如下(xia)图所示为一(yi)款光(guang)(guang)控(kong)LED节能灯的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,220V交流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)经(jing)过C3降压(ya)、R3泄(xie)(xie)流,VD1、VD整流,C2、C1滤(lv)波(bo)得(de)到(dao)平(ping)滑(hua)的(de)直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)二极(ji)管VS1把电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)稳(wen)(wen)定在(zai)6V,给集成电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路MCI455供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),并经(jing)Rl、R2给光(guang)(guang)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻RG供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。白天(tian),光(guang)(guang)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻RG在(zai)光(guang)(guang)照下(xia)阻值(zhi)很(hen)小,MCI455的(de)2脚(jiao)(jiao)和6脚(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)入高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),3脚(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)出(chu)低(di)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器K不(bu)吸(xi)合,K1触(chu)点不(bu)接(jie)通,220V电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)没有(you)加到(dao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C5上,所以LED灯不(bu)亮。晚上,光(guang)(guang)敏(min)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻RG无光(guang)(guang)照电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)很(hen)大,MCI455的(de)2脚(jiao)(jiao)和6脚(jiao)(jiao)为低(di)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),3脚(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)出(chu)高电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器K吸(xi)合,K1触(chu)点接(jie)通,C5得(de)到(dao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)后降压(ya),R4泄(xie)(xie)流确保安全,VD4、VD5整流,C6滤(lv)波(bo),VS2将(jiang)直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)稳(wen)(wen)定在(zai)15V左右(you),将(jiang)8只(zhi)白光(guang)(guang)LED点亮。电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C4起滤(lv)波(bo)作用(yong),防止干扰家用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器,R5是C6的(de)放电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。

大功率LED平板灯电路图解

大功率LED平板灯电路图解

该(gai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路由9组(zu)LED并联组(zu)成(cheng),每一(yi)组(zu)100个LED串(chuan)联,其(qi)中R1时(shi)保护(hu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,R2是限流电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,R3是电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)的泄放电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,防(fang)止电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)升高、温度升高、LED的电(dian)(dian)(dian)流增大。C2时(shi)滤波电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong),同时(shi)用(yong)来防(fang)止开灯(deng)时(shi)的冲击(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流对LED的损伤(shang)。C1采用(yong)耐压(ya)(ya)在400V以(yi)上的涤纶(lun)电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)或CBB电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong),C2采用(yong)耐压(ya)(ya)400V以(yi)上的电(dian)(dian)(dian)解电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)(rong)。


最简单实用的LED灯照明电路

如(ru)下图所示为一(yi)款双灯管节(jie)能(neng)灯电(dian)(dian)路,220V交(jiao)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)经过(guo)保险管电(dian)(dian)阻TR后加到整(zheng)流(liu)桥VD1~VD4整(zheng)流(liu),由电(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1、C2和电(dian)(dian)感L1组成π型滤(lv)波(bo)电(dian)(dian)路,即可(ke)防(fang)止(zhi)节(jie)能(neng)灯工(gong)作时产生高次谐(xie)波(bo)对家用视(shi)听电(dian)(dian)器设备的干扰,又可(ke)以进(jin)一(yi)步(bu)减小(xiao)输(shu)出直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)的交(jiao)流(liu)纹波(bo),以利于后级电(dian)(dian)路工(gong)作。

双管节能灯照明电路图解

经(jing)滤波后输出(chu)约300V直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)加到(dao)功(gong)率管(guan)VT1、VT2上,由VT1、VT2、C4、C5和(he)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器T1 (绕组(zu)Wl、W2、W3)组(zu)成(cheng)高频(pin)振(zhen)荡电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,由自(zi)感(gan)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器T2、C7 (T2’、C7′)和(he)灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)组(zu)成(cheng)串联(lian)谐振(zhen)及(ji)照明电(dian)(dian)(dian)路。 Rl、C3组(zu)成(cheng)起(qi)动电(dian)(dian)(dian)路,刚接(jie)通(tong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源时,300V直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)经(jing)R1对C3充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian),当C3充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)过(guo)到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)值时经(jing)R3加到(dao)VT2的(de)(de)基极(ji),VT2触发(fa)导通(tong),然后通(tong)过(guo)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)变压(ya)(ya)(ya)器T1各绕组(zu)感(gan)应耦合(he),触发(fa)VT1和(he)VT2轮流(liu)导通(tong)与截止(zhi),电(dian)(dian)(dian)路进入振(zhen)荡状态(tai),产生近(jin)似矩(ju)形波的(de)(de)输出(chu)脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)。该脉(mai)冲(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)经(jing)T2、C7(T2’、C7′)产生振(zhen)荡,在(zai)双(shuang)灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)两端获得足(zu)够(gou)的(de)(de)起(qi)辉(hui)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)而点燃发(fa)光。当灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)点亮后,由于T2和(he)TT的(de)(de)自(zi)感(gan)作(zuo)用(yong),使灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)恒定(ding),这样既减小灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)的(de)(de)频(pin)闪,又起(qi)到(dao)限(xian)流(liu)保(bao)护作(zuo)用(yong),确保(bao)节(jie)能灯(deng)(deng)(deng)安全工作(zuo)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R5、R6起(qi)限(xian)制(zhi)VT1、VT2基极(ji)过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R2、R4和(he)二(er)极(ji)管(guan)VD5、VD6串联(lian)组(zu)成(cheng)VT1、VT2的(de)(de)B – E结反压(ya)(ya)(ya)保(bao)护电(dian)(dian)(dian)路。电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C6起(qi)隔(ge)直(zhi)作(zuo)用(yong),防止(zhi)直(zhi)流(liu)高压(ya)(ya)(ya)进入灯(deng)(deng)(deng)管(guan)而烧坏灯(deng)(deng)(deng)丝。

由于该节能灯(deng)电(dian)路设置了(le)多重(zhong)保(bao)护,具(ju)有提高节能灯(deng)的可靠性,延长(zhang)灯(deng)管使用寿命的特点。


低压荧光节能灯照明电路

如下(xia)图所示是(shi)一款12V低压(ya)(ya)节能(neng)灯电(dian)路(lu),电(dian)流约2A,灯管的(de)启(qi)动电(dian)压(ya)(ya)时经过12V电(dian)源接通后,由三极管VT1、VT2、C1和变压(ya)(ya)器T组成的(de)震荡(dang)电(dian)路(lu)产生(sheng)几十千赫兹高频交(jiao)流电(dian),并经过升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)变压(ya)(ya)器T升(sheng)压(ya)(ya)后产生(sheng)的(de)。

低压荧光节能灯照明电路

此(ci)电(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)荧光灯(deng)的频率(lv)很高,并且震(zhen)荡晶(jing)体管VT1、VT2、变(bian)压(ya)器T都(dou)不发(fa)热,功率(lv)因(yin)数较高,特别(bie)适合(he)用于移动(dong)照明或长(zhang)时间应(ying)急照明。供电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)源也可以是任何(he)一种(zhong)10~14V直流电(dian)(dian)源,如用汽车的12V电(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)供电(dian)(dian)等(deng)。
