摩托(tuo)车(che)上有一(yi)个非(fei)常重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)电器(qi)部件(jian),它为(wei)整(zheng)车(che)用电设备(bei)提供稳定的(de)工作电压,这就是(shi)(shi)整(zheng)流稳压器(qi),即我们俗称(cheng)的(de)“硅(gui)整(zheng)流”。整(zheng)流就是(shi)(shi)将(jiang)交流电压变为(wei)直流电压, 稳压就是(shi)(shi)将(jiang)发电机输出的(de)不(bu) 稳定电压稳定在规定范(fan)围(wei)内(nei), 实现这两个功能的(de)器(qi)件(jian)我们就称(cheng)之 为(wei)整(zheng)流稳压器(qi)。
摩托(tuo)(tuo)车(che)整流(liu)稳压(ya)器(qi)从产生到现在已(yi)(yi)(yi)经经历了(le)几个阶段,但(dan)直到目前为止,大多数(shu)摩托(tuo)(tuo)车(che)仍使用技术上存(cun)在缺(que)陷(xian)的(de)(de)削(xue)波(bo)短路(lu)型(xing)整流(liu)稳压(ya)器(qi)。随(sui)着科技的(de)(de)发展, 新(xin)(xin)技术和新(xin)(xin)元器(qi)件(jian)的(de)(de) 出现, 改进整流(liu)稳压(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)性(xing)能有了(le)可能, 因(yin)此新(xin)(xin)一代(dai)的(de)(de)开关型(xing)整 流(liu)稳压(ya)器(qi)已(yi)(yi)(yi)研制成功并(bing)面世(shi),人(ren)们(men)已(yi)(yi)(yi)开始认识(shi)并(bing)使用它, 相信不 久它就能全面替代(dai)削(xue)波(bo)短路(lu)型(xing)整流(liu)稳压(ya)器(qi)了(le)。
在(zai)未发(fa)明二极管前,摩托车(che)只能采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)复(fu)杂的(de)激(ji)磁(ci)直流(liu)(liu)发(fa)电(dian)(dian)机(ji),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)机(ji)械(xie)调(diao)压,就是用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)继电(dian)(dian)器(qi)调(diao)节激(ji)磁(ci)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)大小,是一(yi)种简(jian)单的(de)开关调(diao)压电(dian)(dian)路(lu)。二极管发(fa)明后(hou), 人们试(shi)着采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)简(jian)单一(yi) 点的(de)激(ji)磁(ci)交流(liu)(liu)发(fa)电(dian)(dian)机(ji), 同(tong)时(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)机(ji)械(xie)调(diao)压, 后(hou)来慢慢用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)电(dian)(dian)子调(diao)压替 代了它。 这(zhei)就是现在(zai)汽(qi)车(che)上(shang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)调(diao)压方式。
为什(shen)么(me)早期摩托车(che)(che)要用(yong)(yong)结(jie)构(gou)(gou)复杂的(de)(de)激(ji)磁(ci)交(jiao)流发(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)而不用(yong)(yong)结(jie)构(gou)(gou)简单(dan)小(xiao)巧、故障率(lv)极低的(de)(de)永(yong)磁(ci)交(jiao)流发(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)呢?因为永(yong)磁(ci)交(jiao)流发(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)(de)磁(ci)场与线圈是(shi)固(gu) 定的(de)(de),输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)和频(pin)率(lv)随(sui)发(fa)(fa)动机(ji)转(zhuan)速变化而成正比变化,范围极宽,无法象激(ji)磁(ci)交(jiao)流发(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)一(yi)样用(yong)(yong)调(diao)整激(ji)磁(ci)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流大小(xiao)的(de)(de)方法从内部调(diao)节输(shu)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)的(de)(de)大小(xiao), 只能发(fa)(fa)出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)后再(zai)予以稳压(ya), 以当时的(de)(de) 技术条件无法实现。但(dan)后来因小(xiao)功率(lv)永(yong)磁(ci)交(jiao)流发(fa)(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)结(jie)构(gou)(gou)简单(dan), 故障率(lv)少,还是(shi)被(bei)广(guang)泛用(yong)(yong)到(dao)了(le)摩托车(che)(che)上。
最早(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)永磁交流发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)用(yong)整流稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)器是(shi)不带稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)功能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),只(zhi)有(you)(you)四个(ge)二极管,即全波整流,它全靠电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)(如XF250)。发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)发(fa)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)经(jing)过二极管桥式整流直接给电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)就是(shi)发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)输出电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),随(sui)转速(su)变(bian)化很大,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)跟电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流都远(yuan)远(yuan)超过电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)正常的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)和电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,由于电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)特有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)性能(neng),所(suo)以电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)能(neng)够稳(wen)(wen)定(ding)在(zai)合适的(de)(de)(de)(de)范围,但(dan)这(zhei)是(shi)以电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)寿命为(wei)代(dai)价的(de)(de)(de)(de)(一般一年(nian)就损坏了,而(er)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)设(she)计(ji)寿命为(wei)三年(nian))。发(fa)动机(ji)运转当中,如果电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)突(tu)然(ran)断(duan)开, 所(suo)有(you)(you)用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)设(she)备便会即刻烧 毁,而(er)且(qie)随(sui)着时(shi)间的(de)(de)(de)(de)推移(yi),电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)(ya)性能(neng)逐(zhu)渐(jian)失去,电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)逐(zhu)渐(jian)升 高,很容易烧毁用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)设(she)备。
因全波充(chong)电容易过充(chong),就(jiu)出现了半波充(chong)电,即只(zhi)有一(yi)个二极管的整流(liu)(liu)器。因半波充(chong)电晚(wan)上(shang)电力不(bu)足,所以大灯(deng)只(zhi)能(neng)由发电机交流(liu)(liu)直(zhi)接供电,如早期(qi)的铃木(mu)A100、本田CG125等。半波充(chong)电也存在着(zhe)问题(ti):白天行驶时,电瓶仍然过充(chong),于是就(jiu)在照明线上(shang)接有泄流(liu)(liu)电阻,将电流(liu)(liu)通过电阻发热泄放(fang)掉,以免电瓶早期(qi)损坏(但也不(bu)能(neng)用密封电瓶,否则极易充(chong)坏);晚(wan)上(shang),低速(su)时大灯(deng)昏暗,而(er)且灯(deng)光随着(zhe)转速(su)变化而(er)变化,照明效果不(bu)理想,眼睁睁看着(zhe)电能(neng)浪费,而(er)灯(deng)光依然暗淡。

半波稳(wen)压整流器的接口(kou)分为方形(xing)(xing)接口(kou)与扁形(xing)(xing)接口(kou)两种。
将(jiang)方(fang)形接(jie)(jie)(jie)口的(de)半波稳压整流器有塑封的(de)那面(mian)朝下,连接(jie)(jie)(jie)导线(xian)端(duan)面(mian)向自己,各连接(jie)(jie)(jie)导线(xian)的(de)位置分别是,左(zuo)上角为(wei)正极接(jie)(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan),左(zuo)下角为(wei)充(chong)电(dian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan),右上角为(wei)照明接(jie)(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan),右下角为(wei)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地 接(jie)(jie)(jie)线(xian)端(duan)。
将扁形(xing)接(jie)口的半波稳压整流器有塑封的那(nei)面朝下,连接(jie)导(dao)线(xian)端(duan)面向自己,各连接(jie)导(dao)线(xian)的位(wei)置从左至右分别(bie)是,照明接(jie)线(xian)端(duan),接(jie)地接(jie)线(xian)端(duan),充电接(jie)线(xian)端(duan),正(zheng)极(ji)接(jie)线(xian)端(duan)。
将四线(xian)(xian)制的全波(bo)稳压整流器电(dian)缆线(xian)(xian)束插接(jie)件锁扣(kou)朝上,连接(jie)导(dao)(dao)线(xian)(xian)端(duan)面向自己,各(ge)连接(jie)导(dao)(dao)线(xian)(xian)的置分别是,左(zuo)上角(jiao)(jiao)为(wei)正极接(jie)线(xian)(xian)端(duan),左(zuo)下角(jiao)(jiao)为(wei)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)接(jie)线(xian)(xian)端(duan),右上角(jiao)(jiao)为(wei)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)接(jie)线(xian)(xian)端(duan), 右下角(jiao)(jiao)为(wei) 接(jie)地接(jie)线(xian)(xian)端(duan)。

五线制(zhi)的全(quan)波稳(wen)压整(zheng)流器电缆线束插接(jie)件(jian)分为(wei)两组(zu), 一(yi)组(zu)为(wei)三根充电接(jie)线端(duan), 另一(yi)组(zu)为(wei)正(zheng)极(ji) 与负(fu)极(ji)接(jie)线端(duan)。

在缺少原厂正品(pin)配件的情况(kuang)下, 我们可以采取(qu)改动电缆线束插接件中各(ge)个连接线端所处位置(zhi) 的方(fang)法, 来排除充电系统(tong)故障(zhang)。

各连接线(xian)端的(de)确认
稳压整流器的(de)(de)接(jie)线端通常(chang)可以(yi)通过连接(jie)线端的(de)(de)颜(yan)色进行(xing)确(que)认(ren)。 如果不能(neng)确(que)认(ren)的(de)(de)话, 可以(yi)用下 列方法进行(xing)确(que)认(ren)。

B:将半(ban)波(bo)(bo)稳压整(zheng)流器对(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)电(dian)(dian)缆(lan)线(xian)束(shu)(shu)插接(jie)(jie)件中的(de)红色(se)(se)、白色(se)(se)、黄色(se)(se)、绿色(se)(se)线(xian)端与(yu)全波(bo)(bo)稳压整(zheng)流器电(dian)(dian)缆(lan)线(xian)束(shu)(shu)中的(de)红色(se)(se)、白色(se)(se)、黄色(se)(se)、绿色(se)(se)线(xian)端相对(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)就可(ke)以(yi)了(le),各线(xian)端对(dui)(dui)接(jie)(jie)完毕,应对(dui)(dui)全部改装工(gong)作进行复(fu)查 复(fu)查确(que)认改装工(gong)作正确(que)无误后(hou),就可(ke)以(yi)投入使用了(le)。如果是已选用五线(xian)制(zhi)的(de)全波(bo)(bo)稳压整(zheng)流器,只需将多(duo)出(chu)的(de)一根电(dian)(dian)压取样线(xian)与(yu)点火(huo)开关直流电(dian)(dian)源锁出(chu)线(xian)相连接(jie)(jie)就可(ke)以(yi)了(le),也可(ke)与(yu)闪光继电(dian)(dian)器或(huo)制(zhi)动信号灯开关的(de)火(huo)线(xian)相连接(jie)(jie)。
启(qi)动发(fa)动机,使(shi)用万(wan)用表对充电(dian)(dian)(dian)系统进行(xing)检测,开启(qi)前照(zhao)灯并处(chu)于远光(guang)工作位置,万(wan)用表使(shi)用直(zhi)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)压挡,万(wan)用表红表笔(bi)接蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)正极接线柱(zhu),黑表笔(bi)接蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)负(fu)极接线柱(zhu),提(ti)高发(fa)动机工作转速至(zhi)5000r/min左右(you),如果蓄(xu)(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的充电(dian)(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压在13.5~15.5V范围内,说明改装后的充电(dian)(dian)(dian)系统工作正常,就可以(yi)投入使(shi)用了。
从使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)角度来讲,我个人比较(jiao)喜(xi)欢使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)五(wu)线制的(de)(de)全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)和六线制的(de)(de)三相全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi),一是(shi)(shi)(shi),全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)通常(chang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)内部稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)工作部分损坏的(de)(de)较(jiao)多,使全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)直流输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)失常(chang),出(chu)现直流电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)过高(gao)或者是(shi)(shi)(shi)直流输出(chu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)过低现象(xiang),全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)不能(neng)继续使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了。但是(shi)(shi)(shi),全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)内部的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)流工作部分(桥式整(zheng)(zheng)流工作部分)还是(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de),可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)来做充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机的(de)(de)桥式整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)效果还是(shi)(shi)(shi)不错的(de)(de),提高(gao)了全波(bo)(bo)稳(wen)(wen)压(ya)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)的(de)(de)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)率。二是(shi)(shi)(shi),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)比较(jiao)方(fang)(fang)便地利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)增加(jia)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)取样导线电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)法,来提高(gao)充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)直流输出(chu)工作电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)。摩托车(che)经长期(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)以(yi)(yi)后(hou),受诸多因(yin)素的(de)(de)影响,充(chong)(chong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)统(tong)的(de)(de)工作性(xing)能(neng)会(hui)有所下降,其 现象(xiang)表现为, 前(qian)照灯(deng)的(de)(de)照明亮度会(hui)有所下降, 摩托车(che)夜间行(xing)驶开启(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)前(qian)照灯(deng), 蓄(xu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池会(hui)容 易亏电(dian)(dian)(dian)。
