta)的(de)(de)市场慢慢地(di)被电(dian)子镇(zhen)流(liu)器所(suo)取代,电(dian)感镇(zhen)流(liu)器能量损耗(hao):40W(灯(deng)管功率)+10W(电(dian)感镇(zhen)流(liu)器自身发热损耗(hao))等于(yu)整套灯(deng)具总耗(hao)电(dian)为(wei)50W。


电(dian)(dian)(dian)子镇流(liu)(liu)器(qi)是一个将工频交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)转换(huan)成(cheng)高(gao)频交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的变(bian)换(huan)器(qi),其基本工作(zuo)原理是:工频电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)经过射频干扰(RFI)滤波器(qi),全波整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)和(he)无(wu)源(yuan)(或有源(yuan))功率因素校(xiao)正器(qi)(PPFC或APFC)后,变(bian)为直流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。通过DC/AC变(bian)换(huan)器(qi),输(shu)出(chu)20K-100KHZ的高(gao)频交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),加到与(yu)灯连接的LC串(chuan)联(lian)谐振电(dian)(dian)(dian)路加热灯丝,但使灯管"放电(dian)(dian)(dian)"变(bian)成(cheng)"导通"状态,再(zai)进入(ru)发光状态,此时高(gao)频电(dian)(dian)(dian)感起限制电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)增大的作(zuo)用,保(bao)(bao)证灯管获(huo)得正常工作(zuo)所需的灯电(dian)(dian)(dian)压和(he)灯电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),为了提高(gao)可靠性,常增设各种保(bao)(bao)护(hu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,如(ru)异常保(bao)(bao)护(hu),浪涌电(dian)(dian)(dian)压和(he)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)保(bao)(bao)护(hu),温度保(bao)(bao)护(hu)等等。


四、电子镇流器优势

1.提高用电质量、省电节能

目前电(dian)(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)随着(zhe)大量(liang)(liang)的(de)不规范电(dian)(dian)(dian)子设备的(de)介入,使(shi)得电(dian)(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)波形产生(sheng)明(ming)显(xian)畸变(bian),由(you)此降(jiang)低了供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)系统(tong)(tong)有效(xiao)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang),容(rong)(rong)易对(dui)仪(yi)器产生(sheng)干扰(rao),使(shi)控(kong)制系统(tong)(tong)出现(xian)误(wu)动作(zuo),并对(dui)接入的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)气设备及(ji)线路(lu)造成不容(rong)(rong)易分(fen)析出原因(yin)的(de)安全(quan)隐患。金卤(lu)灯(deng)、钠灯(deng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子镇(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器由(you)于(yu)采用先进的(de)有源功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)数(shu)矫正技术及(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子滤波措施,可使(shi)系统(tong)(tong)功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)数(shu)达99%,对(dui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)几乎无影(ying)响(xiang),而(er)传统(tong)(tong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)感镇(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器功(gong)率(lv)因(yin)数(shu)只有50%左右,对(dui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)网(wang)(wang)产生(sheng)较(jiao)大干扰(rao)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)子镇(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器在相同的(de)点灯(deng)功(gong)率(lv)时成倍(bei)地减少了线路(lu)启动电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),从而(er)降(jiang)低了整个(ge)供(gong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)线路(lu)的(de)负荷与损耗(hao)。传统(tong)(tong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)感镇(zhen)流(liu)(liu)器由(you)于(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)磁工作(zuo)特性以及(ji)材料(liao)成本(ben)等因(yin)素,会在铁芯中(zhong)产生(sheng)明(ming)显(xian)的(de)涡流(liu)(liu)(铁损),大电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通过线圈(quan)时产生(sheng)明(ming)显(xian)的(de)发热(铜损),由(you)于(yu)启动电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大对(dui)变(bian)压器等设备也(ye)会产生(sheng)较(jiao)高(gao)损耗(hao),由(you)此决(jue)定自身功(gong)耗(hao)较(jiao)高(gao)。


2.降低初装费用、节约运行开支

使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)电(dian)(dian)子(zi)镇流(liu)器(qi)点燃(ran),因为其(qi)启动电(dian)(dian)流(liu)是(shi)由小(xiao)到大(da)(da)(而电(dian)(dian)感镇流(liu)器(qi)其(qi)启动电(dian)(dian)流(liu)时由大(da)(da)到小(xiao),一(yi)般是(shi)运行电(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)二倍以(yi)上(shang)),因此(ci),供电(dian)(dian)系统(tong)、电(dian)(dian)源线路、变压(ya)器(qi)等设(she)备投入可降低(di)一(yi)半之多。由于使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)电(dian)(dian)子(zi)镇流(liu)器(qi)综合节能约30%,同时还可以(yi)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)延(yan)长灯泡的(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)寿命、减少(shao)灯泡的(de)采购成(cheng)本及(ji)大(da)(da)量人工的(de)维护(hu)费用(yong)(yong),在明显(xian)提高照明质(zhi)量的(de)前提下,经(jing)济效益可观。


3.灯光稳定、提高照明质量

电(dian)子镇流(liu)器不再需要外配附件,在电(dian)压160V~260V范围(wei)内灯(deng)泡只需电(dian)感镇流(liu)器约三分之一的启动时间就(jiu)能(neng)达到正(zheng)常亮(liang)度,此(ci)时在恒功率及欠功率条件下使(shi)用(yong),灯(deng)电(dian)流(liu)波 峰比≤1.4,灯(deng)泡寿(shou)命将(jiang)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)延(yan)长,加上电(dian)感镇流(liu)器不能(neng)点(dian)燃的灯(deng)泡中有些仍可继续使(shi)用(yong),灯(deng)泡综合(he)寿(shou)命会延(yan)长 1.5~2.5 倍。


6.多项保护功能、安全可靠
