四款简单的12v升220v升压电路图及直流升压电路图讲解

升压电路简介

升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路图,升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)路简介,是利用自举升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)二(er)极管,自举升(sheng)(sheng)压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)容(rong)等电(dian)(dian)子元件,使电(dian)(dian)容(rong)放电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)和电(dian)(dian)源电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)叠加,从而使电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao),有的电(dian)(dian)路升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)的电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)能达(da)到数(shu)倍电(dian)(dian)源电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)。

如(ru)(ru)图所示是一(yi)种构造很(hen)简单的(de)小型直流升压器,可(ke)用来取代(dai)15V的(de)叠层(ceng)电(dian)池。电(dian)路的(de)核心元件一(yi)变压器T使用的(de)是袖珍验(yan)钞器的(de)专用变压器。电(dian)路耗电(dian)约(yue)40mA,输出电(dian)压为(wei)15V。如(ru)(ru)果万用表(biao)15V电(dian)池的(de)正极与1.5V电(dian)池的(de)负(fu)极相接,只需(xu)将图7—70中VD1(C1、VDZ的(de)极性(xing)调过来,这样将输出一(yi)个-15V电(dian)压)

升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)图(tu),如图(tu)所(suo)示是一(yi)种稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)型(xing)直流(liu)(liu)升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。该电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)可将一(yi)节1.5V的电(dian)(dian)(dian)池升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)(ya)至9V,用(yong)来取代9V叠层电(dian)(dian)(dian)池使用(yong)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)空(kong)载输人电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)低于1.2mA,转(zhuan)换效率高(gao)达60%。该电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)由振荡电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)和(he)稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)构(gou)成,其中VT1、VT2、C2组成振荡器,色码电(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)L为(wei)储能电(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan),VD2为(wei)整流(liu)(liu)二极管,C3为(wei)输出滤波电(dian)(dian)(dian)容,VT3、VD1、VD3及R2为(wei)稳定输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)的稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)约等于VD3的稳压(ya)(ya)(ya)值。

如图(tu)所示是一(yi)种(zhong)利用(yong)(yong)1.2V、500mAh的镍镉电(dian)池做电(dian)源(yuan)的逆变电(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)路,输(shu)出直流电(dian)压(ya)为(wei)9V,可供数字式万(wan)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)使用(yong)(yong)。图(tu)7-72中变压(ya)器T利用(yong)(yong)15mm的磁环穿绕而成(元器件参数图(tu)中均(jun)已标注(zhu)人名为(wei)数字万(wan)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)的电(dian)源(yuan)开关。

升压电(dian)(dian)路(lu)图,如图所示(shi)是(shi)自控(kong)式数字(zi)表(biao)逆(ni)变(bian)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)电(dian)(dian)路(lu)。它(ta)不需要单独(du)设立(li)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)开关或(huo)对(dui)表(biao)内开关进行改造。该电(dian)(dian)路(lu)具有耗(hao)电(dian)(dian)省、稳定可靠、不影(ying)响仪表(biao)精度等特点。电(dian)(dian)路(lu)中的变(bian)压器T是(shi)用E3型铁(tie)氧体磁芯、各(ge)折去一角后加工(gong)(gong)(gong)成口字(zi)形,L2在内,L1在外。整个逆(ni)变(bian)电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)时,电(dian)(dian)池工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)电(dian)(dian)流约为(wei)70mA。

下图为仿制电(dian)路:输(shu)入可低至(zhi)0.8V,输(shu)出电(dian)流可达(da)10mA,输出开路(lu),输入电流为零。

升压器12v升220v电(dian)路(lu)其实(shi)就(jiu)是一个(ge)震(zhen)荡电(dian)路(lu),就(jiu)是把直流电(dian)变(bian)成交流电(dian),然后(hou)通过变(bian)压器升压变(bian)成220V,然后(hou)在(zai)输(shu)出端接上用电(dian)器即可。


12v转220v逆变器(qi)由逆变电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、逻辑控(kong)制电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)、滤波电(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)三大部分组成,主要包括输入接口、电(dian)(dian)压启动回路(lu)(lu)(lu)、MOS开关管、PWM控(kong)制器(qi)、直流变换回路(lu)(lu)(lu)、反馈(kui)回路(lu)(lu)(lu)、LC振荡及(ji)输出回路(lu)(lu)(lu)、负载等部分。

原理图如下图所示,采用(yong)了功率较大(da)的三极管2N3055,而电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)只(zhi)用(yong)了两个,且最好电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的功率选大(da)一点,这(zhei)样电(dian)路的输出功率也会相(xiang)应地增加,上图中用(yong)的是(shi)1W的400欧姆电(dian)阻(zu)(zu),如果(guo)没(mei)有1W的也没(mei)关系,现在用(yong)到(dao)的最多的是(shi)1/4W的电(dian)阻(zu)(zu),只(zhi)要(yao)选择四个电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)并(bing)联大(da)约是(shi)400Ω就可(ke)以了。

此逆(ni)变器(qi)主要由MOS场效(xiao)应(ying)管,普通(tong)电源变压器(qi)构成(cheng)。其输出(chu)功率取决于MOS场效(xiao)应(ying)管和电源变压器(qi)的功率。

如下(xia)图(tu),我(wo)们(men)也可以清楚看(kan)到需(xu)的(de)(de)元件(jian)(jian)还有各个(ge)元件(jian)(jian)之(zhi)间(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)连接情况,在电(dian)(dian)(dian)路功(gong)能上(shang)(shang),除了变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)T1用(yong)来升压(ya)(ya),电(dian)(dian)(dian)源V1用(yong)来供电(dian)(dian)(dian)之(zhi)外,剩(sheng)下(xia)的(de)(de)原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)就是产生矩形(xing)波(bo)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路。在电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻选择上(shang)(shang)R1和R2一般在1.2k-4.7k之(zhi)间(jian)(jian),三极(ji)管(guan)无特别要(yao)求根据变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)量选择,容(rong)(rong)量大就用(yong)功(gong)率大点的(de)(de);变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)可用(yong)普通控制变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi),只要(yao)有两组12V就行,我(wo)们(men)这(zhei)个(ge)原(yuan)理图(tu)中选择器(qi)件(jian)(jian)为变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)0v-12V-12V,三极(ji)管(guan)用(yong)的(de)(de)达(da)林顿管(guan)MJ11032,电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻4.7k,输(shu)(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率能够达(da)到百瓦(wa)左(zuo)右(you),也不算小(xiao)了,不过(guo)变(bian)(bian)(bian)压(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)功(gong)率要(yao)选大点了,否则输(shu)(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率没有那么大。
