UPS(Uninterruptible Power System/Uninterruptible Power Supply),即不(bu)(bu)间断电(dian)(dian)源,是将蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(多(duo)为铅酸免(mian)维护(hu)蓄电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi))与主(zhu)机(ji)相连接,通(tong)过主(zhu)机(ji)逆(ni)变(bian)器等模(mo)块电(dian)(dian)路将直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)转换(huan)成市(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)系统(tong)设备。主(zhu)要用于给单台计算机(ji)、计算机(ji)网(wang)络系统(tong)或其(qi)它电(dian)(dian)力电(dian)(dian)子设备如电(dian)(dian)磁阀、压力变(bian)送器等提供(gong)稳(wen)定、不(bu)(bu)间断的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)力供(gong)应(ying)。当市(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)输入(ru)正常(chang)时,UPS 将市(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)稳(wen)压后供(gong)应(ying)给负(fu)载(zai)使用,此时的(de)(de)UPS就是一(yi)台交流(liu)式(shi)电(dian)(dian)稳(wen)压器,同时它还向(xiang)机(ji)内电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充电(dian)(dian);当市(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)中(zhong)断(事故(gu)停电(dian)(dian))时, UPS 立即将电(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)电(dian)(dian)能,通(tong)过逆(ni)变(bian)器切换(huan)转换(huan)的(de)(de)方法向(xiang)负(fu)载(zai)继续供(gong)应(ying)220V交流(liu)电(dian)(dian),使负(fu)载(zai)维持正常(chang)工作并保护(hu)负(fu)载(zai)软、硬件不(bu)(bu)受损坏。UPS 设备通(tong)常(chang)对电(dian)(dian)压过高或电(dian)(dian)压过低都能提供(gong)保护(hu)。
UPS电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系统由(you)五部分组成:主(zhu)(zhu)路(lu)、旁(pang)路(lu)、电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)等(deng)(deng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)输入(ru)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),进(jin)行(xing)AC/DC变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)换(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)(REC),进(jin)行(xing)DC/AC变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)换(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)逆(ni)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)(INV),逆(ni)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)和旁(pang)路(lu)输出(chu)切换(huan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)以及蓄能(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。其系统的(de)(de)(de)(de)稳压功能(neng)通常是(shi)由(you)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)完(wan)成的(de)(de)(de)(de),整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)件采(cai)用(yong)可(ke)控硅(gui)或高频开关(guan)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi),本身具有可(ke)根据(ju)外(wai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)控制输出(chu)幅度的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng),从而(er)当外(wai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)发(fa)生变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)时(该变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)应(ying)满足(zu)系统要求(qiu)),输出(chu)幅度基本不变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)流电(dian)(dian)(dian)压。净化(hua)功能(neng)由(you)储能(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)来完(wan)成,由(you)于(yu)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)对(dui)瞬时脉(mai)冲干(gan)扰(rao)(rao)不能(neng)消除(chu),整(zheng)(zheng)流后的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压仍存在干(gan)扰(rao)(rao)脉(mai)冲。储能(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)除(chu)可(ke)存储直流直能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)外(wai),对(dui)整(zheng)(zheng)流器(qi)来说就像接了(le)一只(zhi)大容(rong)器(qi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi),其等(deng)(deng)效电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao),与储能(neng)电(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)大小(xiao)成正比。由(you)于(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)两端的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压是(shi)不能(neng)突变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de),即利用(yong)了(le)电(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)对(dui)脉(mai)冲的(de)(de)(de)(de)平滑(hua)特性消除(chu)了(le)脉(mai)冲干(gan)扰(rao)(rao),起到了(le)净化(hua)功能(neng),也称干(gan)扰(rao)(rao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)屏蔽(bi)。频率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稳定(ding)则由(you)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)换(huan)器(qi)来完(wan)成,频率(lv)稳定(ding)度取决于(yu)变(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)换(huan)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)振荡频率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)稳定(ding)程度。为(wei)方便UPS电(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系统的(de)(de)(de)(de)日常操作与维护(hu),设计(ji)了(le)系统工(gong)作开关(guan),主(zhu)(zhu)机自(zi)检故障(zhang)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)动旁(pang)路(lu)开关(guan),检修旁(pang)路(lu)开关(guan)等(deng)(deng)开关(guan)控制。
在电(dian)(dian)网电(dian)(dian)压工(gong)作正(zheng)常时(shi),给(ji)(ji)负(fu)载供电(dian)(dian)如(ru)(ru)图所示(shi),而(er)且,同时(shi)给(ji)(ji)储(chu)能电(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)电(dian)(dian);当突发停电(dian)(dian)时(shi),UPS电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)开始工(gong)作,由(you)储(chu)能电(dian)(dian)池(chi)供给(ji)(ji)负(fu)载所需电(dian)(dian)源(yuan),维持(chi)正(zheng)常的(de)生产(如(ru)(ru)粗黑→所示(shi));当由(you)于生产需要(yao),负(fu)载严(yan)重过(guo)载时(shi),由(you)电(dian)(dian)网电(dian)(dian)压经整流直接给(ji)(ji)负(fu)载供电(dian)(dian)(如(ru)(ru)虚线所示(shi))。
当(dang)市(shi)电(dian)(dian)正(zheng)常为380/220VAC时(shi),直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)主回路有直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),供给DC-AC交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)逆(ni)变器,输出(chu)稳定的220V或380V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)电(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya),同时(shi)市(shi)电(dian)(dian)经整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)后对(dui)电(dian)(dian)池充电(dian)(dian)。当(dang)任何时(shi)候市(shi)电(dian)(dian)欠压(ya)(ya)或突然掉电(dian)(dian),则由电(dian)(dian)池组通过(guo)(guo)隔离二极(ji)管开(kai)关向直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)回路馈送电(dian)(dian)能(neng)。从电(dian)(dian)网供电(dian)(dian)到(dao)(dao)电(dian)(dian)池供电(dian)(dian)没有切换时(shi)间。当(dang)电(dian)(dian)池能(neng)量即(ji)(ji)将耗尽时(shi),不间断(duan)电(dian)(dian)源发出(chu)声光报警(jing),并在电(dian)(dian)池放电(dian)(dian)下限(xian)点(dian)停止(zhi)逆(ni)变器工(gong)作(zuo),长鸣(ming)告警(jing)。不间断(duan)电(dian)(dian)源还有过(guo)(guo)载保护(hu)功(gong)能(neng),当(dang)发生超(chao)载(150%负(fu)载)时(shi),跳(tiao)到(dao)(dao)旁路状(zhuang)态(tai),并在负(fu)载正(zheng)常时(shi)自动(dong)返回。当(dang)发生严(yan)重(zhong)超(chao)载(超(chao)过(guo)(guo)200%额(e)定负(fu)载)时(shi),不间断(duan)电(dian)(dian)源立(li)即(ji)(ji)停止(zhi)逆(ni)变器输出(chu)并跳(tiao)到(dao)(dao)旁路状(zhuang)态(tai),此时(shi)前面输入(ru)空气开(kai)关也可能(neng)跳(tiao)闸。消除故障(zhang)后,只要合上开(kai)关,重(zhong)新开(kai)机(ji)即(ji)(ji)开(kai)始(shi)恢复工(gong)作(zuo)。
1)不(bu)间断(duan)电源的(de)使用环(huan)境应注意(yi)通风(feng)良好,利于散热,并保(bao)持(chi)环(huan)境的(de)清洁。
2)切勿(wu)带感性负载,如(ru)点钞机、日光灯、空调(diao)等,以免造成损坏。
3)不间断电源的输出(chu)负载(zai)控制在60%左右为最佳(jia),可靠性(xing)最高。
4)不间断电(dian)(dian)(dian)源带载(zai)过轻(如(ru)1000VA的UPS带100VA负载(zai))有可能造成电(dian)(dian)(dian)池的深度放电(dian)(dian)(dian),会(hui)降低电(dian)(dian)(dian)池的使用寿命,应尽量(liang)避免。
5)适当的放电(dian)(dian),有(you)助于电(dian)(dian)池的激活,如(ru)长期(qi)不停市电(dian)(dian),每隔三个月应(ying)人(ren)为断掉市电(dian)(dian)用不间断电(dian)(dian)源(yuan)带负(fu)载放电(dian)(dian)一(yi)次,这(zhei)样可以延长电(dian)(dian)池的使(shi)用寿命(ming)。
6)对于(yu)(yu)多(duo)数(shu)小型UPS,上班(ban)再开UPS,开机(ji)(ji)时(shi)要避免带(dai)载(zai)启动,下班(ban)时(shi)应关闭(bi)UPS;对于(yu)(yu)网络机(ji)(ji)房的UPS,由于(yu)(yu)多(duo)数(shu)网络是24小时(shi)工作的,所以UPS也必须全天候运行。
7)UPS放电后(hou)应及时充电,避免(mian)电池因过度(du)自(zi)放电而损坏(huai)。
