二:充(chong)电器工作原理

220v交流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)经(jing)T0双向(xiang)滤(lv)波(bo)抑制干扰(rao),D1整(zheng)流为脉(mai)动(dong)直流,再经(jing)C11滤(lv)波(bo)形成稳定的(de)300V左右的(de)直流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。U1 为TL3842脉(mai)宽调(diao)制集(ji)成电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。其5脚(jiao)为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)负极,7脚(jiao)为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正极,6脚(jiao)为脉(mai)冲输(shu)出直接驱动(dong)场效应管(guan)Q1(K1358) 3脚(jiao)为最大(da)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流限制,调(diao)整(zheng)R25(2.5欧姆)的(de)阻值(zhi)可以调(diao)整(zheng)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)最大(da)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。2脚(jiao)为电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压反馈,可以调(diao)节充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)输(shu)出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压。4脚(jiao)外接振荡电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1,和振荡电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1。T1为高频脉(mai)冲变压器,其作用有(you)三个。

三(san):如何保(bao)养电动充电器

1、保护好充电器

3、及时(shi)充(chong)电

电(dian)池(chi)放(fang)电(dian)以(yi)后(hou)就开(kai)始了(le)硫化(hua)(hua)过(guo)程,在(zai)12小(xiao)时开(kai)始,就出(chu)现(xian)了(le)明显的(de)(de)(de)硫化(hua)(hua)。及(ji)时充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian),可以(yi)清除不(bu)严重的(de)(de)(de)硫化(hua)(hua),如(ru)果不(bu)及(ji)时充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian),这(zhei)些硫化(hua)(hua)结(jie)晶将(jiang)要聚积(ji)而(er)逐步形成粗大的(de)(de)(de)结(jie)晶,一般的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)器对(dui)这(zhei)些粗大的(de)(de)(de)结(jie)晶是无能(neng)为力(li)的(de)(de)(de),会逐步形成电(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量的(de)(de)(de)下降(jiang),缩(suo)短了(le)电(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)使用寿命。所(suo)以(yi),除了(le)每天充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian)以(yi)外,还(hai)要注意,使用完了(le)以(yi)后(hou)要尽早的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)电(dian),尽可能(neng)使电(dian)池(chi)电(dian)量处于(yu)饱满状态。


检查(cha)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)平衡性,因为电(dian)(dian)池(chi)之间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)差异/长期来的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(有(you)欠(qian)压(ya)史,负载很大(da)等(deng))/充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(不(bu)规律充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian))等(deng)使得各个(ge)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)之间(jian)出现不(bu)均(jun)衡,也(ye)就是(shi)一(yi)(yi)组电(dian)(dian)池(chi)当中有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)已经到欠(qian)压(ya)保(bao)护点10.5,甚至更低(di),而(er)另外的(de)(de)(de)(de)还有(you)挺(ting)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)和(he)挺(ting)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)量。如(ru)果此时(shi)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)进去的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)量是(shi)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de),使用时(shi)反而(er)会由于电(dian)(dian)量不(bu)均(jun)使得差别一(yi)(yi)次(ci)次(ci)加剧。最终导致(zhi)常期低(di)压(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)硫(liu)化太严重(zhong)而(er)损坏(huai)。如(ru)果你发现你的(de)(de)(de)(de)续行(xing)里程少(shao)于70%,在(zai)排(pai)除其它问题(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情况下,就可(ke)以用电(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量表检测出问题(ti)(ti)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)并进行(xing)修复,就可(ke)以大(da)大(da)延长电(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)寿命了。


4、定期深放电

电(dian)池(chi)(chi)定期进(jin)行一次(ci)深放电(dian)也(ye)有(you)利于"活化"电(dian)池(chi)(chi),可以略(lve)微(wei)提升电(dian)池(chi)(chi)的容量(liang)。一般的方法是,骑行到第一次(ci)出现欠压保(bao)护后对(dui)电(dian)池(chi)(chi)进(jin)行完全充电(dian),电(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量(liang)就会有(you)所提升。


5、注意充电(dian)的(de)环境

充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)最佳的(de)(de)(de)环境温(wen)(wen)度是25℃。但(dan)是平(ping)时(shi)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)很(hen)难保证温(wen)(wen)度合理(li),所以(yi)常常会出(chu)现(xian)冬(dong)季欠充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)夏(xia)季过充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)问(wen)题(ti)。那么充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)时(shi)候最好(hao)把电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池和(he)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器安(an)排(pai)在有(you)通风并且调温(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)环境里。 特别提示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)是电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池处在北方冬(dong)季在室外低温(wen)(wen)状(zhuang)态进入温(wen)(wen)暖(nuan)的(de)(de)(de)室内(nei)的(de)(de)(de)时(shi)候,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)(de)表面会出(chu)现(xian)结霜凝露。为了避免结霜凝露引起的(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池漏电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),应该在电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池温(wen)(wen)度上(shang)升到与室内(nei)温(wen)(wen)度接近并且干燥以(yi)后再进行充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

以下给出36V电池在(zai)不(bu)同温度(TEMP)下的(de)最高充(chong)电电压(ya)(ya)(UMAX)和浮充(chong)电压(ya)(ya)(UF)其它电压(ya)(ya)的(de)自行计算(suan)。


6、充分利用维修条件

电动车经销商一般是会(hui)提供电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)检修(xiu)(xiu)和维修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)务(wu)。对(dui)电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)进行(xing)定期检修(xiu)(xiu),可以减(jian)少对(dui)电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)损伤(shang)。对(dui)电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)荷电状态(tai)的(de)(de)(de)修(xiu)(xiu)复就(jiu)可以缓解"电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)落后"的(de)(de)(de)失(shi)效(xiao);对(dui)于失(shi)水(shui)来说,在电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)70%的(de)(de)(de)时候补水(shui)就(jiu)比电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)容量(liang)40%的(de)(de)(de)时候补水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果要好,这个(ge)简单(dan)的(de)(de)(de)工作对(dui)经销商们来说都(dou)是轻(qing)而易举。所以,消费(fei)者要充分的(de)(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)检修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)条件延长增加电池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)寿命。


7、养成骑行好习惯

起动(dong)时(shi),缓慢(man)转(zhuan)动(dong)转(zhuan)把,电机(ji)已有一(yi)定力道后稍停(ting)顿(dun),待车轮开始由慢(man)到(dao)快转(zhuan)动(dong)至有一(yi)定的速(su)度,再继续加(jia)速(su)。有载重的时(shi)候更要如(ru)此(ci),根据需要选择是否要加(jia)到(dao)最快,中间可(ke)以(yi)再多(duo)停(ting)顿(dun)一(yi)两次。

路(lu)面平(ping)坦(tan)时(shi),路(lu)况不(bu)同(tong)选择不(bu)同(tong)的速度 ,尽(jin)量避(bi)免刹车和重新加(jia)速,加(jia)速其(qi)实是一个(ge)很(hen)耗(hao)电(dian)的过程,路(lu)况好的地方,可以加(jia)到(dao)最(zui)快,因(yin)为(wei)此时(shi)的放电(dian)电(dian)流约为(wei)8-9安,对电(dian)池(chi)影响(相对而言)不(bu)大(da)。

关于刹车(che):一般骑行的时(shi)候,尽量避(bi)免刹车(che)和重新加速,电(dian)池(chi)的放电(dian)电(dian)流(liu)平缓,减小了(le)大电(dian)流(liu)对电(dian)池(chi)的冲击,大大延长电(dian)池(chi)的使用(yong)寿命。
